Polymer solar cells (PSCs) based on fullerene derivatives often require additives to optimize active layer morphology. Here, the novel additive 1‐naphthalenethiol (SH‐na) is proposed for processing the PSC active layer of PTB7:PC71BM. Spin‐casting with SH‐na as additive achieves a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.3%, compared to 6.7% for preparations containing the conventional 1,8‐diiodooctane additive. Dipping of the active layer into a methanol solution of critical SH‐na concentration increases the PCE further to 8.75%. This is mainly due to an improved open‐circuit voltage (from 0.72 to 0.79 V) together with a high achieved fill factor of 0.70. The improved PCE is correlated to the morphology optimization according to measurements of grazing incidence small/wide‐angle X‐ray scattering, neutron reflectivity, atomic force microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The integrated results suggest that the halogen‐free additive SH‐na can form hydrogen bonds with both PTB7 and PC71BM, resulting in substantially improved PTB7 crystallization and multi‐length‐scale PC71BM dispersion for appropriate aggregation and networks. The subsequent dipping treatment with SH‐na further modifies the active layer morphology for a more PC71BM‐enriched surface and better PC71BM networks in the bulk film for an optimized electron‐to‐hole mobility ratio of 2.04, hence resulting in improved device performance.  相似文献

In this work, polymer solar cells are fabricated based on the blend of PTB7‐Th: PC71BM by using a mixed solvent additive of 1,8‐diiodooctane and N‐methyl pyrrolidone to optimize the morphology of the blend. A high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 10.8% has been achieved with a simple conventional device. In order to deeply investigate the influence of the mixed solvent additives on the morphology and device performance, the variations of the molecular packing and bulk morphology of the blend film cast from ortho‐dichlorobenzene with single or binary solvent additives are measured. Although all the blend films exhibit similar domain size and nanoscale phase separation, the blend film processed with mixed solvent additive shows the highest domain purity, resulting in the least bimolecular recombination, relatively high Jsc and FF, and hence enhanced PCE. Therefore, the best photovoltaic performance with the Voc of 0.82 V, Jsc of 19.1 mA cm?2, FF of 69.1%, and PCE of 10.8% are obtained for the device based on the blend with binary solvent additive treatment.  相似文献

Ternary polymer solar cells (PSCs) are one of the most promising device architectures that maintains the simplicity of single‐junction devices and provides an important platform to better tailor the multiple performance parameters of PSCs. Herein, a ternary PSC system is reported employing a wide bandgap polymeric donor (PBTA‐PS) and two small molecular nonfullerene acceptors (labeled as LA1 and 6TIC). LA1 and 6TIC keep not only well‐matched absorption profiles but also the rational crystallization properties. As a result, the optimal ternary PSC delivers a state of the art power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.24%, over 40% higher than the two binary devices, resulting from the prominently increased short‐circuit current density (Jsc) of 22.33 mA cm?2, moderate open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.84 V, and a superior fill factor approaching 76%. Notably, the outstanding PCE of the ternary PSC ranks one of the best among the reported ternary solar cells. The greatly improved performance of ternary PSCs mainly derives from combining the complementary properties such as absorption and crystallinity. This work highlights the great importance of the rational design of matched acceptors toward highly efficient ternary PSCs.  相似文献

