The preparation of nickel powders by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis of Ni(HCOO)2 was studied. Phase-pure nickel powder was obtained at as low as 350°C. HCOOH was a reducing source for nickel formation. Moreover, metallic nickel was obtained at a residence time as short as 0.1 s at 600°C. A broad range of particle morphologies, which included agglomerated nanoparticles, nonagglomerated submicrometer particles, hollow particles, and spherical dense particles, were obtained from Ni(HCOO)2 pyrolysis and were shown to depend on the precursor solution and the operating condition. 相似文献

X-ray powder patterns have been used to measure the thermal expansion of ( a ) nickel oxide, ( b ) nickel aluminate, and ( c ) nickel oxide containing alumina and ignited at 1300°C in air. The results show that any solid solution that occurs must be restricted to less than 1 mole % of the solute. An X-ray line-broadening effect was found in the ignited and quenched nickel oxide containing alumina. This is attributed to heterogeneous lattice strains associated with a limited solid solution of nickel aluminate in nickel oxide at ignition temperatures and reprecipitation during quenching to room temperature. 相似文献

Radioisotope tracer studies of the deposition of nickel during nickel dipping of steel and of the effect of this nickel deposit on the reduction of cobalt ions to metallic cobalt during enamel firing showed the following: (1) The deposition of nickel on the metal surface during the dipping and the deposition of cobalt at the enamel-metal interface during firing were both markedly affected by the type of cleaning given the steel and by the mechanical deformation of the metal surface. (2) The nickel from the nickel dip remained as metal at the interface during firing of the enamel. (3) The presence of the nickel deposit had little or no effect on the deposition of cobalt at the interface during firing. 相似文献

Decomposition of nickel oxalate at 450°C in a stream of oxygen for 0.5 hr produced very reactive nickel oxide. Sintering rates in this material were faster (by factors up to 40) than in unreactive nickel oxide, produced by calcining nickel oxalate at 900°C for 5 hr in air. The Arrhenius activation energies for densification were significantly different in the two systems. Preliminary studies confirmed that normal grain growth, which follows a law of the form G3 = kt , occurs in nickel oxide. 相似文献

以镍粉和氨基磺酸为原料 ,并加入H2 O2 ,制备了氨基磺酸镍 ,H2 O2 加入镍粉与水的混合物中的速度不能太快 ,氨基磺酸分批加入。还以电铸后形成的镍片为原料制备了氨基磺酸镍 :先将这些金属镍片制成硝酸镍 ,然后由硝酸镍制成氢氧化镍或碳酸镍 ,最后将其与氨基磺酸反应生成氨基磺酸镍。在合成氨基磺酸时 ,发烟硫酸分两批加入 ,第一批发烟硫酸加入后反应温度为 30℃ ,第二批发烟硫酸加入后 ,反应温度分两阶段提升 ,第一阶段反应温度为 5 5~ 6 0℃ ,第二阶段为 70~ 80℃ ,产品晶型好 ,易纯化 ,产率较高 相似文献

针对化学镀镍废液中存在大量可再生利用的金属镍资源,采用正交实验法和TEM,XRD,XRF等分析手段,系统研究了化学镀镍废液中镍离子硼氢化钠催化还原回收工艺。实验结果表明:回收工艺中各因素对产量影响的显著性顺序为硼氢化钠的体积浓度、反应温度、pH值、KH570的质量浓度;不同分散剂对回收产物产量和粒度影响不同,其中,使用KH570得到的回收产物的产量最大,粒度分布也较集中。推荐化学镀镍废液较优回收工艺为:硼氢化钠140mL/L,KH5703g/L,温度40℃,pH值5。按该工艺所回收的产物平均粒径为70nm,含有镍、硼和磷等元素,并且由镍-硼和镍-磷非晶态合金组成,处理后废液中镍离子的质量浓度低于1mg/L,其回收率接近100%。 相似文献
