某大型桥梁需要跨越后建的围堤.桥墩支承在大直径桩基础之上,围堤直接建于软土地基上.按通常采用的边吹填边挤淤的施工工艺,施工过程中势必产生较大的地基变形而影响邻近的桥梁桩基础,而设计与使用要求对桥墩的变形控制要求较高.通过数值计算,模拟了围堤对桥梁桩基础的影响,据此为确定桥梁跨径提供依据.计算过程中,考虑了围堤挤淤沉降,导致填料荷载增加、围堤外侧地基隆起等不利情况,并就其影响范围及程度作了讨论分析,建议采用对围堤进行地基加固的方法进行施工.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Dimethyl carbonate (DMC), a cetane improver, is used as a fuel additive to investigate the exhaust emission in diesel engine. Neem oil biodiesel (B100), neem oil biodiesel + dimethyl carbonate (B100+DMC) and diesel were used as test fuels. DMC is added 0.5% by volume to biodiesel. This research work was executed in a four-stroke, single-cylinder diesel engine. Owing to the percentage of DMC in biodiesel, carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbon (HC) emissions were dropped corresponding to diesel. A considerable amount of nitrogen oxide (NOx) is decreased when diesel is used, and by the addition of B100+DMC, NOx were slightly reduced compared to B100.  相似文献

A study of wind-induced oscillations in the downwind direction has been performed for a tall slender mast that incorporates a unique form of damper. The damper consists of a hinged extension to the main mast, rotation of the extension being opposed by springs that provide stiffness, and by viscous dampers. In that portion of the domain of hinge parameters (stiffness and damping) where conventional (approximate) analysis shows substantial beneficial effects of the damper, a more exact analysis shows that the benefit is not in fact realized. The “exact” analysis is so termed because it treats the natural modes of the linear vibration problem exactly, in contradistinction to conventional vibration analysis, which approximates complex modes by real modes. The frequently made approximation of neglecting the interaction between orthogonal modes in the conventional analysis is shown to lead to substantial error in this case. The cross-vibrations associated with vortex shedding are briefly discussed.  相似文献

Conclusions 1. Experiments with full-scale foundations confirm that even after the start of ground bulging, foundation settlements may even continue to stabilize, the average settlements cease to be allowable, and the s-p curve is even simplified, approaching a linear curve, when the pressure beneath the foundation is increased. At the start of bulging, however, settlement nonuniformities of the foundations increase sharply and even become inadmissible.2. The limiting pressures initiating ground bulge correspond to that section of the s-p curve, where its initial segment converts into an inclined section that is close to a straight line. Up to pressures equal to half the limiting pressures and for shallow rigid foundations on sands of average density and dense sands, the s-p curve is close to linear, and the foundation settlements can be calculated in conformity with the recommendations of the Construction Rules and Regulations.3. For foundations on loose sands, the compaction of sand during shear, which may lead to inadmissible settlement nonuniformities even at minimal pressures due to the foundations, are the most dangerous settlements. The possibility of these nonuniformities should either be eliminated by compaction prior to construction, accounted for during design, In predicting settlement nonuniformity, we should proceed from data on plate tests of loose sands with consideration of the recommendations in [5, 6].VNIIOSP. ABSTRACT

The refrigeration and air conditioning system is a booming research in the research area. In refrigeration, the scientists focus on the new refrigerant in order to reduce the global warming potential (GWP), high coefficient of performance (COP) and meet zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). Not only the new refrigerant as a solution to attain zero ODP, high COP and at the same time to optimise the design of refrigeration system to meet ODP and COP as a required level. This paper aims to optimise the design of a double refrigerator evaporator for a refrigerator employing non ozone-depleting hydrocarbon refrigerant using brine as a secondary solution with a low GWP. It is done by numerical modelling followed by the parametric modelling using CATIA V5.  相似文献