Graphitic carbon nitride (g‐C3N4) has been commonly used as photocatalyst with promising applications in visible‐light photocatalytic water‐splitting. Rare studies are reported in applying g‐C3N4 in polymer solar cells. Here g‐C3N4 is applied in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells (PSCs) for the first time by doping solution‐processable g‐C3N4 quantum dots (C3N4 QDs) in the active layer, leading to a dramatic efficiency enhancement. Upon C3N4 QDs doping, power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of the inverted BHJ‐PSC devices based on different active layers including poly(3‐hexylthiophene‐2,5‐diyl):[6,6]‐phenyl‐C61‐butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT:PC61BM), poly(4,8‐bis‐alkyloxybenzo(l,2‐b:4,5‐b′)dithiophene‐2,6‐diylalt‐(alkyl thieno(3,4‐b)thiophene‐2‐carboxylate)‐2,6‐diyl):[6,6]‐phenyl C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PBDTTT‐C:PC71BM), and poly[4,8‐bis(5‐(2‐ethylhexyl)thiophen‐2‐yl)benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene‐co‐3‐fluorothieno [3,4‐b]thiophene‐2‐carboxylate] (PTB7‐Th):PC71BM reach 4.23%, 6.36%, and 9.18%, which are enhanced by ≈17.5%, 11.6%, and 11.8%, respectively, compared to that of the reference (undoped) devices. The PCE enhancement of the C3N4 QDs doped BHJ‐PSC device is found to be primarily attributed to the increase of short‐circuit current (Jsc), and this is confirmed by external quantum efficiency (EQE) measurements. The effects of C3N4 QDs on the surface morphology, optical absorption and photoluminescence (PL) properties of the active layer film as well as the charge transport property of the device are investigated, revealing that the efficiency enhancement of the BHJ‐PSC devices upon C3N4 QDs doping is due to the conjunct effects including the improved interfacial contact between the active layer and the hole transport layer due to the increase of the roughness of the active layer film, the facilitated photoinduced electron transfer from the conducting polymer donor to fullerene acceptor, the improved conductivity of the active layer, and the improved charge (hole and electron) transport.  相似文献

Ternary strategies have attracted extensive attention due to their potential in improving power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of single‐junction polymer solar cells (PSCs). In this work, a novel wide bandgap polymer donor (Egopt ≈ 2.0 eV) named PBT(E)BTz with a deep highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level (≈?5.73 eV) is designed and synthesized. PBT(E)BTz is first incorporated as the third component into the classic PBDB‐T‐SF:IT‐4F binary PSC system to fabricate efficient ternary PSCs. A higher PCE of 13.19% is achieved in the ternary PSCs with a 5% addition of PBT(E)BTz over binary PSCs (12.14%). Similarly, addition of PBT(E)BTz improves the PCE for PBDB‐T:IT‐M binary PSCs from 10.50% to 11.06%. The study shows that the improved PCE in ternary PSCs is mainly attributed to the suppressed charge carrier recombination and more balanced charge transport. The generality of PBT(E)BTz as a third component is further evidenced in another efficient binary PSC system—PBDB‐TF:BTP‐4Cl: an optimized PCE of 16.26% is realized in the ternary devices. This work shows that PBT(E)BTz possessing a deep HOMO level as an additional component is an effective ternary PSC construction strategy toward enhancing device performance. Furthermore, the ternary device with 5% PBT(E)BTz displays better thermal and light stability over binary devices.  相似文献

The ternary blend system such as binary donor and an acceptor or binary acceptor and a donor offers a way to improve the power conversion efficiency of the polymer solar cells (PSCs) by enhancing optical properties and electrical properties. In this work, PTB7, PC71BM and Molybdenum disulfide nano-sheet (MoS2NS) ternary blend system were investigated as an active material for OPV. The optimized ternary blend system showed increment of 17% power conversion efficiency (PCE) from 6.98% to 8.18%. The origin of improved PCE mainly arises from the significant increment in JSC and marginal change in VOC and FF. This improved PCE is due to increased light harvesting and improved charge carrier mobility in the active matrix. The marginal enhancement in VOC and FF was correlated with the density of trap states (DOS) obtained from capacitance measurement of the device. The optical absorption and energy transfer mechanism of the ternary blend film is explained by absorption and photoluminescence measurement respectively. Further, the conversion efficiency due to improved charge carrier transport was described by modified SCLC mobility measurements for electron and hole only devices. The obtained result suggests that presence of MoS2NS along with PTB7:PC71BM binary system play dual role like an improved charge transport layer as well as light harvesting.  相似文献

Silver nanoprisms (AgNPs) affect the performance of organic solar cells (OSCs) in different ways depending on their positions in the device. To investigate this issue, we incorporate AgNPs in different positions of OSCs and compare their performance. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) is improved by 23.60% to 3.98% when the AgNPs are in- corporated in front of the active layer. On the other hand, when AgNPs are incorporated in the back of the active layer, the short-circuit current density (Jsc) is improved by 17.44% to 10.84 mA/cm2. However, if AgNPs are incorporated in the active layer, both open-circuit voltage (Voc) and Jsc are decreased. We discuss the position effect on the device performance, clarify the absorption shadow and exciton recombination caused by AgNPs, and finally indicate that the optimal position ofplasmonic AgNPs is in front of the active layer.  相似文献

