在45钢表面以超声波辅助脉冲电沉积制备Ni-TiN复合镀层。研究了平均阴极电流密度、脉冲占空比、超声功率和TiN粒子(平均直径20~30 nm)添加量对复合镀层的TiN粒子含量和显微硬度的影响。得到较优的工艺参数为:NiSO4ꞏ6H2O 300 g/L,NiCl2ꞏ6H2O 30 g/L,H3BO330 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.3 g/L,TiN 25 g/L,pH 4.1~4.3,温度40°C,平均阴极电流密度4 A/dm2,脉冲占空比40%,脉冲频率1000 Hz,超声功率300 W,机械搅拌速率200 r/min,时间60 min。该条件下所得Ni-TiN复合镀层的TiN质量分数为8.35%,显微硬度为819 HV,表面平整、致密,晶粒尺寸均匀。 相似文献

采用脉冲电沉积技术在304不锈钢表面制备Ni-Cu合金镀层,镀液组成和工艺条件为:NiSO4·6H2O 200g/L,CuSO4·5H2O 10 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.2 g/L,柠檬酸钠80 g/L,糖精0.2g/L,pH 4.0,温度25℃,搅拌速率30 r/min,平均电流密度40~120 mA/cm2,脉冲频率0~100 Hz,占空比20%~90%,时间30 min。研究了平均电流密度、脉冲频率和占空比对Ni-Cu合金镀层的元素组成、表面形貌和显微硬度的影响,得到较优的工艺参数为:平均电流密度40 mA/cm2,脉冲频率50 Hz,占空比60%。该条件下所得Ni-Cu合金镀层由质量分数分别为56.53%和43.47%的Ni和Cu组成,呈"菜花"状形貌,结晶细致、均匀,显微硬度为614.4 HV。 相似文献

分别采用直流(DC)和换向脉冲电流(PRC)电沉积法制得纳米Ni-SiC复合镀层.采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪对比研究了纯Ni镀层和Ni-SiC复合镀层的微观结构、宏观残余应力、表面形貌及成分.用浸泡法研究了不同镀层在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl和10%(体积分数)H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,脉冲电沉积能改变镀层的微观结构,有效提高镀层硬度,降低宏观残余应力.脉冲电沉积所得到的纯Ni镀层和纳米Ni-SiC复合镀层在3.5% NaCl及10% H2SO4溶液中的耐蚀性均优于直流镀层.脉冲镀层在3.5% NaCl溶液中受腐蚀很轻,主要腐蚀形态为点蚀,而在10% H2SO4溶液中,SiC粒子作为增强相使镀层的耐腐蚀性进一步提高. 相似文献

在醋酸盐镀液体系中采用直流(DC)、单向脉冲电流(PC)和换向脉冲电流(PRC)3种方法制备了Ni-Co-WC复合镀层。采用扫描电镜及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)表征了镀层的微观组织及耐蚀性。结果表明,镀层的微观结构及性能受镀层中WC含量的影响很大。在最佳WC含量的情况下,镀层的显微硬度及耐蚀性都明显提高。与PC和DC法制备的复合镀层相比,PRC法制备的复合镀层具有更致密的表面,更高的显微硬度以及更好的耐蚀性。 相似文献

A method of pulse electrodeposition was proposed to synthesize polyaniline (PANI)/MnO2 composite in aniline, H2SO4, and MnSO4 aqueous solution. The PANI/MnO2 composite has rod‐like structure and MnO2 particles are distributed on PANI uniformly. To evaluate the performance of the as‐prepared materials as supercapacitor electrodes, cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge–discharge measurements, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were performed. The PANI/MnO2 composite shows a higher specific capacitance (810 F g−1) than pure PANI (662 F g−1) at a current density of 0.5 A g−1. The cycle life of the composite was also excellent. This study investigates the dispersions of 1 wt.% C.I. pigment violet 23 particles in propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PGMEA) using a supercritical fluid-assisted dispersion process (SFAD). The favorable formulation of dispersants is a blend of 40% AJISPER PB821 and 10% FC-4430 in a PGMEA medium. The SFAD processes holding at the supercritical state are good for improving dispersion. Under favorable conditions, 328.2 K and 20 MPa, the mean size of pigment dispersoid with blended dispersants in PGMEA is as small as 175 nm that meets the required range of 100-200 nm in industrial applications. The TGA analyses indicate the adsorbed amount of blended dispersants (40% PB821 and 10% 4430) on the surface of pigment particles in the PGMEA medium is about 1.77 mg/m2. Thus, the transmittances, color analyses, and TEM images of pigment dispersoids prove that the SFAD process can disperse pigment particles in PGMEA. 相似文献
