对青刺果油在护肤品中的保湿性进行了探讨,将青刺果油添加在普通护肤产品中,与空白对照组进行皮肤保湿性对比实验,检测产品使用后180 min内肌肤含水量的变化,来评价产品的保湿效果.结果表明,添加青刺果油的产品比未添加青刺果油的产品可显著提高皮肤的水分,所以可以将青刺果油作为化妆品中的保湿添加剂来使用,具有广阔的应用前景. 相似文献

寻找青刺果油组合物来提高产品抗氧化能力及保湿活性。将青刺果油组合物应用于产品中,通过DPPH自由基清除率以及失水率的测定,研究其抗氧化能力及保湿活性。结果表明,在干燥环境下青刺果油组合物样品随时间增加,保湿率逐渐降低,但每个时间段内其保湿率均高于对照样品(青刺果油含量0.11%);与对照样品相比,添加了虾青素、橙皮素的青刺果油样品对DPPH自由基清除能力较强;将虾青素和橙皮素组合后,提取组合物浓度在50%时DPPH自由基清除能力也可达到90%左右。研究初步验证了青刺果油组合物具有较强的自由基清除能力和保湿性能,为拓展青刺资源的综合利用供了初步的应用研究。 相似文献

将以水溶性乳木果油为乳化剂,包裹生育酚醋酸酯的葡萄籽油为油相制备的高内相凝胶乳液作为化妆品油相兼具功效组分加入护肤乳液体系中,测试了护肤乳液的理化指标,研究了其保湿性和抗氧化能力。结果表明,含高内相凝胶乳液的护肤乳液为水包油乳液,黏度较低,p H值适中,能够抵抗储存、加热、冷冻、离心等外界条件而保持良好的稳定性,室温下短期(2周内)存放时菌落总数符合国家标准,使用时有较好的保湿能力和抗氧化能力。 相似文献

To simulate temperature rise of human skin and to predict burn injury during radiant heat exposure, the traditional method is to use a sensor to simulate skin surface and use a numerical model to simulate heat transfer in inner skin. However, the numerical models of skin burns are based on few experimental data of nude skin and some simplifications of human skin characteristics. In this study, a new multi‐layered skin simulant is presented for low radiant heat exposures up to 15 kW/m2. The skin simulant has implanted thermocouples into layered polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) materials with controlled thermal properties and thicknesses of the skin layers. The multi‐layered skin simulant developed in this study has a good reproducibility for temperature measurements with similar temperature rise profiles compared with human skin except at skin surface. For burn injury prediction, the results of our PDMS skin model can be linearly corrected using ASTM model as a reference. Our developed skin simulant provides an advanced method to directly simulate the heat transfer inside human skin in a multi‐layered structure rather than using the combined physical sensor‐numerical model in the traditional way. 相似文献

Skin‐tone has been an active research subject in photographic colour reproduction. There is a consistent conclusion that preferred skin colours are different from actual skin colours. However, preferred skin colours found from different studies are somewhat different. To have a solid understanding of skin colour preference of digital photographic images, psychophysical experiments were conducted to determine a preferred skin colour region and to study inter‐observer variation and tolerance of preferred skin colours. In the first experiment, a preferred skin colour region is searched on the entire skin colour region. A set of nine predetermined colour centers uniformly sampled within the skin colour ellipse in CIELAB a*b* diagram is used to morph skin colours of test images. Preferred skin colour centers are found through the experiment. In a second experiment, a twice denser sampling of nine skin colour centers around the preferred skin colour center determined in the first experiment are generated to repeat the experiment using a different set of test images and judged by a different panel of observers. The results from both experiments are compared and final preferred skin colour centers are obtained. 对一种防敏理肤霜进行了功效评价。选择20名18~50岁的健康女性,用质量分数为3%的十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)溶液在双前臂内侧做封闭型斑贴试验24 h诱导产生红斑,使用受试产品防敏理肤霜,通过反复测量受试区域皮肤的经表皮失水率(TEWL值)、皮肤红色素含量以及对皮肤红斑进行评分,评估防敏理肤霜的舒缓修复效果。结果表明,受试产品防敏理肤霜能降低皮肤受到外界刺激因素后皮肤TEWL值,修复皮肤屏障功能,同时改善皮肤红斑情况,对受损皮肤具有一定的舒缓修复功效。 相似文献

The repetitive exposure of skin to ultraviolet B (UVB) preferentially elicits wrinkling while ultraviolet A (UVA) predominantly elicits sagging. In chronically UVB or UVA-exposed rat skin there is a similar tortuous deformation of elastic fibers together with decreased skin elasticity, whose magnitudes are greater in UVB-exposed skin than in UVA-exposed skin. Comparison of skin elasticity with the activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in the dermis of ovariectomized rats after UVB or UVA irradiation demonstrates that skin elasticity is more significantly decreased in ovariectomized rats than in sham-operated rats, which is accompanied by a reciprocal increase in elastase activity but not in the activities of collagenases I or IV. Clinical studies using animal skin and human facial skin demonstrated that topical treatment with a specific inhibitor or an inhibitory extract of skin fibroblast-derived elastase distinctly attenuates UVB and sunlight-induced formation of wrinkling. Our results strongly indicated that the upregulated activity of skin fibroblast-derived elastase plays a pivotal role in wrinkling and/or sagging of the skin via the impairment of elastic fiber configuration and the subsequent loss of skin elasticity. 相似文献

采用客观仪器评价方法对含鲜奶面霜单次使用后的缓解皮肤红斑反应的功效进行研究。选择30名18~55周岁有效受试者为研究对象,使用胶带粘贴及组胺刺激构建皮肤红斑反应模型,并采用无创仪器的方式检测并记录实验组、安慰剂组、阴性组及空白组受试者在组胺造模前、造模后、涂抹产品后30 min和60 min时的皮肤红斑指数EI值、皮肤敏感度值,采集皮肤图像,通过SPSS数据统计软件对实验结果进行统计分析。结果显示,含鲜奶面霜可以持续改善皮肤红斑指数EI值和皮肤敏感度,缓解由组胺导致的皮肤红晕反应,说明其具有一定的缓解皮肤红斑反应,改善皮肤敏感状态的功能。 相似文献

Synthetic skin as an ideal human‐tissue substitute is needed for the research and assessment of hair‐ and skin‐care products. In this study, a systematic study was carried out of the surface, tribological, and mechanical properties of two synthetic skins and rat skin with and without skin‐cream treatment with scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and a nanoindenter. The film thickness, adhesive force, coefficient of friction, surface roughness, and contact angle of the two synthetic skins and rat skin were comparable. The hardness of one synthetic skin was more similar to rat skin.
