A new efficient method for preparingo-L-α-glycerylphosphoryl-L-serine was presented.D-α,β-isopropylidene glycerol was phosphorylated with phenylphosphoryl dichloride and the resultingo-D-α,β-isopropylidene glycerylphenylphosphoryl chloride was esterified withN-tert-butoxycarbonyl-L-serine ethyl ester in the presence of pyridine to give acetoneL-α-glycerylphenylphosphoryl-N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-L-serine ethyl ester. Finally, the protective groups were removed by two-step hydrolysis while strictly controlling pH value. The reaction to produce (1,2), (5, 6)-diisopropylidene-D-mannitol, which is the key precursor for the preparation ofD-α,β-isopropylidene glycerol, was monitored by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometer in order to obtain an optimum yield of 65%. All compounds were characterized through elemental analysis, infrared spectra,1H,13C,31P-nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and mass spectra. 相似文献

A novel way for photo-immobilization with interferon- α (IFN- α) on the surface of polyurethane (PU) material, which makes PU condom more effective function in the future, was investigated. A kind of photoactive arylazide-4-azidobenzoic acid was modified to IFN- α with the confirmation of IR and Raman spectrum. Micro morphology of the photo-immobilized cell factors was observed by FESEM as well as CSLM at the level of nanometer. Finally, the product with elementary test of anti-microbial was also evaluated. This paper is a complement and extension of the theory of generalized tautology which was first proposed by Wang Guojun in revised Kleene system, Some interesting results are obtained: (i) accessible *+ -tautology and generalized contradiction which are dual theory to generalized tautology have been introduced; (ii) congruence partition about has been given in logic system W, W, Wk; (iii) in logic system Wk , tautologies can be obtained by employing the upgrade algorithm at most[k+1/2] times to an arbitrary formula; (iv) in logic system W( W) , tautologies cannot be obtained by employing upgrade algorithm to non-tautologies within finitely many times; (v) the deduction rule ( [ (1/2)+ ] - MP] ho|ds in logic system W( W) . 相似文献

The chemical structures of four types of superplasticizers (SPs) and their adsorptive behaviors on β-C2S were investigated. The adsorption properties of SPs on β-C2S were measured and the relationship between the adsorption quantity and the specific surface of β-C2S was analyzed. The experimental results show that the adsorption quantity increases with the surface area increase of β-C2S, but the adsorption quantity per surface area is similar, which means that the main adsorbent is β-C2S itself. Polycarboxylic ester (PCE) showed the highest adsorption amount on β-C2S, followed by β-naphthalene sulfonates (NSF) and formaldehyde-acetone condensates sulfonates (FAS), amino sulphonate (AS) showed the least adsorption amount on β-C2S. PCE affected the surface potential of β-C2S particles in water differently in comparison with other types of SPs. The adsorption capacity of SPs on β-C2S is determined by factors such as molecular structure, functional groups and molecular weight of SPs. 相似文献

The osteoblast with the β-TCP ceramic was co-cultured. Scanning electron microscopy shows the cells adhered onto β-TCP ceramic surface and grew better, proving the β-TCP ceramic has a biocompatible property. The Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 stain shows that the total protein in the experimental groups was highly increased compared with the control group (p〈0.05). Flow-cytometric analysis shows that β-TCP ceramic could promote the osteoblast transform from the G0/G1 phase to S phase. Those all demonstrate the product of the degradation of the β-TCP ceramic may take part in the protein metabolism of osteoblast. 相似文献

