为提高C/C复合材料的高温抗氧化性能,以聚碳硅烷(PCS)浸渍裂解法和Si,Mo,W粉浆料刷涂反应法在C/C复合材料表面制备SiC-MoSi2-WSi2复合涂层,借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等分析手段,对涂层的微观形貌、组织结构及物相进行分析研究,优化涂层制备工艺,考察了涂层的高温抗氧化性能,分析了抗氧化机理.制备的SiC-MoSi2-WSi2复合涂层厚度200 μm左右,主要由SiC,MoSi2,WSi2构成.1500℃氧化试验结果表明复合涂层的静态氧化失重率较SiC单层涂层降低50%以上,较大地改善了C/C复合材料的抗氧化性能. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法在中间相沥青基碳纤维的表面制备了碳化钽(TaC)涂层。运用FTIR对钽溶胶、凝胶的特征基团进行了分析,借助X射线衍射、扫描电镜分析TaC涂层纤维的物相组成和微观结构,并利用热失重研究了涂层对碳纤维抗氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明,经过二次涂层,1600℃热处理后,碳纤维表面的TaC涂层均匀致密,无明显孔洞,呈连续的层状结构,涂层厚度约为150nm,且涂层中存在大面积的白色TaC颗粒。研究结果还表明,二次涂层后碳纤维起始氧化温度比无涂层碳纤维提高了250℃,且纤维在800℃以下几乎没有明显的失重,氧化终止温度也提高到870℃,该涂层提高了碳纤维的抗氧化性能。 相似文献

以碳化硅及合成莫来石微粉为主要原料,制备了用于非真空太阳能吸热管的莫来石结合碳化硅高温陶瓷涂层。针对碳化硅基材料高温氧化问题,测定了样品的烧成增重率及亮度并结合XRD、SEM研究了莫来石结合碳化硅陶瓷的抗氧化性能。结果表明,莫来石添加量为20%,经1 380℃烧成样品的抗氧化性最好,其增重率为7.49%,亮度值为46.61。XRD分析烧结体主晶相为碳化硅(α-SiC)和莫来石(3Al2O3.2SiO2),并含有少量的方石英(SiO2),莫来石作为结合相在碳化硅晶粒周围形成"骨架",与SiO2玻璃相形成三围的网状保护层包裹在碳化硅表面,阻止碳化硅氧化。 相似文献

To investigate the silicon/graphite ratio and temperature on preparation and properties of ZrB2–SiC coatings, ZrB2, silicon, and graphite powders were used as pack powders to prepare ZrB2–SiC coatings on SiC coated graphite samples at different temperatures by pack cementation method. The composition, microstructure, thermal shock, and oxidation resistance of these coatings were characterized and assessed. High silicon/graphite ratio (in this case, 2) did not guarantee higher coating density, instead could be harmful to coating formation and led to the lump of pack powders, especially at temperatures of 2100 and 2200 °C. But residual silicon in the coating is beneficial for high density and oxidation protection ability. The SiC/ZrB2–SiC (ZS50-2) coating prepared at 2000 °C showed excellent oxidation protective ability, owing to the residual silicon in the coating and dense coating structure. The weight loss of ZS50-2 after 15 thermal shocks between 1500 °C and room temperature, and oxidation for 19 h at 1500 °C are 6.5% and 2.9%, respectively. 相似文献

采用高温包渗技术在炭/炭复合材料表面制备了SiC/Mo(Six,Al1-x)2复合涂层,采用两步反应法研究了复合涂层的生成机理。发现复合涂层是由Si、Al2O3、SiC、MoSi2原始粉末材料与基体炭材料经过复杂化学反应生成的SiC、Mo(SixAl1-x)2以及微量Mo4.8Si3C0.6固溶体组成。在较低温度下(〈1750℃),单质硅与基体碳的液-固相反应,经过2小时后可以在炭/炭复合材料表面和内部孔隙表面生成致密的SiC过渡涂层;在较高温度下(≤2000℃),SiC、Al2O3和MoSi2间的反应较为复杂,其主要过程为SiC与Al2O3间生成液体硅、液体铝和气态SiO、Al2O的多相反应,该反应生成的液体铝能够与MoSi2颗粒发生置换反应,生成熔点降低的Mo(Six,Al1-x)2转移涂层;同时,生成的液体硅与CO反应生成晶须状β—SiC,并与Mo(Six,Al1-x)2形成增强型复合涂层。本文还研究了过量单质Si和SiC对Mo(Six,Al1-x)2的还原反应,化学反应推论与实验结果相吻合。以新提出的涂层生成机理为指导,以粉末原料质量组成为Si10%,Al2O3 10%,SiC54%和MoSi226%时所制得了致密并且无粘结的复合涂层材料,并研究了封孔处理后复合材料的抗氧化性能。 相似文献

The SEN for thin slab con-casting is easy to break and damage because of the oxidation during preheating and application. The enamel coating material is generally applied on the surface of SEN to avoid the oxidation. The coating material with born glass and silicon as main starting materials and silica sol as binder was studied. ZrO2 - C and Al2O3 - C materials containing 15% carbon were isostatic pressed, and heated at 600 ℃ , 900 ℃ , 1 200 ℃ , 1 500 ℃ for 2 h, respectively. The results show that the coating material with 70% of boron glass and 30% of silicon bonded by silica sol can form denser protection layer in the above mentioned materials at the range of 600 -1 500 ℃. The oxidation area ratio and weight loss ratio with the coating are much lower than those without the coating. 相似文献

采用静态氧化法对不同温度下TiB2陶瓷的氧化行为进行研究,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪对氧化前后的样品进行表征.结果表明:低温下TiB2陶瓷氧化动力学满足抛物线规律,并在表面形成液相B203,阻止氧化反应的进一步进行,冷却后B2O3以玻璃态覆盖在表面.高温下TiB2氧化反应在4h前满足抛物线规律,表面形成一层TiO2多孔结构;氧化4h后,随着氧扩散距离的延长,扩散阻力加大,从而使氧化速率降低,氧化反应不再满足抛物线规律. 相似文献

Al2O3-SiC-C castables with 2% pitch or 2%,4% and 6% treated graphite,respectively,were prepared based on the basic formulation of traditional Al2O3-SiC-C castables. 主要研究了膨胀石墨含量对低碳铝碳耐火材料的显微结构,力学性能和抗热震性的影响;在此基础上选择合适含量的膨胀石墨引入铝锆碳质转炉挡渣闸阀中,考察了转炉挡渣闸阀的现场服役行为.结果表明:膨胀石墨引入铝碳耐火材料中有助于促进碳化硅晶须的生长;正是由于碳化硅晶须以及膨胀石墨自身的强韧化作用,铝碳耐火材料热震后的残余强度由空白样的4.87 MPa提高至9.31 MPa,残余强度保持率由38%提高至54%.工业试验结果显示引入0.5wt%膨胀石墨的铝锆碳质转炉挡渣闸阀的平均使用寿命较传统滑板提高0.77次. 相似文献
