高温红外隐身需求。 本文通过固相反应法对 CeO2 进行 La3+ 掺杂改性, 研究掺杂量对 CeO2 粉体红外发射性能的
影响规律。 结果表明, 随着掺杂量从 10 mol% 增加到 30 mol%, 粉体在 3~6 μm 波段的发射率不断降低, 其中

室温固相合成纳米硫化锌及其性能研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
用醋酸锌和硫化钠为原料,室温固相法合成纳米ZnS,用紫外吸收光谱,红外光谱,X-ray衍射分析(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)对产物结构、组成、大小、形貌进行表征。结果表明在加入一定量的分散剂后,制备的纳米硫化锌粒子的平均粒径约20nm,分散性好。晶相单一,属于立方晶系。在紫外吸收光谱中纳米硫化锌吸收峰蓝移,吸收峰从340nm减少到265nm。从红外光谱可知,该粉体无红外吸收峰,具有红外透明性。讨论了不同的分散剂。煅烧温度等条件对硫化锌粒度的影响。少量硫化锌作为助燃剂添加到重油-煤-水三元混合流体燃料中,明显提高了重油-煤-水三元混合流体燃料燃烧性能。 相似文献

纳米YVO4:Ln(Ln=Eu,Tm,Dy)发光粉的研制及与相应块体发光粉的光谱对比 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用络合溶胶—凝胶法合成出3种YVO4∶Ln(Ln=Eu,Tm,Dy)纳米发光粉,并且对纳米YVO4∶Ln与自合成的块体YVO4∶Ln的红外光谱(FTIR),荧光光谱和X-射线衍射以及粒径的分布进行了对比研究。实验结果证明,当钒基稀土发光材料粒径达到纳米级以后,由于纳米粒子的一些特性,导致发光材料的光谱与块体材料相比有了较大的不同,出现了不同程度的蓝移现象。并且纳米发光材料的发光强度较块体发光材料的强度有一定程度的增强。 相似文献

正近期,华中科技大学材料学院材料成形与模具技术国家重点实验室新材料与器件研究中心团队与中国科学院化学研究所在《自然·通讯》(Nature Communications)上合作发表了关于稀土上转换发光材料的最新研究成果"Enhancing multiphoton upconversion through interfacial energy transfer in multilayered nanoparticles"(通过界面能量传递增强强多层结构纳米粒子的多光子上转换发光)。该工作由材料学院马颖教授团队、中国科学院化学研究所姚建年院士、张闯研究员以及中国科学院高能物理研究所谷战军研究员合作完成。 相似文献

采用水热合成法制备稀土掺杂金红石型纳米二氧化钛,并通过XRD,TEM等对其进行了表征。结果表明,稀土离子的掺杂使得二氧化钛(110)晶面衍射峰位置发生了漂移,并且出现了不同程度的宽化,但并没有改变纳米TiO2的晶型,也没有出现稀土氧化物的特征衍射峰。稀土掺杂后的二氧化钛形貌为棒状,长径比约为110 nm∶20 nm。利用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对稀土掺杂纳米TiO2表面修饰,与乙烯硅油发生接枝反应制备新型电流变液,并通过旋转流变仪测试了该电流变液的稳态电流变性能。通过红外吸收光谱发现,乙烯基硅油与KH-570-TiO2发生了一定程度的接枝共聚反应。由于无机纳米粒子与聚硅氧烷连续相形成化学键体系,电流变液的抗沉降稳定性得到了很大的提高;稀土离子的掺杂增大了体系的极性,随着电场强度的增大,电流变液的线性平台区也随之变长,表现出典型的类固态响应行为,其中以Sm3+的掺杂效果最为显著。 相似文献

The mechanism of the improvement of heat affected zone(HAZ) toughness with nanometer precipitates is discussed in this paper.The austenite grain growth during welding process can be effectively prevented with the aid of the pinning effect of fine particles,so that the steel plate can be improved in large-heat input welding performance.The oxide metallurgy technology with strong deoxidizers is developed in Baosteel.Large number of nanometer precipitates are formed during deoxidation,solidification and phase transformation processes.With the pinning effect of these fine particles,after welding with large-heat input of 400 kJ/cm,the average austenite grain size is 61μm in HAZ,the average energy absorbed value is 142 J for V-notch Charpy test at - 20℃. 相似文献

The possible ways and progress of infrared or red laser pumped green and blue laser emissions from a single solid state material doped by rare earth ions are outlined. The green and blue lasers realized from infrared laser pumped rare earth doped nonlinear laser crystals by means of self-frequency-conversion and from infrared laser pumped rare earth-doped bulk, fiber and microsphere materials by means of frequency upconversion are introduced in detail. Other kinds of devices and methods are also compared. The typical nonlinear laser crystals such as YA13(BO3)4, GdA13(BO3)4, YCa4O(BO3)3,GdCa4O(BO3)3, and the typical upconversion fluoride fibers are compared and analyzed. The poly-aminosilicone-rare earth composite was prepared by poly-aminosilicone cross-linked with rare earth and active silanol. The thermal stability of the composites was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Force condition of the composites in electric field was analyzed and relative polarizability was derived. It is found that the composites containing different rare earth ions have different relative polarizability. The experiment results reveal that organosilicon materials with different electrical performance can be obtained by this way. Meanwhile, the absorption and flourescene spectrum of composites were also investigated. Compared to rare earth chloride, the spectrum properties of the composite are changed obviously. The possible reasons for these phenomena were discussed. 相似文献