Solvent additives have been considered as a simple and efficient method to increase the performance of bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) organic solar cells, in which, the morphology of the active layer could obtain further improvements by using the binary solvent additives. In this paper, a series of brominated compounds, 1-Bromo-4-butylbenzene (Brbb), 1-Bromo-4-n-hexylbenzene (Brbh) and 1-Bromo-4-n-octylbenzene (Brbo), have been respectively incorporated with 1, 8-diiodooctane (DIO) and regarded as binary solvent additives to fabricate highly efficient bulk heterojunction (BHJ) organic solar cells (OSCs). Compared with the BHJ film based on single additive, the binary additives contained BHJ film shows increased optical absorption, efficient charge transport and better active layer morphology, leading to an enhancement of short-circuit current (JSC) together with a higher achieved fill factor (FF). The conventional BHJ device using PTB7: PC71BM or PTB7-th: PC71BM with the binary solvent additives exhibit enhanced PCE of 8.13% and 10.31%, respectively, which is much higher than that of single additive based devices (7.04% for PTB7 and 8.73% for PTB7-th). The optimized performance of BHJ devices indicates that these brominated compounds are promising additives to improve device efficiency.  相似文献

Polymer solar cells (PSCs) possess the unique features of semitransparency and coloration, which make them potential candidates for applications in aesthetic windows. Here, the authors fabricate inverted semitransparent PSCs with high‐quality hybrid Au/Ag transparent top electrodes and fine‐tuned dielectric mirrors (DMs). It is demonstrated that the device color can be tailored and the light harvesting in the PSCs can be enhanced by matching the bandgap of the polymer donors in the active layer with the specifically designed maximum‐reflection‐center‐wavelengths of the DMs. A detailed chromaticity analysis of the semitransparent PSCs from both bottom and top (mirror) views is also carried out. Furthermore, the inverted semitransparent PSCs based on PTB7‐Th:PC71BM with six pairs of DMs demonstrate a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 7.0% with an average visible transmittance (AVT) of 12.2%. This efficiency is one of the highest reported for semitransparent PSCs, corresponding to 81.4% of the PCE from opaque counterpart devices. The device design and processing method are also successfully adapted to a flexible substrate, resulting in a device with a competitive PCE of 6.4% with an AVT of 11.5%. To the best of our knowledge, this PCE value is the highest value reported for a flexible semitransparent PSC.  相似文献

The contradiction between enlarging the offset between energy levels of donor/acceptor and the required driving force for exciton split leads to a trade‐off between open circuit voltage (VOC) and short circuit current density (JSC), which is a big challenge for development of high performance polymer solar cells (PSCs). Some advanced works reported the PSCs with low photon energy loss (Eloss) and small driving force, but the correlation of molecular structures of light‐harvesting system and driving force is still unclear. In this work, a new alkylsilyl functionalized copolymer donor PBDS‐T (PBDST: poly[(2,6trialkylsilyl thiophen2yl)benzo[1,2b:4,5b′]dithiophene))alt(5,5(1′,3′di2thienyl5′,7′bis(2ethylhexyl)benzo[1′,2′c:4′,5′c′]dithiophene4,8dione))]) with low‐lying energy levels was designed for efficient PSCs. By monitoring the Photoluminescence quenching of the bulk and bilayer heterojunctions, small driving forces, ?EHOMO of 0.15 eV and ?ELUMO of 0.22 eV were founded to allow for efficient charge transfer, which were observed to correlate with the crystalline PBDS‐T and the optimal morphology in PBDS‐T:ITIC (ITIC: 3,9bis(2methylene(3(1,1dicyanomethylene)indanone))5,5,11,11tetrakis(4hexylphenyl)dithieno[2,3d:2′,3′d′]sindaceno[1,2b:5,6b′]dithiophene). Simultaneously improved VOC, JSC and small Eloss boosted the PCE over 11%, which is one of the highest values for annealing‐free device. These results shield a light on precise design of a light‐harvesting system with small driving force to simultaneously improve the VOC and JSC for highly efficient PSCs.  相似文献

