将蒙特卡罗(MC)技术引入到晶粒生长模拟中,结合焊接工艺和热模拟试验,模拟了单相合金焊接热影响区(HAZ)晶粒生长过程。首先应用实验和统计学的方法确定了材料晶粒生长的动力学模型,然后计算了焊接热循环,同时基于蒙特卡罗技术编制了模拟程序。最后在不同焊接热输入情况下,模拟了晶粒生长过程。模拟结果动态演示了晶粒生长过程,并且体现了焊接热钉扎效应。模拟得出数据与试验结果非常接近,为评定焊接工艺和材料可焊性提供了依据。 相似文献

根据等温条件下的铁索体晶粒长大公式,推导出了焊接热影响区(HAZ)铁索体晶粒长大的动力学方程,并结合焊接热循环的数值分析结果对TCS不锈钢热影响区晶粒长大进行了预测.在此基础上,对复合焊新型焊接工艺条件下TCS不锈钢HAZ的晶粒长大情况进行了数值计算,得到了3种工艺参数下TCS不锈钢复合焊HAZ内的晶粒尺寸.基于TCS不锈钢复合焊接接头的金相图片,测量了HAZ内的平均晶粒尺寸,对数值模拟结果进行了验证.初步讨论了晶粒尺寸随热循环温度的长大情况和热循环温度差异对晶粒长大的影响规律. 相似文献

根据传统金属学和焊接冶金学理论,对800 MPa和400 MPa两个强度级别的新一代钢铁材料进行了焊接热模拟试验,分析了焊接热影响区HAZ晶粒长大规律.结果表明,随着Tp和t8/5的逐渐增大,新一代钢铁材料焊接HAZ的奥氏体晶粒都存在严重的长大倾向,且400 MPa级较800 MPa级的HAZ奥氏体晶粒长大更为严重. 相似文献

The Monte Carlo (MC) simulations of grain growth in the heat affected zone (HAZ) of titanium alloys and ultra fine austenite steels are widely used. In single-phase alloys, the pinning effect of the grain boundary precipitates is one of the important factors to influence grain growth. However, it has not been considered in most of the simulations. In this study, both thermal pinning and precipitates pinning effects were taken into account to simulate grain growth in HAZ of austenite stainless steel SUS316 during gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) process. By using heat transfer and fluid flow model, the thermal process of welding that influences grain structure evolution is obtained as well. The results of the simulation agree with the experiment and demonstrate that the grains in HAZ grow discontinuously when a large amount of carbides lie on the grain boundary. 相似文献

通过焊接热模拟方法和现代材料组织分析技术,研究了冷却时间t8/5和t12/8对2205双相不锈钢模拟热影响区(HAZ)组织转变行为的影响.结果表明,固定t12/8,改变t8/5,2205双相不锈钢模拟HAZ的组织形态和相比例相差不大,用t8/5作为参数研究这种材料HAZ组织转变行为是不恰当的;固定t8/5,改变t12/8,2205双相不锈钢模拟HAZ的组织形态和相比例变化比较大,t12/8是影响这种材料HAZ组织的本质因素,用它来研究对2205双相不锈钢HAZ组织的影响更为确切.冷却时间t12/8对2205双相不锈钢模拟HAZ组织的影响规律是,随着t12/8的增加,奥氏体由原来的长条状逐渐变成树枝状,晶界和晶粒内部均析出奥氏体,相互交集在一起形成网状.铁素体的比例随着冷却时间t12/8的增加而缓慢下降;2205双相不锈钢模拟HAZ组织中奥氏体和铁素体晶内比母材有更多的位错. 相似文献

用Gleeble3800热力模拟试验机模拟了12%Cr不锈钢焊接热循环加热过程,利用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电镜及透射电子显微镜研究了其组织转变、晶粒长大规律及析出相.结果表明,加热到900℃以上组织大部分转变为奥氏体,冷却到室温转变为马氏体,1250℃以上奥氏体全部转变为δ铁素体;1 250℃以下晶粒长大缓慢,1 250℃以上,晶粒随峰值温度的提高和保温时间的延长急剧长大.第二相组织的存在有效地抑制了晶粒长大;母材基体中存在大量细小弥散的铌钛复合碳化物.加热到1 350℃以上,这些碳化物迅速溶解到基体中,不能钉扎晶界和抑制晶粒长大. 相似文献

In this essay, we studied how heat input affected the microstructure, hardness, grain size and heat-affected zone (HAZ) dimension of WCX355 ultra-fine grain steel which was welded respectively by the ultra narrow-gap welding (UNGW) process and the overlaying process with CO2 as protective atmosphere and laser welding process. The experimental results show when the heat input changed from 1.65 kJ/cm to 5.93 kJ/cm, the width of its HAZ ranged from O. 6 mm to 2. 1 ram. The average grain size grew up from 2 ~ 5 pln of base metal to 20~70 um and found no obvious soften phenomenon in overheatedzone. The width of normalized zone was generally wide as 2/3 as that of the whole HAZ, and the grain size in this zone is smaller than that in base metal. Under the circumstance of equal heat input, the HAZ width of UNGW is narrower than that of the laser welding. 相似文献
