共晶铝合金热膨胀系数的测定与回归分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
报道了能作储能材料用的11种共晶铝合金的平均线膨胀系数(ALCTE)的测定结果和真线性膨胀系数(RLCTE)的回归分析结果.每种合金的3个试样为1组.11组试样分别在H-90型膨胀仪中从室温加热到熔点,测定试样的伸长量.结果表明Al-32%Mg-6%Zn(原子数分数,下同)合金从28℃加热到448℃时,其ALCTE值为2.360×10-5℃-1,Al-15%Cu-9%Mg-0.04%Be合金从25℃加热到511℃时,其ALCTE值为1.881×10-5℃-1,分别是11种合金中最高和最低的.回归参数表明,从室温到熔点之间合金真膨胀系数的变化规律可用温度的三次多项式来描述.用回归分析的方法,研究了合金元素对膨胀系数的影响,建立了一个以温度和合金成份为自变量的膨胀系数回归函数.  相似文献

提出一种高频增强与神经网络相结合的图像亮度和对比度自适应增强方法。利用均值滤波获取原始图像的低频分量,由原始图像与低频分量的差值获取图像的高频分量。同时引入神经网络方法,建立图像的灰度均值、标准偏差与亮度和对比度两个增强系数的非线性映射关系,根据图像本身的均值与标准偏差自动获取增强系数,从而实现图像的亮度和对比度的自适应增强。该方法计算量小,实时性强,对亮度和对比度都较低的图像增强效果较好,可用于图像动态检测系统。为了验证算法的可行性,将所提出的方法应用到货车故障动态图像检测系统(TFDS)所采集的动态图像处理中,获得了好的效果。  相似文献

借助X-ray及吸放氢性能测试装置研究了非化学计量比快凝合金La(NiMn)5.6的结构和贮氢性能以及A端、B端元素替代对合金的影响,测试了不同温度下合金的PCT曲线.结果表明,快速凝固(35 m/s)条件下合金La(NiMn)5.6均可获得过饱和CaCu5型单相组织.A端以Ce取代La,使平台压力增大,最大吸氢量减小,但滞后降低;B端以Sn取代Ni,改善了合金的活化特性,并使平台降低,吸放氢滞后减小.  相似文献

Starting from the quaternary Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 alloy, the compositional dependence of thermal and elastic properties of Cu-Ti-Zr-Ni alloys was systematically investigated. Quaternary Cu-Ti-Zr-Ni alloys can be cast directly from the melt into copper molds to form fully amorphous strips or rods with the thickness of 3-6 mm. The evidence of the amorphous nature of the cast rods was provided by X-ray spectra. The measured glass transition temperature (Tg) and crystallization temperature (Tx) were obtained for the alloys using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) at the heating rate of 20 K/s. In the results, the differences between the glass temperature and the crystallization tempera-ture (△Tx=Tx-Tg) are measured with values ranging up to 33-55 K. The reduced glass transition temperature (Trg), which is the ratio of the glass temperature to the liquidus temperature (T1), is often used as an indication of the glass-forming ability of metallic alloys. For the present Cu-Ti-Zr-Ni alloys, this ratio is typically in the range of 0.5838-0.5959, characteristic of metallic alloys with good glass-forming ability. The elastic constants for several selected alloys were measured using ultrasonic methods. The values of the elastic shear modulus, bulk modulus, and Poisson's ratio were also given.  相似文献

The fine structure of bainite,the morphology and distribution of carbide in steels and the morphology of bainite in Cu-Zn-Al alloys have been investigated with TEM.The interfacial structure ledges and interfacial crystal lattice images of Cu-Zn-Al alloys have also been investigated with HREM.The addition of alloying microelements can fine the structure of bainitic ferrite markedly.The bainitic ferrite is composed of subunits or subchunks.The carbides differ in morphologies and are distributed in between laths,inside the plates and on the boundaries of subunits.There are abundant fine structures in bainitic ferrite.In the primary bainite of Cu-Zn-Al alloy there are interfacial structure ledges,the height of which is about 3 -40 nm,equal to 15-200 atomic layers.The phase transformation mechanism of bainite is discussed.  相似文献