Cathode interfacial material (CIM) is critical to improving the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and long‐term stability of an organic photovoltaic cell that utilizes a high work function cathode. In this contribution, a novel CIM is reported through an effective and yet simple combination of triarylphosphine oxide with a 1,10‐phenanthrolinyl unit. The resulting CIM possesses easy synthesis and purification, a high T g of 116 °C and attractive electron‐transport properties. The characterization of photovoltaic devices involving Ag or Al cathodes shows that this thermally deposited interlayer can considerably improve the PCE, due largely to a simultaneous increase in V oc and FF relative to the reference devices without a CIM. Notably, a PCE of 7.51% is obtained for the CIM/Ag device utilizing the active layer PTB7:PC71BM, which far exceeds that of the reference Ag device and compares well to that of the Ca/Al device. The PCE is further increased to 8.56% for the CIM/Al device (with J sc = 16.81 mA cm?2, V oc = 0.75 V, FF = 0.68). Ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy studies reveal that this promising CIM can significantly lower the work function of the Ag metal as well as ITO and HOPG, and facilitate electron extraction in OPV devices.  相似文献

A new terpolymer acceptor is presented, comprising various ratios of the same dithienothienopyrrolobenzothiadiazole (BTP) core with different side chains—alkoxy side chains (BTPO-IC) and alkyl side chains (BTP-IC)—and thiophene units, for use in all-polymer organic photovoltaics. Devices incorporating binary blends of this terpolymer and the polymer PM6 as the active layer displayed open-circuit voltages (VOC) that increase linearly upon increasing the molar ratio of BTPO-IC. For example, the optimized device incorporating PM6:PY-0.2OBO (i.e., with 20 mol% of BTPO-IC) (1:1.2 wt.%) blend, with the smallest domain sizes but largest coherence length and combined face-on and edge-on orientation fractions among all blends, have a champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.7% (VOC = 0.97 V; JSC = 25.2 mA cm−2; FF = 0.68), whereas the device containing a similar blend ratio of the PM6:PY-OD:PY-OBO ternary blend (1:0.96:0.24 wt.%) displayed a PCE of 8.6% (VOC = 0.969 V; JSC = 18.7 mA cm−2; FF = 0.48). The device with PM6:PY-0.2OBO displays better thermal stability than the devices with PM6: PY-OD or PY-OBO. Thus, employing terpolymer acceptors with differently functionalized side-chain units can be an effective approach for simultaneously optimizing the aggregation domain and enhancing the PCEs and thermal stabilities of all-polymer devices.  相似文献

π‐conjugated polymers based on the electron‐neutral alkoxy‐functionalized thienyl‐vinylene (TVTOEt) building‐block co‐polymerized, with either BDT (benzodithiophene) or T2 (dithiophene) donor blocks, or NDI (naphthalenediimide) as an acceptor block, are synthesized and characterized. The effect of BDT and NDI substituents (alkyl vs alkoxy or linear vs branched) on the polymer performance in organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) and all‐polymer organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells is reported. Co‐monomer selection and backbone functionalization substantially modifies the polymer MO energies, thin film morphology, and charge transport properties, as indicated by electrochemistry, optical spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, AFM, DFT calculations, and TFT response. When polymer P7 is used as an OPV acceptor with PTB7 as a donor, the corresponding blend yields TFTs with ambipolar mobilities of μe = 5.1 × 10?3 cm2 V–1 s–1 and μh = 3.9 × 10?3 cm2 V–1 s–1 in ambient, among the highest mobilities reported to date for all‐polymer bulk heterojunction TFTs, and all‐polymer solar cells with a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.70%, the highest reported PCE to date for an NDI‐polymer acceptor system. The stable transport characteristics in ambient and promising solar cell performance make NDI‐type materials promising acceptors for all‐polymer solar cell applications.  相似文献

