通过对三深三浅平整器和三槽平整器进行对比测试,评价了它们对卷烟物理指标稳定性的影响。结果显示,三深三浅平整器在卷烟物理指标合格率和质量稳定性方面比三槽平整器具有明显优势,使用三深三浅平整器与三槽平整器卷制的样品相比较,吸阻合格率提高了12个百分点,通风率合格率提高了4个百分点,烟支重量变异系数降低了20.7%,烟支吸阻变异系数降低了60.7%。 相似文献

卷接机组和滤棒成型机中原卷烟纸拼接用胶带片的粘贴需要手工操作,容易出现漏贴或粘贴位置产生偏差。为此,对胶带片粘贴及输送装置进行了改进,通过凸轮机构、槽轮机构及齿轮传动等一系列的机构运动,实现了对胶带片的自动粘贴及输送。改进后基本杜绝了由于人为因素造成的卷烟纸拼接失败,有效地提高了机器的自动化程度和有效作业率。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Changes of chicken breast myosin during storage at 2°C and 37°C were monitored immunochemically. Anti-myosin subfragment-1 (S-1) monoclonal antibody, which recognized epitopes within the 27 kDa fragment of S-1, and the anti-myosin rod polyclonal antiserum, were prepared. Myosin degradation products were not detected in muscle extracts stored for 3 weeks at 2°C. In contrast, storage at 37°C brought about the degradation of myosin heavy chain to immunologically detectable small fragments. While, myosin rod produced during the conditioning period was not decomposed into any small filaments. Namely, storage of muscle at 37°C resulted in minor amounts of myosin heavy chain degradation, with initial conversion to rod and S-1 fragments, and subsequent breakdown occurred in the S-1 region only. Immunoblot assay also suggested that the pattern of changes in myosin heavy chain in muscle incubated at 37°C was similar to that produced by in vitro digestion with cathepsin D. 相似文献

Procyanidin dimers, trimers, and tetramers are absorbable, whereas larger oligomers are not. Procyanidins in cranberries are bioactive components that help prevent chronic diseases; however, 85% of cranberry procyanidins are large oligomers or polymers with a degree of polymerization above four. The objective of this study was to depolymerize cranberry procyanidins, particularly the polymers, into absorbable oligomers. Partially purified cranberry procyanidins (PCP) were obtained using chromatographic methods. The resultant extract contained predominant polymers with a degree of polymerization above ten (77.2% w/w). The extract was depolymerized, using 0.1 or 1 M methanolic HCl, with (+)-catechin, (−)-epicatechin, or (−)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) added as chain breakers. Depolymerization converted polymers into A-type and B-type dimers, trimers and tetramers. Use of EGCG as a chain breaker resulted in A- and B-type oligomers with EGCG as a terminal unit, indicating that the added flavan-3-ol attached to the C4 carbocations from procyanidins during depolymerization. The yield of B-type oligomers was higher than that of A-type oligomers. The yield increased when higher amounts of flavan-3-ols were used for depolymerization. EGCG, as a chain breaker, produced fewer procyanidin oligomers than did catechin or epicatechin. This research provided a practical approach that may enhance the bioavailability and bioactivity of procyanidins in cranberries. 相似文献
