根据全浮力物理模型,应用动量定理建立钢包庇吹中粉气液三相区中平均速度和液体平均体积浓度的全浮力数学模型.计算结果表明:三相区中平均速度随高度的增加而减少,液体平均体积浓度随高度的增加而增大;粉气液三相区锥角和液体密度随着高度的增加对平均速度和液体平均体积浓度的影响逐渐减小.  相似文献

针对300t精炼钢包,在LF设备电极位置与钢包透气砖所在位置的对应关系确定的基础上,通过水模、数模分别采用单吹、复吹时钢包内钢水流动特性和夹杂物去除的对比研究,探讨了透气砖结构性能的影响作用。结果表明,单吹时应使用抗渗透较好且能形成有利于夹杂物去除的气泡形态狭缝式透气砖(PBI),吹气卷渣临界气量为1.45m^3/h,气量需稳定,混匀时间为82.44s,钢液渗透小,夹杂物去除率为62.86%,能够满足搅拌钢液起到成分和温度的快速均匀以及净化钢液的作用。  相似文献

利用所建立的中间包非稳态传输过程数学模型对包浇注一个包次周期中中间包工作过程进行了数值模拟.在中间包非稳态过程模拟中首先采用稳态速度场和温度场作为计算的起始速度场和湿度场,以此为基础,完成一个包次浇注过程的计算后,用其所得物理场作为初始速度场和湿度场,进行中间包注入钢液温度降低所产生的非稳态过程模拟计算.模拟结果表明,这样处理更加逼近中间包的真实状态.通过对数值模拟结果的分析,发现在钢包一个包次浇注过程中,中间包中出现两次"流动逆转"和"温度逆转",且第一次逆转有利于中间包冶金功能的发挥,第二次逆转的作用相反,应设法避免和推迟中间包内第二次逆转现象的出现.  相似文献

In order to solve the high consumption problem of small capacity ladle furnace (LF), the operation principle and control method of the DC arc and electroslag heating ladle furnace are introduced. With only one arcing electrode, the distance between the arc and the wall of ladle is enlarged, and consequently the consumption of the ladle refractory is decreased. In the invention, a signal electrode is embedded in the refractory lining of the ladle, which contacts directly with the liquid steel and the ladle shell. TWo graphite anode ends are submerged in the slag layer. The signal electrode is used as voltage reference during refining process. The electroslag voltage between anode end and liquid steel is applied to control the depth of anode end in the slag layer during the refining process with this ladle furnace.  相似文献

主要用数学模型模拟研究了CAS-OB和常规底吹氩在不同底吹位置时的流场,并详细分析情况下的流场特点,旨在得到一个较好的流场,能更好地提高发热剂的发热效率,增加提温速度,减少浸渍罩耐材的剥落,模拟结果表明,CAS-OB和常规底吹氩流场有较大的不同,在流速的一定的情况下,流场与浸渍罩浓度,底吹位置有较大关系,CAS-OB钢包中底吹位置在偏心0.45r处,所得流场比较有利于改善钢液质量。  相似文献

This paper presents fluid mechanics of ventilation system formed by the momentum source and the buoyancy source,which investigates inter-action between the plume and the non-isothermal air jet since buoyancy source is produced by the plume and momentum source is generated by the air jet,respectively. The interaction is discussed by a mathematical model,an idealized situation of the plume rising from a point heat source of buoyancy alone-in particular the initial momentum flux at the source is zero. Furthermore,the paper discusses the effects of the parameters such as strength of source,air-flow volume and air-flow velocity used in the mathematical-physical model. Considering the effect of the plume generated by the indoor heat source,one expression of trajectory of the non-isothermal air jet produced by jet diffuser is deduced. And field-experiment has also been carried out to illustrate the effect on flowing-action of the air jet and validate the theoretical work. It can be concluded that the heat sources do have effect on the flowing-action of the air jet,and the effect mainly depends on the interaction produced by the plume and the air jet. The results show that the thermal buoyant effect of plumes on the air jet should be taken into account if the indoor heat sources are large enough. Numerical simulation is conducted and coincides with the experimental results as well.  相似文献

Based on the two-phase fluid (Eulerian-Eulerian) model, a mathematical model about the gas-liquid flow and mixing behavior was developed to investigate the effect of the offset of dual plugs, the included angle of dual plugs with a center point, and gas flow rate on the mixing time in a ladle with dual plugs. Numerical results indicate that two types of recirculation zones exist in the ladle. One is the middle recirculation between gas and liquid plumes, and the other is the sidewall recirculation between plumes and the ladle sidewall. The correction shows that the mixing time is in proportion to -0.2676 power of gas flow rate. There is a unique optimum offset of dual plugs with a particular included angle, in turn, a unique optimum included angle of dual plugs exits with a particular offset.  相似文献
