天津钢管公司采用150 t EAF-150 t LF(VD)-CC工艺生产30CrMo,37Mn等气瓶钢Φ210~310 mm圆管坯。生产统计数据表明,在LF精炼时用Si≥50%,Ca≥12%,Ba≥13%合金替代全用Al脱氧,使[Alt]从0.026%降至0.006%,钢中氧含量为25×10-6,提高了钢的清洁度,减少了轧制过程中钢材的裂纹废品。 相似文献

结合生产实际数据,分析了RH真空脱气工艺过程。如要求[H]≤1.8×10-6,需真空处理9min;当要求[H]≤1.5×10-6时,冬、春季节RH处理时间为≥11min,夏季则为≥12min,秋季应为≥13min;RH脱氮率约为23%,且在脱气超过8min时RH脱氮出现拐点,延长真空处理时间对脱氮影响不大。 相似文献

A ladle furnace operates with a highly reducing slag provided the slag carry over is properly controlled; however, this seldom occurs. In addition, argon injection is also employed to increase mass transfer and thus, the removal of impurities from the molten steel. The refining process is mathematically modeled in this work on the basis of mass transfer control. The model involves the computation of activities with the use of a regular solution model, incorporates interaction parameter's and computation of a mass transfer coefficient which allow for the determination of the mass transfer rates across the slag‐metal interface under conditions of equilibrium at the interface. The model predicts the composition profile of both slag and steel during the refining process and can be used to make corrections to the initial slag composition in order to decrease both the refining time and the final concentration of impurities in liquid steel. 相似文献

The clean steel refining tests carried out in a 100 kg plasma ladle furnace(PLF)were to show the metallurgical effects of the different plasma gases such as Ar-H2 and Ar-CO2.The variations of carbon,nitrogen contents in steels and the mechanism of denitrogenation were studied.Compared with the conventional ladle furnace,when the plasma gases were injected into the ladle furnace,there was a decarburization process,the carburetion rates were reduced obviously.The carburetion rate is 3.6×10-6per minute for the steel heated by conventional LF,and is 2.20 and 1.35 times of the heats blown 85%Ar-15%H2 and 85%Ar-15%CO2,respectively.When the plasma ladle furnace operated with Ar-H2 plasma gas,the denitrogenation of the molten steel occurs.The lowest denitrogenation rate is 0.30×10-6per minute when Ar-H2 gas mixtures were used.The main reactant gas is monatomic hydrogen and the main product of denitrogenation is NH3 for Ar-H2 injection. 相似文献
