以某型采煤机的联接架为研究对象,运用Solid Works对采煤机联接架进行三维模型绘制并以x_t格式导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行有限元分析,通过模态分析和谐响应分析得出了联接架的固有频率、振型以及频率与振幅的关系,并且通过对比模态分析与谐响应分析结果,发现一阶固有频率2 018.5 Hz对联接架影响较大,容易引起共振现象。通过在原联接架基础上增加壁厚来进行优化,使采煤机联接架固有频率增加了约5%,为今后采煤机联接架的设计和改进提供了数据支持。  相似文献

在非圆行星齿轮液压马达中,有3根相互平行的圆柱形联接销,两端都被芯部组件和壳体的盲孔所包含。联接销在装配时处于密室中,按照现有的正向装配方法,芯部组件在壳体上方,联接销装配难度大。提出了逆向装配的新方法,将壳体调转到芯部组件的上方,进行联接销的装配。根据马达的公差设计,计算了2种方法中联接销及其对应盲孔的最大实体实效尺寸,结果表明联接销的装配工艺性得到有效的改善。开展了对比性的装配试验,结果表明,采用新方法后,该工序的平均时长缩短了70%以上。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
