接口的信令信息可以全面反映全网的通信状况,包括无线部分和有线部分的网络情况,在Abis接口对网络进行监测有其独特优势。分析了GSM-R网络中Abis接口信令的帧结构,包括2层的LAPD层结构和3层的BTSM层结构,并结合信令各层结构对信令解码的流程进行了说明,概要介绍了Abis接口信令解码在GSMR网络监测上的应用。工程实践证明解码所得数据正确,是无线网络监测的有效手段,可以对GSM-R网络的优化提供有效参考,具有相当的实际工程价值。  相似文献

以用户感知智能分析系统Abis接口信令监测功能为研究背景,分析了Abis接口协议栈结构,利用模块化思想实现了对Abis接口的监测.针对目前Abis接口CDR合成算法的不足,在进行CDR合成之前,创新性地采用了预处理技术来获取合成CDR时的散列Key,并利用一种新的递归回溯消息关联方法合成CDR.经现网实际测试,该方案已成功通过了Abis接口信令监测系统的测试和验证,效果良好.  相似文献

随着网络不断的成熟和网络承载业务量的不断增加,基于站址,站群的优化变得越来越困难。Abis接口的监测对于GSM,GPRS网优具有独特的优势。文章着重对Abis接口协议栈进行分析,并对该接口消息的解码方法进行了研究,提出GSM网络监测系统Abis接口解码模块设计的总体方案。最终的测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定且解码效率高。  相似文献

在研究3GPP2 Abis接口模型、3G空中接口协议以及空中信令流程的基础上,分析了Abis接口参考模型的特点和存在的缺陷,并根据基于IP的系统结构特点重点研究了Abis接口的体系结构.在此基础上提出了基于IP的新一代cdma2000基站系统Abis接口网络参考模型和传输协议栈,并制订出Abis接口通信协议包括消息定义、数据格式定义以及信令流程等.该协议的软件实现,已在实际产品和运行环境中得到了初步验证,证明了本文中方案设计的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

通过对LTE网络中S6a接口所遵守的Diameter协议研究和分析,设计并实现了其解码模块。为了满足不同功能模块对解码结果的调用,在解码模块中设计和实现了两种不同接口-详细解码接口和简单解码接口。针对传统解码实现中执行速度慢、效率低、代码冗余度大、不易维护等缺点,创新性的提出了分层解码、递归解码等多个解决方案。并通过LTE信令监测系统成功实现了Diameter协议中位置更新请求(Update-Location-Request)过程的解码,证明了设计方案的可行性。此方案已应用于LTE信令监测系统中,效果良好,达到了对Diameter协议解码的目标。  相似文献

为解决3G核心网话音业务和扩展业务过快增长带来的核心网接口监测难题,本系统通过监测A接口、Nb接口的原始信令数据并对其进行解码分析,得到网络中与话音质量相关的核心指标,在信令处理层引入预处理模块,通过对RTP数据流和对应信令过程的关联重组数据,降低了数据流量,完成了端到端的话音质量分析。本方案已应用于3G核心网话音质量监测系统中,效果良好。  相似文献

在TD无线网络测试中,测试仪表的空中接口的数据解码和分析质量有着举足轻重的作用。RRC子层在空中接口中属于接入层,空中接口的相关功能的实现,如无线承载的建立和实现等都是在RRC信令连接的基础上进行的,因此RRC子层消息的关联是空中接口呼叫合成的关键所在。本文以MOC信令流程为例,根据RRC信令连接是否建立在专用信道上,对专用信道和公共信道上建立的RRC消息分别提出了相应的关联方案。经过测试,该方案确实可行,达到了研究的预期目的。  相似文献

主要提出一种宏小区与毫微微小区混合组网的异构无线通信网络,从而设计了一种用于异构无线通信网络中的基站间自动邻区关联的方法,并阐述了具体实施步骤。该方法支持异构网络中的基站自组织功能,基站能够在自动邻区关联的过程中正确地获得邻区基站的ID,从而成功构造邻区关系且无需人工配置,克服了已有方法存在的缺陷。同时,该方法无需修改空口信令,也不会增加空口信令开销。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. The proof is based on the famous capacity formula of Foschini and Gans with matrix theory.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
