创新是当前及未来发展的关键,而仿生是灵感来源的重要途径。仿生设计是工业设计中重要的研究方法,也是创新的重要手段。通过对国内外相关文献的研究,论述了产品外形仿生设计的相关概念,分析了产品外形仿生设计在形态仿生、功能仿生、结构仿生、肌理仿生、色彩仿生、意象仿生领域的发展,针对已有的产品外形仿生设计案例,提出了“自上而下”和“自下而上”两种设计过程,罗列了产品外形仿生设计中的主要方法。在产品外形仿生设计研究方法方面,提出了产品外形仿生设计的本体层、行为层和价值层三个层次模型,系统地探讨了产品外形仿生设计生物外形本征提取、产品外形设计与表达、生物外形本征与产品外形的融合三个方面的研究内容与体系结构,以及关键技术和存在的问题。针对仿生设计与信息技术的融合发展,提出产品外形仿生设计的研究热点和发展趋势。 相似文献

通过造型仿生研究,探寻提高产品造型艺术品质的有效途径,为产品造型设计提供参考与借鉴。在总结产品仿生中情感化设计和绿色设计等理念的基础上,分析仿生对象自然形态的属性及其应用特点,并阐明以抽象和简化为核心的仿生设计的基本方法,最后以长鼻子喷壶U-CAN为例,从形态、使用方式和情感等角度解析产品造型仿生设计的内涵。因此,造型仿生不仅仅是单纯的形态仿生,而需应用一系列设计理论,从行为、情感和文化等视角综合研究,以体现设计价值。 相似文献

针对分布式资源环境下仿生学与创新方法集成应用于产品创新设计问题,提出一种基于抽取式问答(Extractive question answering,EQA)和公理化设计(Axiomatic design,AD)的产品仿生创新方法。首先,构建基于知识挖掘的生物文本及工程设计信息数据库,实现生物及工程数据的处理与储存。其次,构建基于EQA的问答系统并提出一种生物参数获取方法,从设计功能的角度匹配合适的生物参数。然后,以融合EQA和AD的产品仿生创新设计流程为基础,实现从用户需求到设计方案的转换,获得可行的产品设计方案。最后,开发了相应的仿生创新设计辅助软件系统,辅助设计者进行产品创新设计,并以紫外线消毒车设计为例,验证了所提出的产品仿生创新设计方法的可行性与有效性。 相似文献

The development of design systems which ensure economic feasibility has been the focus of recent research in the manufacturing area. Traditional design and justification approaches have been cited as having shortcomings; thus, there have been a variety of modifications and enhancements developed. An approach that is conceptually different from the traditional approaches seeks the integration of the economic analysis within the design process. We denote this approach as thedesign justification method. This paper reviews literature related to the explicit and implicit integration of economic factors in the manufacturing system design process, followed by supporting issues for the implementation of the design justification concept. 相似文献

在中国国家“十五”科技攻关重大项目《沈阳市用高新技术改造传统装备制造业示范工程》支持下,研发大型成套装备产品设计开发支持系统技术,解决产品设计开发方法问题,报告基于企业资源的设计重用研究成果。 通过对当前中国大陆机械制造企业产品开发设计现状的分析,基于产品并行和协同设计理论,提出设计关系模型,以体现产品设计的并行、协同、面向全生命周期等属性;突出设计师对设计过程的触发和参与——在从概念设计到详细设计的过程中,设计师应能简捷有效地在一定层位对设计进行修改。 借助产品创新设计原理、方法及合理化工程等理论,分析产品开发与建模过程。以最大限度实现并行工程与协同工作环境的设计重用,提出基于并行工程的机械产品创新设计平台PDM概念。平台PDM由基础环境层、应用支持层、应用工具层及应用界面层组成。提出产品设计过程及产品结构物理模型,基于实例与特征技术、产品结构与PDM映射,建立数学模型、映射模型及实例模型,明确设计过程关系,使PDM系统成为实现概念设计重用的系统。 相似文献

Conceptual design is one of the most important activities in new product development. Inappropriate design concepts could
result in high redesign cost and delay in product realisation. The generation of conceptual designs is a time-consuming and
mentally exhausting process. It involves combining design features to generate as many potential design concepts as possible.
As not all features combinations are feasible, decision-makers have to narrow down the potential solutions and subsequently
select appropriate concept(s) for further development. This work concerns the automation of the conceptual design process
using an evolutionary strategy. The paper proposes a design attribute encapsulation method, which is applied to the chromosome
representation of the design concept, to facilitate the search for a promising combination of features. The design of golf
clubs for children is used to illustrate the application of the proposed approach. Mathematical analysis shows that with the
proposed approach, the probability of generating a feasible concept during the mutation and crossover is higher with better
use of the feasibility rules.

In this paper, an innovative clamping design approach is described in the context of computer-aided fixture design activities.
The clamping design approach involves identification of clamping surfaces and clamp points on a given workpiece. This approach
can be applied in conjunction with a locator design approach to hold and support the workpiece during machining and to position
the workpiece correctly with respect to the cutting tool. Detailed steps are given for automated clamp design. Geometric reasoning
techniques are used to determine feasible clamp faces and positions. The required inputs include CAD model specifications,

This paper addresses the development of an expert system for concurrent product design and assembly planning (CDAPFAES) including
conceptual design, detailed design, assemblability analysis and design for assembly, assembly system design, assembly process
planning and stimulation, and technical–economics justification. This approach is implemented through an agent-based framework
with concurrent integration of multiple cooperative knowledge sources and software. This intelligent system can offer systematic
assistance for assembly design and planning in the early stage of product development and facilitate, as far as possible,
the use of flexible assembly equipment, including robots. Finally, this new design methodology is illustrated with a successful

The traditional design methods mainly focus on product or technical system themselves, but seldom recognise and plan design
process from creative cognition approach point of views. This paper presents a qualitative model of creativity for product
innovation. The factors that affect individual creativity are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of product design, incorporating
cognitive psychology, information technology and computer application technology into design technology, a qualitative model
of creativity for product innovation is developed. The key attributes of the model, named thinking styles and computer support
tool, are analyzed, as well as the approaches of enhancing designer’s creativity for product innovation are presented. Based
on the cognising process, the design activities were defined and represented, then, suitable creative strategies were selected.
A systematic man-machine interactively creative design approach was established and a preliminary prototype software system
