微机械陀螺依靠振动模态频率来测量旋转角速度,通常微机械结构的振动模态相当复杂。虽然已有很多文章研究了如何调节驱动模态和敏感模态以获得最大的敏感度,却很少有人分析微机械陀螺的振动模态。振动模态与陀螺结构的设计参数有极大的关系,这些参数包括陀螺检测质量的尺寸、支撑系统的类型和尺寸,以及用以制造陀螺主体的多晶硅的残余应力。研究了一个静电驱动、电容检测、敏感垂直轴角速度的陀螺(也称平面陀螺)。同时,用有限元法分析法对微机械陀螺的结构进行了分析。 相似文献

针对飞行器导航控制系统姿态信息的远程无线数据采集物理仿真及工程应用需求和数据采集系统应具有实时性能好、高精度及高可靠性等技术性能要求,设计和实现了陀螺远程综合测试系统;测试系统采用实验转台提供标准角速度信号,光纤陀螺作检测标准,待测陀螺为微机械陀螺;采用了巴特沃斯低通滤波器和滑动均值滤波器联合对采集的陀螺数据进行滤波处理;对标度因数、非线性度、最大角速度等部分常用技术参数的测试及计算方法做了分析,用辨识法对陀螺系统模型进行了建模,从而提高了数据采集的准确性;经实验验证,测试系统实现了远程无线数据采集的功能,被测陀螺的检测数据及陀螺模型能够反映实际效果,其准确性、实时性及供电系统的性能均满足了设计的预期要求. 相似文献

针对陀螺测试和工程应用需求,设计和实现了陀螺综合测试系统。规划了设计方案;系统采用标准转台提供角速度信号,光纤陀螺作检测标准,待测陀螺为微机械陀螺;对标度因数、非线性度、最大角速度、零偏等部分常用技术参数的测试及计算方法做了分析,用辨识法对陀螺的系统模型进行了建模;采用虚拟仪器技术实现了对两路陀螺的同时数据采集、处理,数据和波形显示及数据存储等测试功能;采用了巴特沃斯低通滤波器和滑动平均滤波器相结合对采集的陀螺信号进行滤波;还实现了对实验现场的图像采集,在无线局域网(WLAN)内实现了数据共享和打印等实验功能。经实验验证,被测陀螺的技术参数检测数据能够反映实际效果,系统达到了设计要求。 相似文献

提出一种基于近似模型的MEMS系统级优化方法,给出具体实现流程,并结合一个y轴微机械陀螺进行优化。该方法解决了如何得到近似优化目标函数表达式的关键问题。所得的y轴微机械陀螺优化参数,使得陀螺驱动模态谐振频率fx和检测模态谐振频率fz分别为3 074 Hz和2 998 Hz,两者之间相差7 6 Hz,较好的实现了模态匹配,且都在3 000 Hz的设计要求附近,约束条件也得到了满足。该优化方法为在MEMS设计中快速获得系统级优化方案提供较好参考。 相似文献

根据工程技术和教学实验的需要,针对光纤陀螺和微机械陀螺,采用LabVIEW软件设计了陀螺综合测试实验系统,给出了系统组成及功能、测试理论、软件面板图及软件原理图,对陀螺的主要参数:如测量范围、标度因数、线性度、零偏等进行了测试,并对测试数据进行了分析和比较,实验结果证明该测试系统设计是可行的,满足了陀螺测试的任务需要。 相似文献

This paper reports a method for improving the temperature performance of micromachined gyroscopes by using a transition interface between the sensitive structure and the vacuumed package. We analyzed the effect of transition interface on the thermal stress of the micromachined gyroscopes. The temperature dependence of the static capacitance, resonant frequency and zero output were experimentally studied over the range ?40 to 60 °C. A micromachined gyroscope suspended by a slanted beam was adopted in the experiment. In order to identify how the factors affect the temperature performance of the micromachined gyroscope, two types of the introduced gyroscopes were characterized. One was the original gyroscope having no transition interface, and the other was using 2 mm silicon as the transition interface. In contrast to the original gyroscope having no transition interface, the static capacitance and resonant frequency of the gyroscope adopting transition interface had a smaller temperature coefficient, especially for the static capacitance which has more than an order of magnitude improvement. As a result, the bias instability of the gyroscope improved to a higher level over temperature variations. It would provide a convenient and practical method for improving the temperature performance of micromachined gyroscopes. 相似文献

A novel design of a micromachined vibrating rate gyroscope is presented. The rate gyroscope consists of a suspended proof mass which is attached by indium bumps to a CMOS chip. The proof mass is excited to vibration by electrostatic force. The displacements due to rate are sensed optically, using CMOS-integrated photodiodes and analog electronics. System considerations, including the mechanical behaviour, optical sensing, electronics, and noise sources of the rate gyroscope, are discussed. An expression for the noise equivalent rate (NER) of the system is obtained in order to derive an optimal design approach for the rate gyroscope. Optimal design and simulations of a case study of a rate gyroscope are presented. The device shows the ability of sensing 1 deg/h even at moderate quality factors of the order of 5000 and low-excitation voltages of 2.25 V 相似文献

开发了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的静电悬浮转子微陀螺的可视化闭环测控系统.该系统是在VC33DSP平台下,采用增量式PID算法控制器,对VC33DSP开发系统的外设A/D、D/A和PCI芯片进行编程应用.具体为使用VC++编写可视化界面,对PCI芯片编程实现DSP与PC之间通信,使用VC33DSP汇编语言编程实现数据的输入输出.经编程测试,增量式汇编函数能够有效运行,为静电悬浮转子微陀螺的悬浮、旋转等检测控制实现奠定了一定的基础. 相似文献
