The Pd-only catalysts for motorcycle were prepared by impregnating CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 and CeO2-ZrO2+Al2O3 with PdCl2 aque-ous solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), oxygen storage capacity (OSC) and H2-temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) methods. The XRD result indicated that the CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 compound prepared by co-precipitation formed a single solid solu-tion and had good thermal stability, and Pd phase was not observed in all catalysts. The TPR results showed that the reduction temperature of Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst was lower than that of Pd/CeO2-ZrO2+Al2O3 catalyst whether they were fresh or aged catalysts. The Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 exhibited high three-way catalytic activity at low temperature, high thermal stability, and wide working window, sug-gesting a great potential for applications.  相似文献

CeO2 was synthesized via sol-gel process and used as supporter to prepare CuO/CeO2, Cu/CeO2 catalysts by impregnation method. The catalytic properties and characterization of CeO2, CuO/CeO2 and Cu/CeO2 catalysts were examined by means of a microreactor-GC system, HRTEM, XRD, TPR and XPS techniques. The results show that CuO has not catalytic activity and the activity of CeO2 is quite low for CO oxidation. However, the catalytic activity of CuO/CeO2 and Cu/CeO2 catalysts increases significantly. Furthermore, the activity of CuO/CeO2 is higher than that of Cu/CeO2 catalysts.  相似文献

Ceria-zirconia-alumina (CZA) solid solution was prepared by sol-gel method in the present study. 0.5 wt.% Pd supported on CZA was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation. The steam effects for CO and C3H8 oxidation, three-way catalytic activity and stoichiometric window property were studied. The light-off temperature of the CO oxidation reaction shifted to a lower temperature due to the water-gas shift (WGS) reactions. The oxidation of C3H8 was enhanced due to the steam reforming (SR) reactions. The steam promoted the C3H8 oxidation and NO reduction in three-way catalytic reaction. The amplitude of stoichiometric window was amplified by the addition of water to the feed stream.  相似文献

通过浸渍法制备了钯炭催化剂,用于脂肪腈催化加氢制备单烷基二甲基叔胺。通过N2-吸附、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射等测试手段对催化剂进行物性表征,而且用气相色谱对叔胺产品进行定性分析。在反应温度120℃、反应时间5 h、二甲胺间歇式进料的反应条件下,通过对钯炭催化剂制备条件的优化,表明在pH7.9、浸渍时间15 h的条件下,叔胺含量可以达到95%以上。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了纳米Au/CeO2催化剂,并用XRD、TPR、ICP等方法对催化剂进行了表征.以乙醇部分氧化制氢为探针反应,系统考察了O2/C2H5OH摩尔比及反应温度对Au/CeO2催化性能的影响.结果表明,Au/CeO2催化剂活性组分Au与载体CeO2 存在较强的相互作用,对乙醇部分氧化制氢反应具有较好的低温催化活性和良好的稳定性,其最佳的反应条件是O2/C2H5OH摩尔比为1.6,反应温度573K.  相似文献

The effects of Pd loading, cerium content, the special surface area of the support and calcination temperature on the catalytic properties of Pd-loaded zirconia-ceria mixed oxide were studied.The results show that loading Pd and increasing cerium content in the mixed oxides can enhance the catalytic activity.There is a little effect of calcination temperature on catalytic activities, implying that these catalysts are effective with good thermal stability.  相似文献

Syngas production from CO2 reforming of ethanol over an Ir/Ce O2 catalyst was investigated. Catalysts characterization was conducted by X-ray diffraction(XRD), temperature programmed reduction(TPR), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and temperature programmed oxidation(TPO). The Ir/Ce O2 catalyst was more active and stable toward syngas formation(molar ratio ~1). The superior catalytic performance was interpreted in terms of the strong interaction between Ir particles and ceria support which was crucial for efficient ethanol/CO2 activation and coke removal on the catalyst surface.  相似文献

