综述了化学品氧化铝的分类以及中国化学品氧化铝生产现状,指出中国化学品氧化铝年产量仅占冶金级氧化铝年产量的4.9%,而全球化学品氧化铝年产量占冶金级氧化铝年产量的8.0%;中国化学品氧化铝的产品种类仅有200多种,而全球化学品氧化铝的产品种类有400多种,因此,中国应大力、快速地发展和生产多品种化学品氧化铝。论述了中国化学品氧化铝的发展趋势,即2008—2009年,中国年产100万t化学品氧化铝项目已开工建设,有年产2万t、年产5万t、年产15万t化学品氧化铝项目正在投资招商,预示着中国化学品氧化铝的产品种类、生产技术、产品性能将有大的发展。 相似文献

真空条件下,以Al2O3和Al为原料,通过Al2O歧化法制备微细Al2O3/Al复合粉体.XRD和SEM分析表明:在反应温度为1200~1400℃时,随着温度的升高,粉体中氧化铝含量升高;冷凝温度约为550~750℃时,复合粉体中的氧化铝包括稳定晶型和不稳定晶型;冷凝温度约为1100~1300℃时,复合粉体中的氧化铝全部为稳定晶型;冷凝温度约为550~650℃时,复合粉体的平均粒径小于0.5μm;冷凝温度约为750℃时,铝熔化、微粒团聚;冷凝温度约为1100~1200℃时,铝形成铝珠,氧化铝为不规则状、平均粒径小于2μm;冷凝温度约为1300℃时,氧化铝为片状.因此,通过选取合适的反应温度、冷凝温度,可以控制Al2O3/Al复合粉体中氧化铝的含量、晶型和粒径. 相似文献

A series of alumina aluminum borate (AAB) with various Al/B molar ratios were prepared by the coprecipitation method. The supported rhenium oxide catalysts with various contents of Re2O7 were also prepared by the impregnation method with perrhenic acid. The catalytic activity and stability of Re2O7/AAB catalysts for the reaction of propylene metathesis were tested in a fixed-bed microreactor. It was found that Re2O7/AAB is more active, stable and regenerable than Re2O7/Al2O3 for propylene metathesis. The optimum Al/B molar ratio was found to be in the range of 4–10. 相似文献

PtSn/Al2O3 and PtSn/Al2O3–Na catalysts display important modifications of the metallic phase with respect to Pt/Al2O3 one. In this sense, TPR and XPS results show the presence of strong interactions between Pt and Sn, with probable alloy formation,
which would be responsible for the decrease of the reaction rate and the increase of the activation energy in cyclohexane
dehydrogenation. Besides the experiments of cyclopentane hydrogenolysis show that the alkali metal addition to bimetallic
PtSn/Al2O3 catalysts completely eliminates the hydrogenolytic ensembles, which could be due to a geometric modification of the metallic
phase. These important modifications in the nature of the metallic function due to the simultaneous addition of Na and Sn
to Pt/Al2O3 are responsible for the excellent catalytic performance in the n-butane dehydrogenation, thus giving high conversions, selectivities to butenes higher than 95%, and lower deactivation capacity
than those corresponding to bimetallic PtSn catalysts (with different Sn contents) supported on undoped alumina. The excellent
stability of PtSn/Al2O3–Na catalysts would be due to a low carbon formation during the reaction, such as it was observed from pulse experiments. 相似文献

The functional refractories used in steel casting operations are usually made up of alumina-carbon compositions having graphite as the major source of carbon. In recent times, to reduce the carbon content and to enhance the performance by designing microstructure at nano-sized level, several nano carbon sources and organic binders are introduced to traditional carbon-based refractories. The homogenous distribution of nano carbon sources within the refractory composition is important to get the advantages of its use. In the present work, nanocarbon black is used along with graphite in the alumina-carbon system. Three different mixing procedures are followed and how mixing effects the physical and mechanical properties is evaluated. The mixing order with proper nanocarbon distribution throughout the batch composition provided significant improvement in the properties. The microstructural analysis and in situ phase developments in the samples at different temperatures are also studied. 相似文献
