污水污泥页岩陶粒的烧成工艺与性能 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为制定合理的污水污泥页岩陶粒烧成工艺及揭示污水污泥对陶粒性能的影响,研究了污水污泥掺量对陶粒烧胀性能的影响以及预热、焙烧的温度和时间等因素对陶粒性能的影响,采用扫描电镜观察了污水污泥和烧成工艺对陶粒结构的影响.结果显示,含水率80%左右的污水污泥掺量30%时,可获得表观密度700 kg/m3左右的轻质陶粒;适当降低预热温度、缩短预热时间、提高焙烧温度和延长焙烧时间有利于获得轻质污泥页岩陶粒.掺加污水污泥有利于页岩陶粒烧胀性能提高,但需要控制合适的烧成工艺. 相似文献

通过检测水泥净浆流动度和Marsh时间,研究了不同掺量粉煤灰与石灰石粉对水泥浆体的工作性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰单掺掺量为20%的水泥浆体工作性能最优,单掺石灰石粉的水泥浆体随着掺量增加流动度呈线性增长;复掺掺量分别为20%、30%,粉煤灰和石灰石粉等量时,水泥浆体工作性能最好;通过对水泥、粉煤灰和石灰石粉的粒径分析,从微观角度分析了不同级配的水泥浆体的工作性能。 相似文献

通过调整纳米SiO_2与粉煤灰的比例,研究了两者协同作用对水泥基材料性能的影响。结果表明,纳米SiO_2(NS)和粉煤灰协同作用效果优于NS单一掺加,3%(质量分数,下同)纳米SiO_2和不大于30%的粉煤灰同时掺加可以补偿粉煤灰引起的早期强度降低,且砂浆28d抗压强度不降低。随着NS掺量增加水泥基材料的干燥收缩增大,粉煤灰可以改善纳米SiO_2对干燥收缩的不利影响。随着NS掺量的增加,试件的抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性能均得到提升,掺加3%NS与30%粉煤灰使水泥基材料达到最佳耐久性能。NS可以缩短水泥水化诱导期,加速水泥水化进程,且使胶凝体系总放热量增加。在水泥粉煤灰体系中掺入NS后,非蒸发水含量在早期明显增多,但在后期增长缓慢。 相似文献

物化污泥絮体细小沉降性差且机械脱水难度高。本实验利用生化污泥吸附性强、沉降性好的特点,选择适当比例与物化污泥进行混合微曝气,明显改善物化污泥沉降性,混合污泥的SV30从87%降至37%,并经中试验证,经过4小时曝气,污泥浓度明显下降,减容率为30%以上。 相似文献

水三相点是开尔文热力学温度的唯一基准点,也是ITS-90国际温标重要的定义固定点。因此,水三相点不确定度分析对整个温标的建立、温度量值传递起着至关重要的作用。近3年来,中国计量科学研究院研制出一系列高质量的水三相点容器,加强了水三相点的研究,为不确定度的分析提供了更为可靠的实验依据。同时,不确定度的分析也是客观评价新研制容器性能的一个重要指标。因此,根据实验结果对新研制容器所复现的水三相点进行了不确定度评定。评定结果表明,其扩展不确定度为0.16mK(k=2.69,P=0.99)。 相似文献

A novel method for the determination of the optical properties of tissue from time-domain measurements is presented. The data analysis is based on the evaluation of the first moment and the second centralized moment, i.e., the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF) of photons injected by short (picosecond) laser pulses. Analytical expressions are derived for calculation of absorption and of reduced scattering coefficients from these moments by application of diffusion theory for infinite and semi-infinite homogeneous media. The proposed method was tested on experimental data obtained with phantoms, and results for absorption and reduced scattering coefficients obtained by the proposed method are compared with those obtained by fitting of the same data with analytical solutions of the diffusion equation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the moment analysis was investigated for a range of integration limits of the DTOF. The moment analysis may serve as a comparatively fast method for evaluating optical properties with sufficient accuracy and can be used, e.g., for on-line monitoring of optical properties of biological tissue. 相似文献
