The relationship among the microstructures,properties and the phase transformation inAl-2.2Li-2.5Cu-0.2Mg alloy after various treatments have been studied by opticalmicroscopy and TEM observations.It is verified that solution treated at 525℃ for 1h is saris-factory for this alloy in which all the alloying elements are dissolved in the α-Al matrix,andaging at 190℃ for 16 h is the peak-aged condition.The alloy subjected to treatment isstrengthened only be T_1 phase.In overaged or underaged conditions,the alloy is strengthenedby two phases,in this cases,the strengthening effect is smaller than that by one phase.Thedeformation prior to aging would develop the plasticity and do not decrease the strength of theexperimental alloy. 相似文献

The fracture mechanism of deformation-aged Al-Li alloy was approached by investigatingthe influence of prior cold deformation on the precipitation kinetics as well as the behavioursof work hardening and fracture for Al-2.73Li alloy.The experimental results show that thework hardening rate and the strength are increased and the ductility is decreased by prior colddeformation.The decrease in ductility is mainly due to the cell dislocaton substructure distrib-uted inhomogeneously and the hardening of precipitate free zones at grain boundaries causedby prior cold deformation.The failure mode in the alloy is a mixed integranular andtransgranular one.The tendency of intergranular fracture is intensified through thedeformation-aging.The mechanisms of intergranular failure in the alloy are different undervarious deformation-aging treatments. 相似文献

测定了含不同浓度有害杂质及Ce的8090合金薄板不同方向力学性能及断裂性能.结果表明:Fe,Si使各方向的断裂韧性下降,并使45°方向上的裂纹启裂阻力下降,Na,K除对T-L方向的启裂阻力不造成明显损害外,能够损害各方向的断裂性能.在合金中添加0.09%Ce即可显示有益的合金化作用;如果添加0.28%Ce,可明显改善含一定量Fe,Si的合金薄板各方向的断裂性能,其主要原因在于Ce可通过使再结晶组织均匀,细化晶粒,减少晶界析出相及改善断裂过程等机制抑制杂质对断裂性能的危害. 相似文献

采用标准试样,测试了全层片组织Ti33Al3Cr0.5Mo(质量分数,%,下同)合金的室温断裂韧性(以下简称断裂韧性)。在SEM、TEM下原位观察了板状和薄膜状合金试样中裂纹产生及扩展的动态过程。发现试样的断裂韧性因层片板条取向的不同而呈现各向异性,α2相层片板条对裂纹的扩展具有阻碍作用并使裂尖发生钝化。基于以上原因,使得层片板条取向呈现随机性的合金试样具有高的室温断裂韧性。 相似文献

低频电磁场参数对Al-10Zn-2.5Mg-2.5Cu-0.15Zr合金铸态组织和性能的影响 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
采用低频电磁半连续铸造技术,制备了一种新的超高强高韧10Zn-2.5Mg-2.5Cu-0.15Zr铝合金锭坯,考察了电磁场参数频率和强度对铸态组织的影响.结果表明,低频电磁铸造组织均匀、细小、等轴,呈蔷薇形和球形,平均晶粒尺寸为20—40μm;适当增加电磁场频率和安匝数有利于细小均匀的等轴晶组织的获得;最佳的电磁场参数为:电磁场频率为25—35Hz,安匝数为12800—16000AT.相对于常规直接水冷铸造,低频电磁铸造提高铸态拉伸强度极限和延伸率. 相似文献

The effect of different ageing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast Al–3 Li–2 Cu–0.2 Zr alloy was investigated using transmission electron microscopy and tensile tests. The results showed that the mean size of δ′-Al_3 Li particles and the number density of Cu-rich precipitates both increased with increasing ageing temperature from 150 to 190 °C for 24 h, resulting in increasingly high strength. In contrast, the ductility deteriorated with the increase in ageing temperature as a result of the intensified planar slip. The duplex low-to-high ageing treatment(120 °C for 6 h followed by 160 °C for 24 h) was shown to be beneficial to the ductility compared with the corresponding single-stage ageing treatment(160 °C for 24 h). The reduced slip length induced by the precipitation of θ′-Al 2 Cu phases was found to be mainly responsible for this ductility improvement. 相似文献

The statistical model for the fracture toughness of a modified Al-7Si-0.45Mg cast alloy hasbeen proposed on the basis of analysis of the correlation between the size distribution of cracknuclei and Si particles and of the micromechanism of fracture.The suitable criterion of frac-ture toughness according to the model has been given.The model has found a good explana-tion for the fracture feature,fracture toughness and microstructure,and agreed with the ex-periments very well. 相似文献

研究了T8态峰时效及T6态峰时效Al 4.0Cu 1.0Li 0 .4Mg 0 .4Ag 0 .14Zr合金在 3.0 %NaCl溶液中的局部腐蚀行为及其电化学阻抗特征。结果表明 :T8态峰时效处理时合金的电荷转移反应电阻大于T6态峰时效时的相应值 ;合金腐蚀初期 ,主要发生沿Cu或Fe含量较高的第二相粒子边缘的孔蚀 ,后期由于亚晶界边缘贫Cu无沉淀带的阳极溶解而出现连续亚晶界腐蚀 ;时效前的预变形减少了贫Cu无沉淀带的宽度 ,可降低亚晶界腐蚀程度 相似文献

为解决金属基复氏韧性的缺点,采用宏观结构设计方法制备了断裂韧性达到相应铝合金水平的SiCp-LD2/LD2复合材料,与同体积分数的普通SiCp/LD2复合材料比较,其强化效果得以保持,并提高了材料的断裂力,断裂过程表明现出阶段性,避免了普通复合材料灾难性失效突然发生的缺点,高体积分数的SiCp-LD2复合材料棒之间未增强基体的塑性变形以及其对裂纹的阻断,使裂纹沿(SiCp-LD2)/(LD2)界面 相似文献