An optimized four‐layer tailored‐ and low‐refractive index anti‐reflection (AR) coating on an inverted metamorphic (IMM) triple‐junction solar cell device is demonstrated. Due to an excellent refractive index matching with the ambient air by using tailored‐ and low‐refractive index nanoporous SiO2 layers and owing to a multiple‐discrete‐layer design of the AR coating optimized by a genetic algorithm, such a four‐layer AR coating shows excellent broadband and omnidirectional AR characteristics and significantly enhances the omnidirectional photovoltaic performance of IMM solar cell devices. Comparing the photovoltaic performance of an IMM solar cell device with the four‐layer AR coating and an IMM solar cell with the conventional SiO2/TiO2 double layer AR coating, the four‐layer AR coating achieves an angle‐of‐incidence (AOI) averaged short‐circuit current density, JSC, enhancement of 34.4%, whereas the conventional double layer AR coating only achieves an AOI‐averaged JSC enhancement of 25.3%. The measured reflectance reduction and omnidirectional photovoltaic performance enhancement of the four‐layer AR coating are to our knowledge, the largest ever reported in the literature of solar cell devices.  相似文献

Two non-fullerene small molecule acceptors (TFQ-F and TFQ-Cl) based on quinoxaline unit were designed and synthesized for efficient organic solar cells (OSCs). These two acceptors showed intense absorption up to 900 nm and high thermal stabilities with decomposition temperatures over 360 °C due to their fused-ring skeletons. TFQ-F and TFQ-Cl are the A-D-A′-D-A type acceptors (A/A′ for acceptor unit and D for donor unit). TFQ-F and TFQ-Cl have the same D-A′-D fragment, which was flanked with different ending groups. The effect of different ending groups on their photophysical properties, electrochemical behaviors, micro-structures and charge recombination properties of active layers, and device performance were investigated systematically. PM6 with the complementary absorption to the two acceptors was used as the donor material. The pristine PM6:TFQ-F blend films displayed the optimal morphologies as revealed by AFM and TEM measurement. Organic solar cells based on PM6:TFQ-Cl blend film showed high JSC of 25.19 mA/cm2 and PCE of 13.2%. The Voc, JSC and PCE for PM6:TFQ-F film based device were 0.857 V, 23.70 mA/cm2 and 13.51%, respectively. The dependence of VOC/JSC on various light intensities indicated that PM6:TFQ-F/Cl based device had low charge recombination.  相似文献

Two wide bandgap star‐shaped small molecular acceptors, para‐TrBRCN and meta‐TrBRCN , are synthesized for efficient nonfullerene polymer solar cells (PSCs). The tiny structural variation by just changing the linkage positions affects largely the inherent properties of the resulting molecules. Both molecules have a nonplanar 3D structure, which can prevent the excessively aggregation to realize the optimized morphology and ideal domain size in their active blends. Compared to para‐TrBRCN , meta‐TrBRCN exhibits the smaller distortions between the truxene skeleton and the benzothiadiazole units, which would also lead to the enhanced π–π stacking and charge transfer. When blending with PTB7‐Th, high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 10.15% and 8.28% are obtained for meta‐TrBRCN and para‐TrBRCN devices, respectively. To make up the weak absorption of above binary active blend in the longer wavelength region and increase the whole device performance further, low bandgap 3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone)‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylthienyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]‐dithiophene (ITIC‐Th) is added as the second acceptor material to fabricate ternary blend PSCs. After adding 20 wt% of ITIC‐Th, the resulting devices exhibit the well‐balanced optical absorption and fine‐tuned morphology, giving rise to the significantly improved PCE of 11.40% with much higher J sc of 18.25 mA cm?2 and fill factor of 70.2%.  相似文献

Stability is the main challenge in the field of organic–inorganic perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Finding low‐cost and stable hole transporting layer (HTL) is an effective strategy to address this issue. Here, a new donor polymer, poly(5,5‐didecyl‐5H‐1,8‐dithia‐as‐indacenone‐alt‐thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene) (PDTITT), is synthesized and employed as an HTL in PSCs, which has a suitable band alignment with respect to the double‐A cation perovskite film. Using PDTITT, the hole extraction in PSCs is greatly improved as compared to commonly used HTLs such as 2,2′,7,7′‐tetrakis[N,N‐di(4‐methoxyphenyl)amino]‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene (spiro‐OMeTAD), addressing the hysteresis issue. After careful optimization, an efficient PSC is achieved based on mesoscopic TiO2 electron transporting layer with a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 18.42% based on PDTITT HTL, which is comparable with spiro‐OMeTAD‐based PSC (19.21%). Since spiro‐based PSCs suffer from stability issue, the operational stability in the PSC with PDTITT HTL is studied. It is found that the device with PDTITT retains 88% of its initial PCE value after 200 h under illumination, which is better than the spiro‐based PSC (54%).  相似文献

