航空发动机封严涂层质量检测仍然没有有效的无损检测手段,目前还是采用外观检查及破坏性检测方法完成。针对航空发动机封严涂层无损检测需求,开展脉冲红外热成像技术研究,采用闪光灯激励,实现对试件表面热激励,通过热像仪采集图像数据;为了提高图像的分辨率,采用1阶导(1-D)进行图像处理。在完成对人工制作厚度为1 mm的封严涂层试件实验检测后,发现该方法能够有效检测出试件中的2个缺陷,并可有效提取出缺陷大小信息,与实际缺陷大小基本一致,验证了脉冲红外热成像技术对封严涂层检测的有效性。 相似文献

简要介绍了超声热成像检测方法的基本原理和特点。该方法利用激励超声波在缺陷处产生机械振动,使缺陷处因热弹效应和滞后效应等原因释放出热量,用红外热像仪对此局部发热过程进行监测,最后对图像进行分析。由于激励信号的频率调制和特殊的图像处理方法,超声热成像检测法优势独特。对某航空碳纤维增强复合材料的检测表明,该方法能有效检测出裂纹、分层或破裂等缺陷,应用前景广阔。 相似文献

This research proposes a simple yet highly sensitive method based on electrical resonance of an eddy-current probe to detect delamination of thermal barrier coating (TBC). This method can directly measure the mechanical characteristics of TBC compared to conventional ultrasonic testing and infrared thermography methods. The electrical resonance-based method can detect the delamination of TBC from the metallic bond coat by shifting the electrical impedance of eddy current testing (ECT) probe coupling with degraded TBC, and, due to this shift, the resonant frequencies near the peak impedance of ECT probe revealed high sensitivity to the delamination. In order to verify the performance of the proposed method, a simple experiment is performed with degraded TBC specimens by thermal cyclic exposure. Consequently, the delamination with growth of thermally grown oxide in a TBC system is experimentally identified. The adhesion strength of thermal sprayed coatings is relatively low, and they sometimes tend to delaminate from the substrate
during operation. In particular, sprayed ceramic coatings for thermal barriers, such as ZrO2, often delaminate because of thermal shock; therefore, ceramic coatings are often submitted to thermal shock tests. A nondestructive
inspection method using ultrasound to detect the delamination of sprayed coating was proposed. In this study, a coating model
was made with acrylic plates, and an ultrasonic test was applied to investigate the precision of detecting delamination by
the ultrasonic testing method. Results indicate that delamination more than 1mm in diameter can be detected by the ultrasonic

热障涂层在服役过程中相邻区域脱粘裂纹的扩展合并是造成陶瓷层最终剥落的重要原因,然而缺乏简单有效的无损测试方法。提出利用空腔高热阻在陶瓷层表面局部热积累,形成表面亮斑的特点,通过亮斑反向跟踪脱粘缺陷的新方法。结果表明,在界面处制备水溶性盐斑,继续喷涂陶瓷层后用水浴溶解的方式可在YSZ与金属粘结层界面有效预制特定外形与尺寸的人造脱粘裂纹缺陷;预制脱粘裂纹与表面高温亮斑尺寸呈正相关,且近似呈现为比例系数为1.031的线性关系,当预制裂纹直径大于0.4 mm时,可在涂层表面观测到亮斑,当预制裂纹直径大于0.7 mm时,用亮斑尺寸预测裂纹尺寸的相对误差低于15%;在梯度热冲击循环下,热障涂层随热冲击次数的增加,表面首先出现亮斑,随后亮斑长大、合并,在2500次左右热循环时合并速度加快,最终陶瓷层在亮斑处局部剥落。基于脱粘裂纹对于纵向热流的阻碍作用,提出一种人造脱粘裂纹缺陷的预制方法,并确立一种通过测量表面亮斑尺寸估计内部裂纹尺寸的热障涂层无损测量方法。解决了热障涂层高温缺陷难以实时观测的问题,并进一步研究了其高温演变规律,可为热障涂层的寿命预测提供数据支持。 相似文献

A thermal nondestructive testing method based on an infrared line scanner for cylindrical specimens is presented. A seven-layered carbon-glass fibre tube with an artificial delamination was used as a test sample. A finite difference computational model of the heating of the tube was constructed in order to simulate the measurement and evaluate the capability of detecting delaminations. The numerical results show the temperature difference caused by the delamination to be well above the practical detection limit, which was verified by the actual measurements. 相似文献

航空金属薄板在加工时由于夹杂产生的气孔会随着使用过程中的拉伸和挤压而形成一种闭合型的分层缺陷。针对此类缺陷的检测,提出一种相控阵全聚焦成像算法与兰姆波检测结合的方法。首先从原理上分析并确定激励兰姆波的模态、频率及楔块的角度,其次对3 mm厚度不锈钢板中不同规格、形状的分层缺陷进行试验。结果表明:本研究方法能够对分层缺陷的轮廓成像;兰姆波易受缺陷上端面反射影响,导致缺陷下端面成像出现拖尾图像,且缺陷上端的定位定量精度要高于缺陷下端面;上端面缺陷的定位误差均在4%以内。 相似文献

The thermally induced interfacial delamination problem of a segmented coating is investigated using finite element method (FEM). The coating-substrate system, modeled as a coated semi-infinite medium with periodic segmentation cracks within coating, is assumed to be exposed to convective cooling from surface. The failure criterion based on the interfacial fracture toughness is adopted, in which the energy release rate for an interface crack is considered to be the driving force for interfacial delamination extension. The results confirm that a segmented coating has higher delamination resistance than an intact one under the same thermal transients, as the segmentation crack spacing is smaller than a critical value. Based on dimensional analysis, sensitivity analyses of the crack driving force are also obtained as a function of various dimensionless parameters such as time, convection severity and material constants. These results may provide some helpful references for the integrity of coating-substrate systems under thermal loading. 相似文献
