黑莓果汁离子交换树脂脱酸工艺的条件优化 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的优化黑莓果汁离子交换树脂脱酸工艺条件。方法通过不同树脂、不同温度、不同流速的动态和静态实验,优化黑莓果汁的离子交换树脂脱酸工艺条件,并确定树脂的回收方法。结果最佳工艺条件为WZ140或IRA67型树脂,上样温度为10℃,流速30 BV/h,在此条件下,IRA67和WZ140树脂在第1次循环对黑莓果汁有机酸的交换量分别在160.4 g/L和115.8 g/L。树脂回收时先用3~4 BV的3%氢氧化钠溶液冲洗,流速3 BV/h,再用10 BV的去离子水以30 BV/h的流速冲洗即可。结论优化的离子交换树脂脱酸工艺条件适用于酸度较高的黑莓果汁的脱酸处理。 相似文献

本文根据酒精中的主要有害物质──甲醇、杂醇油和醛的物理和化学性质,系统地研究了物理和化学的去杂方法,确定了酒精去杂的新工艺:待处理酒精→(1号树脂柱)4号树脂柱→(1号分子筛柱)2号分子筛柱→简单蒸馏或过滤→优质酒精。通过该工艺流程,对酒精中的甲醇、杂醇油和醛的平均去除率分别为93.6%、77.8%和80.8%,故该工艺能有效地去除酒精中的杂质。 相似文献

分别用阴离子树脂和阳离子树脂对酪蛋白磷酸肽(CaseinPhosphopeptide,简称CPP)初级品N/P(摩尔比r为7.52)进行纯化.采用阴离子树脂纯化CPP的回收率为P98.71%;N82.78%;高纯度CPP产品的r(N/P)为5.44.对阳离子树脂纯化CPP做了初步探讨,研究了不同pH对纯化效果的影响.在pH5.0的最优条件下,回收率P为81.85%,N为53.80%,r(N/P)为4.67.与阴离子树脂纯化CPP的过程相比,用阳离子树脂纯化CPP时,树脂在使用前无需转型处理,洗脱条件简单,从而大大地缩短了操作时间,并且提高了产品的浓度. 相似文献

The historical use of enzymes for food processing is briefly reviewed. The manufacturing process of microbial food enzymes is described including the fundamental purity criteria recommended by Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and Food Chemicals Codex. Principles for safety evaluation focus on the possible presence of toxic contaminants in the commercial enzyme preparation. Possible sources of any undesirable contaminants include the raw materials used, the properties of the production strain, contamination with foreign micro‐organisms, use of additives and processing aids in recovery of the enzyme. Systems for design of toxicology programmes are reviewed. A case study is given summarizing the safety evaluation of an immobilized lipase used for the interesterification of fats and oils. Based upon a no‐effect level derived from in vitro and animal feeding studies it is concluded that the enzyme is safe for the intended use. The safety of the enzyme part of the immobilized preparation is documented by a thorough toxicology programme. The safety of the carrier, a phenol formaldehyde based ion‐exchange resin, is documented by leakage analysis of extractable materials under forced conditions, as well as by a feeding study employing a fat treated with the immobilized enzyme. 相似文献

Ion exchange is widely used for removal and recovery of Cr(VI) from wastewater. Generally, the exhausted ion exchanger is regenerated using chemicals. Although chemical regeneration is efficient, contaminants are introduced, leading to difficulty for the subsequent recovery of Cr(VI). To overcome such a problem, a new regeneration method, namely electrical regeneration, which is carried out on the principle of electrodialysis, is presented in this paper. Experimental results showed that the weak-base resin used could be effectively regenerated electrically. About 93% capacity of the resin was restored under a constant current of 0.25 A over a period of 24 h. The pure chromic acid was recovered in the anode chamber with a concentration of 5.03 g Cr(VI)/L. It was found that the weak-base resin regenerated electrically could remove Cr(VI) from wastewater as effectively as that regenerated chemically. The Cr(VI) concentration was reduced from initial 50 mg/L to lower than the detectable limit, 0.01 mg/L, after treatment. 相似文献

离子色谱是无机和有机离子分析中的重要手段, 已经广泛应用于食品分析领域。但是样品的前处理往往占去大部分的分析时间, 而且是决定分析结果成败的关键因素。探索快速、高效、简便、自动化的样品前处理新方法已成为目前离子色谱研究中的前沿课题。本文综述了离子色谱样品前处理技术应用于食品分析的研究进展。通过分析样品的提取、净化、浓缩与富集痕量物质3个方面, 总结了样品前处理-离子色谱法在食品分析中的应用现状。其中, 样品的提取主要阐述了加速溶剂萃取和微波辅助萃取的研究; 样品的净化主要包括在线超滤法、在线渗析法等膜技术和采用了反相材料、离子交换树脂、螯合树脂和其他新型材料的固相萃取技术; 浓缩方法主要综述了微波浓缩和柱切换法的进展。 相似文献
