The bulk Fe60CoxZr10Mo5W2B23-x (x= 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) amorphous rods with diameters of1.5 mm were successfully prepared by copper mold casting method with the low purity raw materials.The amorphous and crystalline states, and thermal parameters, such as the glass transition temperature (Tg), the initial crystallization temperature (Tx), the supercooled liquid region (ΔTx = TxTg), the reduced glass transition temperature Trg (Tg/Tm, Tm: the onset temperature of melting of the alloy, and Tg/T1, T1 : the finished temperature of melting of the alloy) were investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. Glass forming ability of Fe60CoxZr10Mo5W2B23-x (x=1, 3, 5, 7, 9)bulk metallic glasses has been studied. According to the results, the alloy (x=7) with the highest Trg (Tg/T1 =0. 607, Tg/T1 =0.590) value, has the strongest glass forming ability among these alloys because its composition is near eutectic composition.The wide supercooled liquid region over 72 K indicates the high thermal stability for this alloy system.This bulk metallic glass exhibits quite high strength (Hv 1020). The success of production of the Febased bulk metallic glass with industrial materials is of great significance for the future progress of basic research and practical application.  相似文献

In this study,hot compression tests of (Cu_(43)Zr_(48)Al_9)_(98)Y_2 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were performed,and their micro structure and thermal properties after the deformation were studied to explore the appropriate range of their optimum processing parameters. The experimental results show that the superplastic deformation of (Cu_(43)Zr_(48)Al_9)_(98)Y_2 bulk metallic glasses depends mainly on the temperature and strain rate. It is suitable for superplastic processing when the alloys are in the state of Newtonian flow and do not crystallise. The appropriate processing parameters of (Cu_(43)Zr_(48)Al_9)_(98)Y_2 BMGs are the temperatures and strain rates, which are below the "dividing line". And when the temperature is above733 K, the strain rate must be1×10~(-3) s~(-1).  相似文献

Pyrochlore oxides of general compositions, A2Zr2O7, where A is a 3+ cation (La to Lu), are promising candidate materials for ap-plications as high temperature thermal barrier coatings because of their high melting points, high thermal expansion coefficients, and low thermal conductivities. In this study, oxides of Sm2Zr2O7, (Sm0.75La0.25)2Zr2O7, (Sm0.5 La0.5)2Zr2O7, (Sm0.25La0.75)2Zr2O7 and La2Zr2O7 were prepared by solid reactions at 1600 ℃ for 10 h using Sm2O3, La2O3 and ZrO2 as the reactants. The phase compositions of these ceramic ma-terials were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) methods, respectively. The micro-structure was observed by scanning electronl microscope (SEM). The thermal conductivities of these ceramic materials were measured using laser-flash method. XRD and FT-IR results showed that pure ceramic materials with pyrochlore structure were prepared successfully. SEM results indicated that microstructures of these ceramic materials were dense and grain boundaries were very clean. The La2O3 doped Sm2Zr2O7 pyrochlores (Sm0.75 La0.25)2Zr2O7 and (Sm0.5 La0.5)2Zr2O7 had lower thermal conductivity than the undoped Sm2Zr2O7. The thermal conductivity of (Sm0.25La0.75)2Zr2O7 was found to be lower than that of La2Zr2O7. The results showed that these ceramic materials had the poten-tial to be used as candidate materials for TBCs.  相似文献

研究了加入稀土元素Ce对Hsn62-1黄铜组织的影响,利用腐蚀试验和电化学试验研究了稀土元素Ce的加入对合金耐脱锌腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明,加入稀土元素Ce明显地细化了合金的组织,使粗大的α、β板条状组织变成短小的细板条状组织。加入稀土元素Ce可以明显改善黄铜耐脱锌腐蚀性能。  相似文献

The room temperature creep behaviors of Mg61Cu28Gd11 and(Mg61Cu28Gd11)99.5Sb0.5 bulk metallic glasses(BMGs) were revealed by means of nanoindentation technique.The creep mechanism was explored by characterization of creep rate sensitivity,creep compliance and retardation spectra.The results showed that the experimental creep curves could be well described by a generalized Kelvin model.The low creep rate sensitivity of both Mg-based BMGs indicated that their room temperature creep was dominated by localized shear flow.In addition,the(Mg61Cu28Gd11)99.5Sb0.5 glassy alloy exhibited lower creep rate sensitivity,creep compliance and milder retardation peak,indicating its higher creep-resistance and less relaxed state.Furthermore,the creep retardation spectrum consisted of two relatively separated peaks with the well defined characteristic relaxation times.  相似文献

