最小化新鲜水量与废水处理量的图形方法   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
水分配网络由回用、再生和废水处理3个相互作用的子系统构成。设计水分配网络需考虑质量负荷固定和流量固定两类用水操作模型。目前,兼顾两类用水操作的图形方法对水分配网络的研究局限于一个或两个子系统的设计,而缺少一种能同时处理3个子系统的方法。本文用新的方法合成了反映用水网络水源盈亏情况的总组合曲线,并由此得到最小废水量和新鲜水量。为考虑废水再生情况,提出通过用再生水线和废水线合成废水排放线的方法求解再生情况下的最小新鲜水量。同时,根据总组合曲线得到了废水组合曲线,求得最小废水处理量。实例表明,本文所提方法可在具体网络设计前,在同一浓度-质量负荷图中确定单杂质水分配网络的各目标参数,且简便易行。  相似文献

提出了一种利用时间-纯度两维用水图进行用水网络设计的方法,分别提出了无中间储罐和有中间储罐的设计规则。该方法把水的纯度作为一维,把时间作为另一维,从而更好地同时描述间歇用水过程的时间特性和杂质特性。它首先通过水级联分析技术确定间歇过程用水网络的夹点及最小公用工程,然后利用时间-纯度图和设计规则来合成用水网络,对有储罐的情况,确定了储罐的数量与容量,最后利用时间-水网络图描述了所合成的最优间歇过程用水网络,并探讨了用水过程流量对网络的影响。通过文献实例计算,表明该方法简单、直观、有效。  相似文献

对水系统集成优化方案的分析和决策需要考虑新鲜水用量、用水系统的柔性和用水网络结构的复杂程度等方面。水网络优化设计方案的确定一般需要在这三者之间进行折中和协调,属于多目标优化问题。为了综合考虑新鲜水消耗量和网络结构复杂程度等指标,并定量分析和确定水网络的优化设计方案,本文提出一种基于博弈分析的水网络优化方案的定量分析方法。以具有中间水道水网络优化设计方案的决策为例,采用本文方法进行了优化设计方案的分析与评价。研究表明:该定量分析和评价用水网络的方法可以合理地评价用水网络的设计方案,该方法可用于定量确定水系统优化问题中的多目标优化方案,可为水系统优化集成方案的确定提供分析依据和指导。  相似文献

利用水级联分析法对间歇过程用水网络进行研究,确定过程的用水夹点及最小新鲜水用量和最小废水排放量,提出了间歇用水过程的全局夹点的概念,考虑了用水过程的流率限制,在水级联表格中用流率替代了传统水级联分析法中的传质量,识别过程中每个时间段的局部夹点及公用工程目标,通过全局夹点和局部夹点的比较,指出过程的用水瓶颈,设置储罐打破瓶颈,使用水网络公用工程目标最小化。通过实例对水级联分析法进行了详细的阐述,计算结果与文献一致,表明该方法是一种易于理解、直观且简便有效的确定间歇过程用水网络的夹点及最小公用工程的方法。  相似文献

提出了水夹点分析和数学规划法相结合的用水网络最优设计法。水夹点分析基于对过程用水的理解,获得新鲜水用量目标并给出用水网络设计的基本规则。在此基础上建立过程使用新鲜水、排放废水和回用的各种可能匹配方案的用水网络超结构及其MINLP模型。既避免了用水夹点综合设计用水网络得不到真正意义上的最优解,又在一定程度上防止超结构规模过大,MINLP维数太高,求解困难。采用通用代数建模系统GAMS得到用水网络最优设计方案。文献中的应用实例表明,本文所提方法可充分发挥水夹点分析确定新鲜水用量或回用结构的简洁实用性和超结构MINLP寻求最佳方案的优点。  相似文献

超结构用水网络规模大、结构复杂、求解比较困难。本文提出了基于最大水回用规则的遗传算法用水网络优化设计方法,该方法按出口浓度的单调性进行排列,使进口浓度或出口浓度达最大值以确定用水量,简化了用水网络超结构及数学模型。以最小新鲜水量为目标,以过程之间回用水量和废水量为基因,对简化后的用水网络运用遗传算法进行了优化设计。遗传算法采用浮点数编码方法,运用了算术交叉技术和种群间交叉技术。计算实例表明,本文所提方法可行,能利用最大水回用规则简化用水网络,并快速求出其最优解。  相似文献

Water network (called also water allocation) problem has been addressed in more than 200 papers to date – see recent reviews by Je?owski (2010) and Foo (2009). Though various solution methods have been developed they all have some limitations. This paper addresses water usage network with regeneration processes. Multiple contaminants and two types of water using processes are taken into regard. Simultaneous one stage optimization method was developed to synthesize the network. In order to solve complex MINLP formulation we propose to apply meta-heuristic optimization – adaptive random search method.The paper contains detailed solution algorithm. Several examples with specific features are solved to show efficiency and flexibility of the approach.  相似文献

Water integration techniques can be used to minimize the utility water consumption and effluent generation of process plants through the implementation of reuse or recycle networks. There are a number of graphical and mathematical programming techniques available for the synthesis of such water reuse networks. However, effective use of these methods requires the availability of reliable process data, which in reality might be difficult to acquire. This paper describes a procedure for the synthesis of robust water reuse networks from imprecise data using symmetric fuzzy linear programming (SFLP). Two model variants, one based on mass exchange units and the other on source/sink allocation, are presented. Each variant is illustrated with a numerical example.  相似文献

