The drive control system of the permanent magnetic direct current motor with the enhanced mag-netism windings used in the electric transit bus is developed. The mathematics model of the drive control sys-tem for this motor is established. The new mode that the added-exiting magnetism field could be weakened and the speed of the motor could be controlled automatically is proposed and realized. The method of root locus design is applied to analyze the acceleration control characteristic. The results of simulation show that the new drive motor control system has extraordinary response characteristic and adjustable performance. Experiments of vehicle running show that the drive control system‘s antijamming ability is strong and the adjustable perfor-mance is fast and smooth, it can meet the demand of power characteristic very well.  相似文献

According to the test data of the driving model for Beijing's bus routes, 9 parameters and the actual values of Beijing bus are confirmed to evaluate the driving cycle, 2 ways of establishing driving cycle model are analyzed, the formula of calculating driving cycle is acquired, and the calculating driving cycle model and the statistical driving cycle model for the buses in Beijing urban areas are set up. :This paper sets up a mathematical model of switching network and switching function by utilizing graph theory to describe the logical function of different paths. The function varies with open and closed states of air doors in a complex mine air sub-network, and the computer program for solving the switching function of complex networks are offered. It gives the method for discriminating a reversible branch in a complex network by means of the switching function, and the method of counter-inverted logical control of airflow inversion by means of open and short circuit conversion of key branches. Based on the analysis of ultracapacitors efficiency and vehicle driving character, three conditions restricting the ultracapacitors charge/discharge time are derived. The study focuses on ultracapacitors specific design rules decided by charge/discharge time and how to integrate with battery packs and converter through ultracapacitors'voltage and current double regulators. Through BFC6100-EV electric bus test, it is shown that the proposed method and control strategy are feasible and the system can effectively improve the bus dynamic performance and ability to receive braking energy effectively.  相似文献

Optimization Design and Finite Element Analysis of Core Cutter   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The hydro-hammer sampler is a new type of sampler compared with traditional ones. An important part of this new offshore sampler is that the structure of the core cutter has a significant effect on penetration and core recovery. In our experiments, a commercial finite element code with a capability of simulating large-strain frictional contact between two or more solid bodies is used to simulate the core cutter-soil interaction. The effects of the cutting edge shape, the diameter and the edge angle on penetration are analyzed by non-liner transient dynamic analysis using a finite element method (FEM). Simulation results show that the cutter shape clearly has an effect on the penetration and core recovery. In addition, the penetration of the sampler increases with an increase in the inside diameter of the cutter, but decreases with an increase in the cutting angle. Based on these analyses, an optimum structure of the core cutter is designed and tested in the north margin of the Dalian gulf. Experiment results show that the penetration rate is about 16.5 m/h in silty clay and 15.4 m/h in cohesive clay, while the recovery is 68% and 83.3% resoectively.  相似文献

Thermo-respansive chitosan hydrogel system (TRCHS) was prepared and its mierostructure was investigated by scaning electron microscope (SEM) and mercury intrusion poremaster (MIP). Based on analyzing the data, a special porosity property was reported at the first time. Its gelling mechanism was studied by a group of contrast experiments. This paper proposed an online monitoring and early-warning system of dynamic stress of crane metal structure, and designed this system's hardware, including sensor unit, data gathering unit, and controlling & processing unit of this system, and discussed the waterproof protection for resistance strain wafer and scheme of data gathering and transmission of dynamic strain gauge, moreover developed system software of real-time and online monitoring dynamic stress, including data gathering by DLL and data display & processing based on Visual C++. The system applies the dynamic strain gauge to gather the data of the stress, and communicates between PLC control system of crane and upper industrial computer, so that realize the real-time online monitoring and early-warning for crane's metal structure stress. The test results show this system carry on real time and online monitoring to dynamic stress of load-bearing metal structure longly and stability, and can give an alarm and overload protection on time. The formation and transformation of ettringite were studied by measuring the ion concentration in liquid phase and analyzing the composition in solid phase. The effects of C3A, gypsum lime and C-S-H gel on ettringite formation and transformation were also investigated. The experimental results shuw, that, when gypsum was presented in solid phase, the composition of liquid phase was in favor of ettringite formation. Ettringite formation consisted of three reactions including the formation of [ Al (OH)6 ]^3- octahedral, formation of Ca-Al polyhedra prism in which Ca and Al polyhedra arranged alternately, as well as entrance of SO4^2- into the channel of polyhedra. [ Al (OH)6 ]^3- formation, which was the slowest reaction, controlled ettringite formation. The concentration of AlO2^- was a main factor that influenced ettringite formation. After gypsum in solid phase was consumed, [ SO4^2- ] decreased quickly and [ AlO2^- ] increased, and it was possible that ettringite transformed into hydrated monsulfate calcium aluminate ( be called M in short) in thermodymanics. In order to meet the requirement of network synthesis optimization design for a micro component, a three-level information frame and functional module based on web was proposed. Firstly, the finite element method (FEM) was used to analyze the dynamic property of coupled-energy-domain of virtual prototype instances and to obtain some optimal information data. Secondly, the rough set theory (RST) and the genetic algorithm (GA) were used to work out the reduction of attributes and the acquisition of principle of optimality and to confirm key variable and restriction condition in the synthesis optimization design. Finally, the regression analysis (RA) and GA were used to establish the synthesis optimization design model and carry on the optimization design. A corresponding prototype system was also developed and the synthesis optimization design of a thermal actuated micro-pump was carded out as a demonstration in this paper.  相似文献

In the phase of conceptually designing, the Ecolifter with three-lift-surface configuration, the influ-ences of aircraft geometric parameters and configuration such as wing geometric parameters, canard parameters,aircraft center of gravity and engine positions and so on, on flight dynamic stability are discussed with the inte-grated analysis method.
