为提高热泵干燥装置的节能效率,设计并研制了能够对干燥室排出的高温气体进行余热回收的热泵干燥装置,并对其进行了性能测试。采用可编程控制器对热风的温度、湿度和风速进行调节,并可对干燥室排出的废热进行回收利用。利用该热泵干燥装置对香菇进行的干燥实验表明:该热泵出风口温度可达65℃,干燥室内温度分布均匀;与电加热干燥装置相比,该装置的干燥时间可缩短5~7 h,每度电的处理量提高了2.3倍,并且提高了干燥品质。 相似文献

热泵干燥系统因其清洁、节能并且能较好地保持干燥物料品质而受到广泛关注,它的性能受系统运行捍干燥室空气流速、温度、相对湿度以及制冷系统中蒸发压力、冷凝压力等因素的影响。干燥过程中合理控制这些参数对系统的干燥性能耗影响很大。本文采用VB6.0中的串行通讯控件来实现计算机自动采集、监控这些参数,并触发越限报警,从而不仅降低了干燥过程中人工反复读数记录的操作强度,而且提高了控制精度。 相似文献

A heat-pipe enhanced solar-assisted heat pump water heater (HPSAHP) is studied. HPSAHP is a heat pump with dual heat sources that combines the performance of conventional heat pump and solar heat pipe collector. HPSAHP operates in heat-pump mode when solar radiation is low and in heat-pipe mode without electricity consumption when solar radiation is high. HPSAHP can thus achieve high energy efficiency. A prototype was designed and built in the present study. An outdoor test for a HPSAHP in the present study has shown that COP of the hybrid-mode operation can reach 3.32, an increase of 28.7% as compared to the heat-pump mode COP (2.58). 相似文献

A study of the performance enhancement of a humidification-dehumidification (HDH) system integrated with multiple evaporators/condensers heat pump (HP) and heat recovery units is presented. The HP unit is intended to deliver necessary heating for humidifier and heating/cooling for dehumidifier in a new strategy. The proposed integrated system is capable to produce fresh water from the HDH system and HP unit. Four different configurations of the system formed by excluding/adding condensers and evaporators were investigated; mode-A (seawater precooling and reheating), mode-B (seawater reheating), mode-C (seawater precooling and humid air reheating), and mode-D (humid air reheating). Fresh water productivity, fresh water ratio, system water recovery, gain output ratio, specific work consumption, and fresh water production cost were used as performance measuring parameters of the system. The influences of operating parameters on the system performance were analytically studied and experimentally validated for different system configurations. The results indicate the enhancement of the systems' performance with increasing ambient air temperature and humidity, seawater and air flow rates, and with decreasing seawater temperature. The system configuration of mode-B shows the best performance with fresh water production of 61.94 kg/h and gain output ratio of 4.97 which are higher than those of the other configurations by 13%, 55%, 85% and 11%, 48%, and 75%, respectively. Comparisons of the proposed configurations with the other HDH desalination systems available in the literature were presented and better performance of the proposed systems was noticed. 相似文献

A comparative analysis is presented of a novel plate‐type isothermal heat pump dryer and a conventional adiabatic heat pump dryer. The energy performance and drying capacity of each dryer type is investigated subject to operational constraints on the maximum acceptable relative humidity and temperature of air passing over the product. The analysis demonstrates that for applicable products, a significant opportunity exists for improving the energy efficiency of heat pump drying, by a factor of 2–3 times compared with current adiabatic heat pump dryers. The moisture extraction rate is also increased in the contact heat pump dryer, by a similar factor. However, these improvements are shown to be sensitive both to the impact of product thickness on heat transfer and to the relative humidity constraint. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

水源热泵技术利用少量电能将地表水或地下水的低品位能量转移至高品位,目前正成为节能领域的研究热点.针对水源热泵变冷凝参数的相关研究缺乏的现状,通过搭建水源热泵热水器实验台进行了相应实验研究.在水流量Q为0.7~1.3 m~3·h~(-1),进水温度t为15~30℃范围内,对系统功耗、制热量、制冷量、热泵性能系数COP等参数进行了测量.实验结果表明,在水流量为1.1 m~3·h~(-1),进水温度为20℃时,COP达到最大值,系统平均热泵性能系数COP_(ave)为3.23,此时系统处于最佳运行工况.由此可知,寻找系统的最佳运行工况对热泵系统设计和实际工程应用具有重要的意义. 相似文献
