钎着率是判断电触头钎焊质量的重要指标。提出了一种基于超声C扫描图象的钎着率计算方法,从而实现了电触头钎焊质量的自动评价。首先使用基于相依矩阵的平均对比度度量自动选取阀值,并用其对电触头钎焊界面超声C扫描图象实施阀值分割,然后计算钎着率,并按照缺陷的回波高度特征对缺陷进行分类,最后,给出了实验结果。 相似文献

针对毫米波波导天线内腔钎焊质量的控制工艺进行了研究,开展了电气性能仿真、图像处理分析、超声C-扫描检测分析及金相分析,掌握了钎焊工艺参数对内腔质量的影响规律。研究表明,未焊透缺陷与波导位置有关,钎焊压力、钎料厚度是影响内腔质量的重要因素。在钎焊压力较小时,无钎料漫溢情况,但容易出现未焊透缺陷。当压力较大时,波导周边焊透率达到100%,但容易出现钎料漫溢现象。钎料厚度减薄,能够有效减少钎角处的钎料堆积和钎缝处的未焊透。为得到高精度内腔质量的毫米波波导天线,建议采用较大压力、较薄的钎料进行钎焊。 相似文献

The non-destructive testing of brazed joint in honeycomb structure with thin panel ( thickness : 0. 2 mm) was studied by ultrasonic C-scan method. Samples with different types of artificial defect were designed; the characteristic signal and the main parameters of the test were determined by the pre-experiment, and then parameters were optimized by orthogonal design, finally the optimum process was verified by a single panel sample. The multiple reflection echoes were chosen as the characteristic signal. The optimal C-scan results were achieved when the 20 MHz focus probe was used, and the pass band range for received signal were selected as 8 - 17. 5 MHz. The defects such as incomplete penetration and core damage can be detected with ultrasonic C-scan, and the detection accuracy can reach to 1 ram. 相似文献

利用超声波水浸聚焦入射法对1 mm厚的SUS304奥氏体不锈钢板点焊接头进行超声C扫描成像检测.分析了不同焊接工艺参数下的C扫描图像特征,甄别了飞溅、焊穿等典型焊接缺陷,并提取其对应的A扫描信号.基于C扫描图像对焊核直径进行了测量,并与焊核切口端面尺寸进行了比较.结果表明,基于超声波水浸聚焦入射法得到的C扫描图像,能有效观测焊核内部形貌特征.焊接电流超过8 kA,电极力小于2 700 N时,超声波C扫描图像中清晰反映出飞溅、焊穿等缺陷,其对应区域的A扫描信号与正常熔核区波形特征有明显差异;借助超声C扫描图像测得的焊核直径为4.39~5.25 mm. 相似文献

提出一种确定复合材料层合板铺设形式的新的无损检测方法。采用垂直入射的超声纵波进行铺层界面的C扫描或层板全波形B扫描,然后从结构缺陷的反射波中提取纤维方向信息。发现铺层界面的C扫描图大都包含两相邻铺层的纤维方向信息,而上铺层的信息显示更明显。因此,用二维傅里叶变换将界面C扫描图变换为定量的角度分布图,通过显示的方向信息确定上铺层的纤维方向。用类似方法对全波形B扫描图进行处理,将其转换为角度—时间图,图中信号幅度显示层合板中各铺层的方向。由于没有涉及众多界面时间门的设置问题,B扫描方法更为简单。分别用界面C扫描和全波形B扫描方法检测了几种复合材料层合板,确定了它们的铺制结构,并通过建模分析研究这些方法的机理。 相似文献

Two kinds of silver based medium temperature brazing filler metals(45AgCuZnSn and 60AgCuSn) were selected to braze and seal brass flange pipe and copper pipe by high frequency heating brazing. In this paper, the quality of the braze was evaluated by immersion ultrasound, and the microstructure of the brazed joint was observed by SEM and EDS. The experimental results show that the high frequency heating brazing can quickly achieve the device sealing; through the ultrasonic flaw detection image calculation, the brazed bonding rate obtained by 60AgCuSn brazing is 87%, and by 45AgCuZnSn brazing is 71%; the cross-sectional area of the brazed joint obtained by two kinds of silver based medium temperature brazing filler metals is observed, the brazed joint obtained by 45AgCuZnSn brazing has defects visual, and a large amount of Zn element gathered in the defects, there is no obvious porosity in the brazed joint by 60AgCuSn brazing,and the bonding layer is dense and coherent. Through the contrast test, the choice of 60AgCuSn alloy brazing can meet the needs of high frequency brazing of brass flange pipe and copper pipe. 相似文献

蜂窝夹芯结构常见缺陷有蒙皮与蜂窝芯脱粘、蜂窝芯变形、蜂窝芯节点开裂和蜂窝积水等,目前单一的无损检测方法还不能有效地解决蜂窝夹芯结构中的各种缺陷检测问题。针对铝蜂窝夹芯结构,首先制作了6种典型人工缺陷,利用射线DR(Digital Radiography)和计算机射线照相(Computed Radiography,CR)技术对夹杂、蜂窝芯变形、蜂窝芯格断裂、富胶等缺陷进行了数字射线成像检测,得到了高质量的缺陷数字检测图像,并进行了对比分析。针对蜂窝积水检测问题,采用射线DR技术进行了数字成像检测研究,表明积水量大小会影响图像灰度。对含有人工脱粘缺陷的铝蜂窝夹芯结构件,采用脉冲反射法对其粘接质量进行了超声C扫描成像检测研究,通过底波幅值成像得到了脱粘缺陷的超声C扫描数字图像。结果表明:数字射线成像和超声C扫描成像结合为蜂窝夹芯结构提供了一种数字化的无损检测方法。 相似文献

An ultrasonic evaluation method of echo feature of diffusion bond joint between two dissimilar materials is presented. The echo signal was acquired by an automatic ultrasonic C-scan test system.