Cu-10Ni alloy has an outstanding resistance to corrosion in seawater due to formation of protective Cu2O film. However, in presence of S2? ions, it suffers accelerated corrosion. The present paper investigates the corrosion behaviour of Cu-10Ni, Cu-10Ni-6Zn and Cu-10Ni-12Zn alloys using weight loss, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarisation technique. The experiments were performed in clean seawater and sulphide contaminated seawater. The Cu-10Ni-6Zn and Cu-10Ni-12Zn alloys were found to exhibit lower corrosion rate than Cu-10Ni alloy in clean and sulphide contaminated seawater. Lower corrosion rate of Zn containing alloys in clean seawater is attributed to the incorporation of Zn2+ ions in Cu2O lattice. Lower corrosion rate of Zn containing alloys sulphide contaminated seawater is attributed to formation of ZnS in the film.  相似文献

Sintered Sm(CobalFexCu0.1Zr0.03)7.5 (x=0.09-0.21) permanent magnets with higher Fe content were found to have higher remanence Br and maximum energy product (BH)max at room temperature. Br and (BH)max reached maximum of 0.96 T and 176.7 kJ/m3, respectively at room temperature when the Fe content x reached 0.21. However, the intrinsic coercivity Hci at room temperature increased gradually when the Fe content x increased from 0.09 to 0.15, but when x further increased to 0.21, Hci decreased. Hci attained its peak value of 2276.6 kA/m with Fe content x=0.15 at room temperature. For magnets with x=0.15, Br, (BH)max and Hci reached 0.67 T, 81.2 kJ/m3 and 509.4 kA/m at 500℃, respectively, showing good high temperature stability, which could be used in high temperature applications.  相似文献

Nd55-x Al10+x Fe15 (x =0, 5, 10) bulk glass-forming alloys with distinct glass transition in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) traces were obtained by suction casting, The glass forming ability (GFA) of the alloys was investigated. It was found that the reduced glass transition temperature (Trg) and the parameter γ of the alloys increased with the increasing concentration of Al. The glass formation enthalpy of the alloys was calculated based on Miedema's model, and it was suggested that the GFA of the alloys could be enhanced by the decrease of the glass formation enthalpy with Al additions.  相似文献

通过改变烧结工艺制度,制备了高温稀土永磁Sm(Cobal Fe0.26Cu0.05Zr0.026)70,其磁性能和温度系数(β)分别为:Br为1.08T,Hci为2 286 kA/m,Hcb为932 kA/m,(BH)max为220.8kJ/m3;β为-0.19%/℃.研究表明:提高烧结温度或真空预烧温度都可使材料的性能明显提高,特别是用后者制得的材料拥有较高的矫顽力和低的温度系数,具有较好的高温性能.然而,烧结温度或真空预烧温度过高时,Sm会从基体相中析出,使材料的磁性能降低,而且烧结温度过高还会使晶粒长大,导致材料矫顽力降低.  相似文献

The microstructure, hydriding performance, and electrochemical properties of LaNi4.0Al0.2Fe0.4Cu0.4- x Snx(x = 0 ~ 0.4) hydrogen storage alloys prepared by casting were investigated using XRD, SEM, pressure-composition isotherms, and electrochemical measurements. Substitution of Sn for Cu leads to the precipitation of LaNiSn phase. With increasing amount of tin substitution, cell volume, plateau pressures, and discharge capacities of the alloys decrease,whereas the cycle life of the alloys improves.  相似文献

The precursors RE (HSal) 3 ( RE = La, Y, Gd; HSal = C6 H4 (OH) COO) were synthesized by the rheological phase reaction method. The mechanism and products of thermal decomposition of precursors was studied by using TG,DTA, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Nano-sized RE2O3 ( RE = La, Y and Gd) power were obtained by thermal decomposition of the precursors in air at 800 ℃. TEM measurement indicates that RE2O3 are spherical particles. The middle level diameter ( d50 ) of the particles are 19.3 ( La2O3 ) , 53.8 ( Y2O3 ) and 28.6 nm( Gd2O3 ) respectively by means of laser particles size analyzer.  相似文献
