新型潜伏性M-DDM微胶囊固化剂的制备及表征 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
利用E-44环氧树脂对二氨基二苯基甲烷环氧树脂固化剂(DDM)进行了改性,合成了含有羟基的E-44-DDM固化剂(M-DDM)。以所合成的M-DDM粉体为囊芯、以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I)为壁材单体,采用界面聚合技术,首次成功制备了一种新型聚脲M-DDM微胶囊固化剂。该微胶囊固化剂粒径分布较窄,平均粒径约为2.54μm。囊壁是TD I与囊芯粉体表面的羟基通过加成聚合反应形成的,壁厚约为100 nm。所制备的微胶囊固化剂具有优良的固化性能和潜伏性能,可以在100℃使环氧树脂E-51在1 h内固化,并且其室温潜伏期可达6个月以上。 相似文献

以聚氨酯为壁材、偶氮染料分散于乙酸丁酯中作为囊芯,采用原位聚合法制备了聚氨酯包覆光致变色化合物的微胶囊。考察了分散剂种类及用量、芯壁质量比、均化速度和搅拌速度以及合成温度对聚氨酯微胶囊粒径的影响。实验结果表明,与Tween80、OP-10、PVC相比,平平加O乳化剂更适合用于聚氨酯微胶囊的制备,且当平平加O用量从5%增加到15%时,微胶囊的平均粒径从0.6171μm降低到0.5236μm。随着芯壁质量比从1∶1减小到1∶8,聚氨酯微胶囊的平均粒径从0.4731μm增大到0.7147μm。随着均化速度及搅拌速度的增大,微胶囊平均粒径与速度成反比。预聚温度为20~60℃,扩链温度90~100℃对聚合和微胶囊平均粒径比较合适。 相似文献

通过原位聚合法制备了以正十八烷为囊芯、蜜胺树脂为囊壁的相变材料微胶囊和纳胶囊.采用扫描电子显微镜,差示扫描量热仪,热重分析仪分别观测了胶囊表面形貌、粒径分布、相变性能及热稳定性能等.实验结果表明,当采用十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂时,所得微胶囊结构完好,粒径分布均匀,平均粒径约为65μm,囊芯含量高达87%(wt).微胶囊过冷度仅为2.6℃.当采用苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物钠盐为乳化剂时,制得纳胶囊的平均粒径约为840nm,囊芯含量为45%(wt),且囊芯过冷度高达18.9℃. 相似文献

以2-苯基咪唑(2PZ)为芯材,苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(PS-co-MAA)为壁材,采用溶剂挥发技术,成功地制备了一种新型潜伏性热释放2PZ-PS-co-MAA微胶囊固化剂。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒度分析仪和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对微胶囊固化剂的化学结构、芯材含量、表面形貌、粒径分布及固化性能等进行了表征。所制备的微胶囊固化剂表面光滑,粒径分布较窄,平均粒径约为15.60μm,壁材厚度约为0.5μm,芯材2PZ含量约为39.19%。由微胶囊固化剂与环氧树脂E-51制备的单组分胶粘剂,具有优良的固化特性和潜伏性能,可在100℃,30 min内实现固化,室温储存期可达32 d以上。 相似文献

通过溶剂蒸发法制备囊壁嵌入硫酸铅(PbSO4)的十六烷/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)有机-无机复合微胶囊,利用络合原理在囊壁中嵌入与氯离子发生络合反应的硫酸铅,从而达到对氯离子触发。通过激光粒径分析、十六烷检测仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)来确定微胶囊的制备工艺参数和触发效果。结果表明,5%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)做乳化剂,400r/min乳化搅拌转速制备出的微胶囊粒径在100μm左右,粒径分布范围比较窄,且PbSO4在壁材上分布很均匀。此外,微胶囊在不同浓度的盐水中和不同的时间内触发的效果不同。 相似文献

A novel method for the determination of the optical properties of tissue from time-domain measurements is presented. The data analysis is based on the evaluation of the first moment and the second centralized moment, i.e., the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF) of photons injected by short (picosecond) laser pulses. Analytical expressions are derived for calculation of absorption and of reduced scattering coefficients from these moments by application of diffusion theory for infinite and semi-infinite homogeneous media. The proposed method was tested on experimental data obtained with phantoms, and results for absorption and reduced scattering coefficients obtained by the proposed method are compared with those obtained by fitting of the same data with analytical solutions of the diffusion equation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the moment analysis was investigated for a range of integration limits of the DTOF. The moment analysis may serve as a comparatively fast method for evaluating optical properties with sufficient accuracy and can be used, e.g., for on-line monitoring of optical properties of biological tissue. 相似文献

水三相点是开尔文热力学温度的唯一基准点,也是ITS-90国际温标重要的定义固定点。因此,水三相点不确定度分析对整个温标的建立、温度量值传递起着至关重要的作用。近3年来,中国计量科学研究院研制出一系列高质量的水三相点容器,加强了水三相点的研究,为不确定度的分析提供了更为可靠的实验依据。同时,不确定度的分析也是客观评价新研制容器性能的一个重要指标。因此,根据实验结果对新研制容器所复现的水三相点进行了不确定度评定。评定结果表明,其扩展不确定度为0.16mK(k=2.69,P=0.99)。 相似文献