We synthesized an ultra low bandgap terpolymer denoted as P containing fluorinated-fluorene attached thiadiazoloquinoxaline and benzothiadiazole acceptors and thiophene as donor in its backbone and investigated its optical and electrochemical properties. This terpolymer is used for as donor along with PC71BM as electron acceptor in solution processed polymer solar cells (PSCs). The P showed a shows strong absorption band from 650 nm to 1100 nm with an optical bandgap of 1.12 eV and highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels of −5.25 eV and −3.87 eV, respectively. After the optimization of P to PC71BM weight ratio, the optimized weight ratio 1:2 in chlorobenzene (CB) solution, the PSC showed overall power conversion efficiency of 4.10% (Jsc of 10.96 mA/cm2, Voc of 0.68 V and FF of 0.55). After the solvent additive (3 v% DIO) followed by subsequent thermal annealing (SA-TA) the PCE has been increased up to 7.54% with Jsc of 16.12 mA/cm2, Voc of 0.65 V and FF of 0.72. The increase in the PCE is related with the enhancement in the both Jsc and FF, attributed optimized nanoscale morphology of the active layer for both efficient exciton dissociation and charge transport towards the electrodes and balanced charge transport in the device, induced by the TSA treatment of the active layer. This is the highest PCE of PSCs with an energy loss about 0.47 eV with the low bandgap of 1.12 eV.  相似文献

PTB7/PC71BM bulk heterojunction solar cell devices with high photocurrents were fabricated through processing their active layers from a ternary solvent system. The active layers were deposited from solutions where chlorobenzene (CB) was used as the main solvent, DIO (3%) as the solvent additive and cyclohexanone (CHN), a solvent in which both the polymer and fullerene are poorly soluble. The morphology of the different active layers was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and grazing incidence X-ray scattering (GIXRS) while charge extraction (CE) and transient photovoltage (TPV) techniques were used to measure charge carrier recombination kinetics. It was found that this ternary solvent system affects the J-V characteristics to a significant extent, mainly affecting the JSC and FF, in a trend where the JSC is seen to increase with increasing ratio of CHN/CB, while the FF decreases concomitantly. This increase in JSC has been correlated with an increase in crystallinity of the active layer and more specifically with an increase of the crystalline volume of the fullerene domains and the increase in the polymer crystallites size, while the decrease in FF was linked to non-optimal vertical segregation. Despite the drop in FF, the addition of CHN in the blend still leads to an overall increase in power conversion efficiency (PCE) with respect to the devices processed from pristine CB (6.86% vs. 7.31%).  相似文献

Understanding the factors that limit the performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) can be enriched by detailed temperature (T)‐dependent studies. Based on p‐i‐n type PSCs with prototype methylammonium lead triiodide (MAPbI3) perovskite absorbers, T‐dependent photovoltaic properties are explored and negative T‐coefficients for the three device parameters (VOC, JSC, and FF) are observed within a wide low T‐range, leading to a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 21.4% with an impressive fill factor (FF) approaching 82% at 220 K. These T‐behaviors are explained by the enhanced interfacial charge transfer, reduced charge trapping with suppressed nonradiative recombination and narrowed optical bandgap at lower T. By comparing the T‐dependent device behaviors based on MAPbI3 devices containing a PASP passivation layer, enhanced PCE at room temperature is observed but different tendencies showing attenuating T‐dependencies of JSC and FF, which eventually leads to nearly T‐invariable PCEs. These results indicate that charge extraction with the utilized all‐organic charge transporting layers is not a limiting factor for low‐T device operation, meanwhile the trap passivation layer of choice can play a role in the T‐dependent photovoltaic properties and thus needs to be considered for PSCs operating in a temperature‐variable environment.  相似文献