利用钯炭催化剂的苯甲酸加氢反应,考察了活性炭载体粒度(<44μm、44~74μm、74~150μm、>150μm对钯炭催化剂催化活性的影响。采用粒度分析法、BET和SEM对其进行表征,并利用加氢反应釜对其催化剂活性进行评价。结果表明:载体粒度>74μm,金属钯负载不均匀,导致催化剂活性下降;载体粒度<44μm,催化剂不易过滤,洗涤过程活性组分容易脱附,导致催化剂活性降低;载体粒度为44~74μm时,催化剂活性最高。  相似文献

The role of water in CO oxidation was investigated on Pd/CeO_2 with different morphologies(rods(R),cubes(C) and octahedrons(O)).Compared with the absence of water,CO oxidation activity increases 2 times in the presence of water on Pd/CeO_2-C;but a decrease is found on Pd/CeO_2-R.Catalyst characterization reveals that Pd is mainly in the form of solid solution(Pd_xCe_(1-x)O_(2-σ)) on Pd/CeO_2-R and a mixture of metal and Pd_xCe_(1-x)O_(2-σ) solid solution on Pd/CeO_2-C.The strong interaction between Pd and CeO_2-R results in the form of stable bidentate carbonates species;while the relatively weak interaction between Pd and CeO_2-C leads to the produce of unstable monodentate carbonates species.The effects of water on CO oxidation activity closely relate with the Pd chemical state and the types of carbonates species.Water restrains CO adsorption on Pd_xCe_(1-x)O_(2-σ) solid solution,but it has negligent effects on metallic Pd species.In the presence of water,bidentate carbonates species remains stable but the decrease in the amount of monodentate carbonates species is observed.  相似文献

This paper presented a study on the role of yttrium addition to CuO/CeO2 catalyst for water-gas shift reaction. A single-step co-precipitation method was used for preparation of a series of yttrium doped CuO/CeO2 catalysts with yttrium content in the range of 0-5wt.%. Properties of the obtained samples were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, H2-TPR, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and the BET method. The results revealed that catalytic activity was increased with the yttrium content at first, but then decreased with the further increase of yttrium content. Herein, CuO/CeO2 catalyst doped with 2wt.% of yttrium showed the highest catalytic activity (CO conversion reaches 93.4% at 250℃) and thermal stability for WGS reaction. The catalytic activity was correlated with the surface area, the area of peak y of H2-TPR profile (I.e., the reduction of surface copper oxide (crystalline forms) interacted with surface oxygen vacancies on ceria), and the area of peak C2 and A1 (Cu0→Cu2+ in cyclic voltammetry process), respectively. Besides, Raman spectra provided evidences for a synergistic Cu-Ovacancy interaction, and it was indicated that doping yttrium may facilitate the formation of oxygen vacancies on ceria.  相似文献

采用等体积浸渍法制备了活性炭负载Pd催化剂(Pd/C),通过正交实验研究了活性炭的种类、催化剂的制备条件等对活性炭负载钯催化剂上CO氧化性能的影响,得到了最优的制备条件。并通过N2吸附、程序升温脱附(TPD)、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和透射电镜(TEM)等对催化剂进行了表征。正交实验极差分析表明制备各因素对催化剂氧化CO活性影响的次序为:还原剂>活性炭>还原剂用量>还原温度>还原溶pH值。催化剂表征结果表明活性炭的比表面积和孔径分布不是决定Pd/C催化剂性能的关键因素,活性炭的种类、表面组成和性质对催化剂的性能有显著的影响。其中椰壳炭(AC1)表面羧基的活性较高,同时具有较强的表面碱性,有利于活性金属Pd在载体表面的分散,并提高了Pd与载体之间的相互作用,从而使催化剂具有较高的CO氧化性能。提高Pd的担载量,可显著提高催化剂稳定性。以乙二醇作为还原剂,在pH=10,还原温度为60℃的条件下所制备的0.5%Pd/AC催化剂,在反应温度20℃时连续反应120 h仍可保持CO的全转化。  相似文献