3β-acetoxy-17, 17-ethylendioxy-15β, 16β-methylene-5-androsten-7β-ol(I) was prepared by 3 steps from 3β-acetoxy-15β, 16β-methylene-5-androsten-17-one
(II) with overall yield of 52.7%. Thus, interaction of ethylene glycol and material (II) gave 3β-acetoxy- 17, 17-ethylendioxy-15β,
16β-methylene-5-androsten (III) which was subsequently oxidated and stereoselectively reduced to produce compound(I). The
normal influencing factors, such as the types of oxidants and reductives, the mole ratio of reactants, the reaction temperature,
and the addition ways of reactants, in oxidation and reduction were discussed. The results show that the oxidation rate order
is CrO3-C5H5N (1:1, mole fraction)>CrO3-C5H5N(1:2)>(C5H5NH)2Cr2O7 in terms of the oxidant, the yield of the oxidation becomes higher with increasing the oxidant stoichiometry and raising
the reaction temperature. And the optimum condition is that the reaction temperature is at 30 °C, and n(III)/n(CrO3-C5H5N(1:2))=1:20. The yield of the −7β alcohol order with Li[Al(OC(CH3)3)3H] (e. g. 78.6%) is more than that with NaBH4 (e. g. 14.5%) in terms of the reductive agent and the reduction rate decreases in the course of reaction. The compound (I)
is characterized by IR and MS.

Sm3(Fe,Ti)29Nx/α-Fe dual-phase nanometer magnetic material was fabricated through rapid solidification, crystallization and nitridation of Sm-Fe (Ti) alloy. The effect of combination of rapid solidification and Ti alloy addition on the phase formation and microstructure of the Sm-Fe alloy is investigated in this paper. The microstructure of amorphous phase and dual-phase nano-grain crystals before and after crystallization annealing were observed using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HREM). The dual-phase nano-grains after annealing were compacted together with a clear interface with the direct exchange-coupling mechanism. Different annealing processes were used to examine the melt-spun alloy. Comparison of the images of SEM showed that annealing at 750℃ for 10 min was most suitable to get homogeneous and nano-grains. No obvious kink was detected in the second quadrant of the hysteresis loop like a single hard magnet, and strong exchange coupling was found between hard magnets and soft magnets. 相似文献

The crosslinked chitosan was grafted by 4'-formal benzo-15-crown-5 to obtaine crosslinked chitosan with 4'-formal benzo- 15-crown-5(CCTS-N=CH-B- 15-C-5). Then it was loaded with palldium chloride to gain the heterogeneous catalyst, which was easily isolated from the reaction system. The influences of the Pd content of the catalyst, solvent, and temperature on asymmetric hydrogenation of a-phenylethanone have been studied. The catalyst has been found to catalyze the hydrogenation ofa-phenylethanone into the chiral alcohol, α-phenyl ethanol under the mild condition. The optical yield of (R)- 1-phenylethanol could be obtained as 97.1% under the following conditions: temperature, 30℃; solvent, ethanol; Pd content, 1.43 mmol/g; substrate concentration, 0.02 g/mL due to the cooperative effect of crown ether and chitosan polymer. The stability of this catalyst was also studied at the same time. This chiral natural crosslinked chitosan-palladium complex catalyst could be reused without appreciable change in optical catalytic activity, which will be useful for designing crosslinked-chitosan-based adsorption for metal ions for asymmetric hydrogenation. 相似文献

The chiral separation of phenylsuccinic acid (PSA) was studied by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC)
with cyclodextrins (CDs) as chiral mobile phase additives. The effects of types of CDs, concentration of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD), percentage of organic modifier, pH value and column temperature on enantioselective separation were investigated. The
quantification property of the developed RP-HPLC method was examined. The chiral recognition mechanism of PSA was also discussed.
The results show that a baseline separation of PSA enantiomers is achieved on a Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm (inner diameter)×250
mm, 5 μm) with HP-β-CD as chiral mobile phase additive. The capacity factors of R-PSA and S-PSA are 3.94 and 4.80, respectively. The separation factor and resolution are respectively 1.22 and 8.03. The mobile phase
is a mixture of acetonitrile and deionized water (20:80, volume ratio) containing 10 mmol/L HP-β-CD and 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid (pH 2.5, adjusted with triethylamine) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The ultraviolet (UV)
detector is set at 254 nm. The likely roles are inclusion interaction, induction and hydrogen bonding between HP-β-CD and PSA enantiomers.
