基于SDB/SOI材料和硅微机械加工技术,提出了一种含微参比电极和择优差分补偿单元的背面引线PH-ISFET/压力传感器的新结构。并且设计了高稳定的可调芯片自恒温系统,以减少硅材料对温度敏感的效应。这种结构既方便地实现敏感元和信号处理电路的完全隔离,又有效地改善了敏感特性和稳定性。初步实验结果证实了新结构设计是成功的。 相似文献

报道了一种采用U形发射极新结构的高性能InGaP/GaAs HBT.采用自对准发射极、LEU等先进工艺技术实现了特征频率达到108GHz,最大振荡频率达到140GHz的频率特性.这种新结构的HBT的击穿电压达到25V,有利于在大功率领域应用.而残余电压只有105mV,拐点电压只有0.50V,使其更适用于低功耗应用.同时,还对比了由于不同结构产生的器件性能的差异. 相似文献

A novel MEMS accelerometer with grid strip capacitors is developed.The mechanical and electrical noise can be reduced greatly for the novel structure design.ANSOFT-Maxwell software was used to analyze the fringing electric field of the grid strip structure and its effects on the designed accelerometer.The effects of the width,thickness and overlapping width of the grid strip on the sensing capacitance are analyzed by using the ANSOFT-Maxwell software.The results show that the parameters have little effect on the characteristics of the presented accelerometer.The designed accelerometer was fabricated based on deep RIE and silicon-glass bonding processes.The preliminary tested sensitivities are 0.53 pF/g and 0.49 pF/g in the x and y axis directions,respectively.A resonator with grid strip structure was also fabricated whose tested quality factor is 514 in air,which proves that the grid strip structure can reduce mechanical noise. 相似文献

A novel electromagnetic-bandgap (EBG) structure in a fork-like shape is investigated. This structure has an extremely compact size. A comparison has been carried out between the new structure and the conventional mushroom-like EBG structure. Simulations and experimental results have verified that the area of the fork-like structure is less than 40% of the latter. The presented structure also provides an additional degree of freedom to adjust the bandgap position, which is applied to design a novel reconfigurable multiband EBG structure. Several application examples have been demonstrated, including a double-element microstrip antenna array with low mutual coupling, notch-type antenna duplexer, and steerable array with a linearly discrete beamsteering of 20/spl deg/ in steps of 10/spl deg/ at 2.468 GHz. 相似文献

A novel four-ring photonic crystal fiber (PCF) structure with two different air-hole sizes is proposed with nearly zero ultraflattened dispersion characteristics. Through optimizing only three geometrical parameters, two air-hole diameters, and one hole pitch, the ultraflattened zero dispersion PCF can be efficiently designed. As an example, a four-ring PCF with flattened dispersion of /spl plusmn/0.25 ps/km/nm from 1.295- to 1.725-/spl mu/m wavelength is numerically demonstrated. The corresponding design procedures for the novel PCF are also presented in this letter. 相似文献

A novel hairpin resonator incorporating a defective uniplanar compact photonic bandgap (D-UCPBG) slow-wave structure has been developed using monolithic silicon-based CMOS technology and the impact of the D-UCPBG slow wave feature on the hairpin resonator performance is presented. Two stepped impedance hairpin resonators of equal dimensions, one with a solid ground plane and another with a D-UCPBG structure, were implemented in the TSMC 0.25 /spl mu/m RF-mixed signal fabrication process. The D-UCPBG incorporated hairpin resonator resonates at 4.5 GHz, a significant frequency reduction from 10.2 GHz, the resonant frequency of the solid ground plane based hairpin resonator. The loaded Q of the resonator also increases from 5.8 for the solid ground plane resonator to 13 for the D-UCPBG structure. 相似文献

This study proposes a novel scheme based on the characteristics of leaky-wave antennas for the empirical design of broadband tapered microstrip leaky-wave antennas. This scheme can explain and approximately model the radiation characteristics of a linearly tapered leaky-wave microstrip antenna. A broadband feeding structure that uses the balanced and the inverted balanced microstrip lines to form a pair of broadband baluns is also presented. The measured return loss of the inverted balanced microstrip lines has a VSWR/spl les/2 from dc to 18.6 GHz and that of the back-to-back feeding structures has a VSWR/spl les/2 from 2.2 to 18.6 GHz. This feeding structure can be used to feed a broadband planar leaky-wave antenna with a fixed mainbeam that uses the tapered microstrip structure. The measured bandwidth of the antenna for a VSWR/spl les/2 exceeds 2.3:1. 相似文献
