综述了含磷本质阻燃环氧树脂(包括含磷协同本质阻燃体系)的发展、现状和未来趋势。与添加型阻燃剂阻燃环氧树脂相比,通过含磷环氧化合物和/或含磷固化剂把磷元素嵌入环氧树脂结构中制得的含磷本质阻燃环氧树脂,具有阻燃效率高、阻燃持久、物理力学性能不受影响、燃烧过程中毒性腐蚀性挥发物质的生成量低等优势。利用协同阻燃效应,可以进一步提高阻燃性能。但是,含磷本质阻燃环氧树脂和含磷协同本质阻燃体系存在制备工艺复杂、生产成本较高等不足。  相似文献

An outline of the history and manufacture of polycarbonate resins is followed by a discussion about resin product types anal their processing. The key properties of flex modulus, deflection temperature, and impact are those that make polycarbonate resins premier engineering resins. Like most other engineering plastics, polycarbonate resins' early commercial history was characterized by substitutions of polycarbonate resins for traditional materials, particularly metal and glass. Examples of applications are presented, More recently application developments involve ab initio selection of polycarbonate resins and article designs based on polycarbonate resin properties. In addition, “tailored” resins such as poly (estercarbonate) resins and polycarbonate resin blends have evolved to meet specific applications. The future growth of polycarbonate resins is predicted to feature few new resins, many new blends, and application developments using computer techniques.  相似文献

Most of the commercially available ion exchange resins at present are either styrene–DVB-based or phenol-based and these are dependent on petroleum products. In view of the ever increasing demand for ion exchange resins and the petroleum crisis, the cost of these resins is going up in leaps and bounds. Although work on ion exchange resins based on naturally occurring tannins and similar materials have been reported in the literature, their low stability, insufficiently low exchange capacity, and similar other disadvantages come in the way of commercial exploitation of these products. In the present communication, studies on preparation and properties, viz., exchange capacity, hydration, swelling, stability, etc. of some effective cation exchange resins which have been obtained from a renewable natural resource of polyphenolic nature and some small proportion of phenol have been reported. The resins studied are stable and of moderately high exchange capacity (2–3 meq/g). Substituting phenol with low-priced renewable polyphenolic material, the resultant copolymer matrix after sulfonation gives ion exchange resins which are quite economic. Their properties are comparable with the commercial resins available in the market.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of the new epoxyfumarate and epoxymaleate resins obtained by the addition of acidic allyl maleate to the commercially available resin Epidian 5 are presented. The resins were synthesized in one‐ and two‐step procedures and properties of the obtained resins are compared. It should be noted that the use of allyl alcohol in the synthesis of unsaturated resins has an advantageous influence on their properties. Glass‐transition temperatures of the epoxyfumarate resins exceed 100°C, whereas those of epoxymaleates are higher than 70°C. 以氯甲基化聚苯乙烯树脂(PS-Cl)和氯乙酰化聚苯乙烯树脂(PS-Acyl-Cl)为母体, 引入三乙烯四胺(TETA)制备两种胺化聚苯乙烯树脂PS-TETA与PS-Acyl-TETA。用红外光谱和表面孔径吸附仪对树脂进行表征, 并用于对硝基酚(PNP)的吸附研究。静态和动态吸附实验结果表明, 两种树脂对PNP的吸附过程都可以用准二级动力学方程来描述;液膜扩散为吸附PNP的主要控制步骤;吸附符合Freundlich等温方程, 为多分子层吸附;吸附为自发的放热过程, 属于以物理吸附为主的吸附过程;PS-TETA与PS-Acyl-TETA对PNP的饱和吸附量分别为157.87mg/mL、90.77mg/mL, 穿透体积为165BV、80BV, 动态脱附率为98.4% 、98.9%。  相似文献

The use of acidic ion exchange resins in the transformation of biomass into biofuels is revised and their potential application is presented. Relationships between morphology and structure of resins and their catalytic activity for some existing reactions of the transformation network from sugars to biofuels are observed. In the synthesis of 5‐hydroxymethyfurfural and levulinic acid, catalytic activity of resins increases when the crosslinking content is decreased for both macroreticular and gel‐type resins. Gel‐type resins with low crosslinking were found to be the most suitable resins for direct esterification of levulinic acid with linear alcohols. However, for the alcoholysis of furfuryl alcohol, macroreticular resins are better than gel‐type ones. Deactivation probably due to humins formation is the main drawback for industrial application. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
