利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,建立压电悬臂梁发电振子的ANSYS模型,并进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。当加速度为0.015 m/s2,质量块在不同位置时,仿真分析了压电悬臂梁发电振子输出的开路电压随频率的变化。由仿真结果可知,当质量块距离夹持端75 mm时,压电悬臂梁发电振子输出的开路电压有效值最大可达19.3 V。搭建试验台,研究了质量块在不同位置时压电悬臂梁发电振子的输出特性。实验结果表明,当质量块距离夹持端77 mm时,在加速度一阶谐振频率下,压电悬臂梁发电振子输出的开路电压有效值最大可达17.8 V。在经全桥整流电路接阻容电路,电阻为1.3 MΩ时,电阻上获得最大瞬时功率为55 μW。研究结果表明,带质量块的压电悬臂梁发电振子振动能量发电梁中的质量块存在一个最佳位置,使装置开路电压和输出功率最大。  相似文献

针对悬臂梁叠层压电振子,利用ANSYS软件仿真分析了其自由端尺寸的改变对于压电振子的输出电压及其固有频率的影响,并得到了叠层压电振子在结合面上的切应力的变化关系。研究表明,在相同条件下,随着自由端尺寸的减小,压电振子的开路电压、基频均有不同程度的增加,但其结合面上的切应力却有较大程度的增幅(最大为74%),这种变化易使叠层结构发生抗剪强度不足的破坏。  相似文献

利用压电振子采集环境振动能量为低功耗电子产品供能是近年来研究的热点,而压电振子的振动发电能力与其几何形状有关。该文针对悬臂梁压电振子,利用ANSYS软件仿真分析了其自由端尺寸的改变对压电振子的输出电压及固有频率的影响。结果表明,在相同条件下,存在一定的自由端尺寸使压电振子采集环境中低频振动的能量最大。  相似文献

0-3型压电复合材料以其柔软性,易加工成型和制备工艺简单等优点,具有广泛的应用前景.该文利用0-3型压电复合材料作为压电悬臂梁压电振子的压电体,利用Ansys软件对振子做有限元分析,包括静态和模态分析,得出压电振子各参数对其发电能力及谐振频率的影响:振子发电能力与外力及振子的长度成正比,与振子宽度成反比,存在最佳长度比和厚度比;振子的固有频率与长度及质量块的质量成反比,宽度对固有频率的影响较小.这些数据为压电悬臂梁的结构参数提供设计依据.  相似文献

提出一种变截面悬臂梁压电俘能器结构,通过有限元仿真分析其振动特性和输出电压,有利于提高发电性能。该俘能器结构固定端为等截面梁,自由端为变截面梁,压电层粘贴在悬臂梁根部等截面梁表面,改变悬臂梁自由端与固定端的宽度比,得到多种不同形式的变截面悬臂梁。对比分析了三角形梁、矩形梁和具有不同宽度比梯形梁的固有频率、应力和应变分布及简谐激励输出电压响应。结果表明,三角形梁固有频率较大,输出电压最大,同时分析了不同变截面段长度对输出电压的影响。该文还分析了具有相同一阶频率、不同宽度比俘能器的输出电压,表明三角形结构单位体积压电层输出电压最大。对比分析了基体层上根部粘贴压电片和全部粘贴压电片的输出电压特性。结果表明,前者输出电压较大,发电性能更好。  相似文献

提出了一种螺旋悬臂梁结构的可植入式压电能量收集器,这种结构的能量收集器可为植入式医疗器件供电。螺旋结构的设计一方面可以使悬臂梁从多个方向的振动中吸收能量,另一方面还可以降低谐振频率。提出的悬臂梁整体结构厚度为40 μm,宽度为1 mm,整体外部大小为 9 mm×9 mm。该结构中,悬臂梁的末端附上质量块,进一步降低悬臂梁的谐振频率。该收集器的谐振频率为66 Hz,当施加的激励为1g加速度时,输出开路电压为2.2 V,输出功率为4.8 μW。  相似文献

基于电路负载阻抗匹配原理,为最大程度利用压电悬臂梁发电装置收集环境振动能量,保证压电悬臂梁外接负载能够正常工作,需要研究压电悬臂梁结构参数对其最佳输出功率以及相对应外接负载匹配阻值的影响。该文通过压电电路分析,研究了基板和压电陶瓷片的长度、厚度、宽度和质量块质量对压电悬臂梁最佳输出功率以及相对应负载匹配阻值的影响。结果表明,一定范围内,增加基板长度、压电陶瓷片厚度、质量块质量可以增加压电悬臂梁外接负载匹配阻值,增加基板厚度、压电陶瓷片长和宽可降低压电悬臂梁外接负载匹配阻值;随着基板长度、压电陶瓷片宽和长、质量块质量的增加,压电悬臂梁最佳输出功率得到显著提高,基板宽度对压电悬臂梁最佳输出功率基本无影响,增加压电陶瓷片的厚度,压电悬臂梁最佳输出功率先增加后降低,存在一个最佳输出功率。  相似文献

采用微机电系统(MEMS)技术制作了悬臂梁式压电微拾振器,该技术主要包括:sol-gel法制备PZT压电膜、干法刻蚀、湿法化学刻蚀、UV-LIGA等工艺。研制的拾振器悬臂梁结构尺寸为:长2000μm,宽600μm,硅膜厚度12μm,PZT压电膜厚1.5μm,Ni质量块长600μm、高500μm。测试表明其固有频率为610Hz,适合低频振动源环境的应用。在1gn加速度谐振激励下,电压输出达562mV。  相似文献

为了解决电池为低功耗电子产品供能存在的诸多问题,研究了不对称悬臂梁压电发电机的发电性能,利用有限元方法分析了压电晶体重合度对压电振子输出电压的影响关系,得出了压电晶体最佳重合度并进行了实验验证.研究结果表明,不对称压电振子结构优于完成对称的压电振子结构,当压电晶体间重合度为0.2时,悬臂梁压电振子的输出电压最大,实验结果与有限元分析吻合.当压电振子在负载电阻为15 kΩ时,此时负载与压电振子内阻匹配良好,输出功率达到最大,(为6.8 mW),产生的能量能满足网络传感器等低耗能电子产品的供能需求.  相似文献

针对汽车行驶过程中车载传感器需要持续稳定的供能需求,设计一种以谐振腔结构为主体,扰流圆柱与亥姆霍兹谐振腔为辅助的压电俘能器。为研究俘能器的发电性能,设计其最佳结构,建立流固电耦合仿真模型。仿真时,根据实际风压分布,将风压载荷分区加载到压电发电模块。仿真分析结果表明,基板与压电陶瓷的厚度比对压电悬臂梁的输出电压和固有频率有影响,最佳厚度比为1.25;基板与主腔体间间隙、扰流圆柱直径、亥姆霍兹谐振腔皆存在最佳尺寸参数使压电俘能器发电性能达到最佳;负载电阻在400~600 kΩ内时,可获得最佳的输出功率;风速为15 m/s时,最大输出功率为37.3 mW。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. The proof is based on the famous capacity formula of Foschini and Gans with matrix theory.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