Water-using operations in the process industry have demands for water usually both on water quality and temperature, and the existing mathematical models of heat exchange networks cannot guarantee the energy performance of a water network optimal. In this paper, the effects of non-isothermal merging on energy performance of water allocation networks are analyzed, which include utility consumption, total heat exchange load, and number of heat exchange matches. Three principles are proposed to express the effects of non-isothermal merging on energy performance of water allocation networks. A rule of non-isothermal merging without increasing utility consumption is deduced. And an approach to improve energy performance of water allocation network is presented. Water is the most significant entity that controls local and global development. The present research involves property integration technique, graphical and mathematical; to first establish accurate targets for maximum direct recycle of process sources, as well as minimum waste discharge and fresh water consumption at an oil refinery. Property-based water allocation network is designed for the process based on previously identified targets. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) and hardness properties are taken as pollutants (contaminants) and treated as single and double contaminant approach to dig out fresh water demand in the process. Both graphical and mathematical programming techniques exhibit the same water reduction of 149.0 m3/h (43.8%) and 208.0 m3/h (61.18%) for COD and hardness case, respectively, in single contaminant approach. While, a new double contaminant mathematical programming has shown a significant reduction of 39%, based on mixing rules of properties. Among the multiple water networks, one possible water allocation network is developed based on mass exchange.  相似文献

Since an industrial park is a cluster of multiple company individuals, there is requirement to develop specific reuse strategies so as to improve the utilization of resources across plants. This article presents a ‘plant-based’ mode respecting to the water allocation problem within industrial parks. In the mode, mixers and splitters are involved to present the mixing, conveying and splitting operations for reusing streams across plants. Such that, the mixing possibilities can also be investigated and many redundant solutions can be avoided by considering the number limit of inter-plant stream connections at the building stage of network superstructures. On base of this mode, both direct and mixed (direct–indirect) integration scenarios are studied in this study. Superstructures are established and mathematically formulated aiming to minimum fresh water consumption as well as the total annualized cost. At last, three integration cases are explored based on an example from literature for illustration.  相似文献

This article proposes a new methodology for simultaneous integration of water and energy in heat‐integrated water allocation networks (WAHEN). A novel disjunctive model is first developed to determine an optimal water allocation network (WAN) where water and energy are integrated in one step. Based on the optimal WAN, a detailed heat exchanger network (HEN) to satisfy the utility target is then synthesized. Although the final network structure is obtained through two steps, the targets of freshwater and utility are optimized simultaneously. The proposed method has specific advantages. First of all, it can capture a tradeoff among freshwater usage, utility consumption, and direct heat transfer by nonisothermal mixing. Second, it can greatly reduce the complexity of subsequent HEN design. Finally, it is effective for simultaneous water and energy integration in large‐scale WAHEN systems. 水危机的迫切性已经引起了全世界过程系统工程领域的普遍关注。首先概述了全球和中国水危机的严重情况, 介绍了政府和学术界的对策, 系统地检索了1994年以来对水网络和虚拟水问题发表的文献著作。分3个层次对国内外的研究做了系统综述:①单个企业内水网络系统集成优化, 包括用水网络(WUN)、废水处理网络(WWTN)、总水网络(TWN)和全水网络(CWN)及冷却循环水系统问题、有中水道水网络和间歇水网络问题3个特殊问题;热量和水耗同时最小化的水配置和换热网络问题(WAHEN);多种工艺与能、水网络系统同时集成优化研究;②跨企业多个水网络系统集成优化;③跨地区/国家的虚拟水与产品水足迹研究。这些研究对企业的、跨企业的生态工业园区以及区域产业系统的节水减排和提高水、能的利用效率可以发挥重要作用, 并对解决缺水地区/国家的政策制定提供依据。  相似文献

In order to take full advantage of regeneration process to reduce fresh water consumption and avoid the accumu-lation of trace contaminants, regeneration reuse and regeneration recycle should be distinctive. A stepwise opti-mal design for water network is developed to simplify solution procedures for the formulated MINLP problem. In this paper, a feasible water reuse network framework is generated. Some heuristic rules from water reuse net-work are used to guide the placement of regeneration process. Then the outlet stream of regeneration process is considered as new water source. Regeneration reuse network structure is obtained through an iterative optimal procedure by taking the insights from reuse water network structure. Furthermore, regeneration recycle is only utilized to eliminate fresh water usage for processes in which regeneration reuse is impossible. Compared with the results obtained by relevant researches for the same example, the present method not only provides an appro-priate regeneration reuse water network with minimum fresh water and regenerated water flow rate but also sug-gests a water network involving regeneration recycle with minimum recycle water flow rate. The design can utilize reuse, regeneration reuse and regeneration recycle step by step with minor water network structure change to achieve better flexibility. 将数学规划法与图形方法相结合探究单杂质用水网络与换热网络的集成问题。首先构建混合整数非线性规划模型(MINLP),在最小公用工程消耗下优化流股参数未知情况下的分离系统组合曲线面积,得到了最为节能、换热面积最小的用水网络结构。在此基础上,提出了新的分离系统组合曲线演化步骤和规则,可以得到换热单元数目较小的换热网络结构。算例表明,与现有的基于分离系统的热集成用水网络设计方法相比,在最小化公用工程用量的同时可以进一步降低换热器数目与总换热面积。  相似文献

This paper addresses problem of designing water usage network that consists of fixed flow rate water using processes. A design method is founded on the solution of mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model of network superstructure. The application of optimization to solve basic formulation of network synthesis has been reported in some works. However, this approach applies certain extensions of the standard formulation that allow accounting for several industrial scenarios. In particular, it is possible to apply various performance indices and imposing conditions on continuous variables as well as on network topology. Multiple contaminant case is easily accounted for. At least but not at last, the method is able to generate several solutions of identical values of major performance indices but of different structure and other features. All these possibilities are available within single optimization framework. Several examples are given to illustrate advantages of the approach.  相似文献
