随着社会经济的发展和机械化生产的进步,经过优化后的机械压力机可以具备更高的工作效率,并且有效改善锻冲阶段滑块的最大速度和形成速比系数。基于此,以机械压力机六连杆机构作为研究对象,对机械压力机性能要求加以分析,分别从位移分析和速度分析两方面详细阐述机械压力机六连杆机构的运动情况,并根据实际情况参考有关数据,探究机械压力机六连杆机构优化建模方法。同时使用多种算法组合优化计算,与初始设计相比,得出机械压力机六连杆机构优化设计满足预期效果。 相似文献

针对某一新型的多连杆高速压力机,进行了运动学分析建模。根据给定的性能指标,基于Matlab编程软件,利用步长搜索法对各杆件的结构尺寸进行优化设计。在优化参数基础上,获得压力机主滑块的位移、速度和加速度曲线,并与传统曲柄滑块机构运动曲线进行了比较,结果表明此多连杆压力机具有下死点附近位移曲线相对平缓,进程和回程速度快等特点,对于工件成型精度和提高加工效率有一定的意义。 相似文献

A modern design method,in which traditional design formulas are conjoined with numerical simulation and optimization,is successfully used to design the out-size extrusion frame precisely so that the press cost can be saved. A new technology used for decompressing by a multi-steps dynamical mode is put forward,which makes it possible to decompress the large flow-volume high-pressure oil in the main cylinders. In addition,a method for realizing the fixed mandrel process by hydraulic support is proposed and its control equation is established. Pre-tightening frame tests are carried out by over-operating pressure on 100 MN aluminium extrusion press with oil-driven double action,which is developed based on the above key techniques and is the largest press so far in the world,and the results show that the frame structure designed is reasonable and reliable,and the modern design method used is an useful tool for designing large and out-size heavy plastic forming machinery. The results of decompressing curve in main cylinder and noise inspection indicate that multi-steps dynamical mode for decompressing the large flow-volume high pressure oil is valid and reliable. Meanwhile,the fixed mandrel process is well realized based on the control equation. These key techniques have been used in the development of 125 MN aluminium extrusion press with oil-driven double action. 相似文献

关于不完全齿轮机构的工作原理和几何关系,近年来在很多资料中作了详细的论述,但其设计问题仍未圆满解决,特别是对于间歇运动的主要特性系数(动静比)未能给予保证。本文提出了一种应用最优化设计理论,直接从间歇运动的基本参数k t、M、N出发的设计方法。计算简易,便于掌握,可以很快得到理想的设计方案。这种设计方法,可在计算机上进行运算,也可以籍助本文提供的线图,化费不大的手算工作量,得到满意的结果。同时,本文以不完全齿轮机构为例,说明在某些工程实际问题中,当各目标函数的重要性不一样时,用降维法,将多维问题转化为几个一维问题处理,不仅可以使问题简化,同时还可以使各参数近按其主次,得到合理的处理。 相似文献

在分析现有机械压力机制动方式存在耗能耗材的不足基础上,提出机械压力机节能型气压式制动系统,并论述其工作原理。通过对机械压力机采用节能型气压式制动方式工作过程的分析,建立由气体的能量方程、流量连续方程、状态方程和制动气缸制动过程的动力学方程组成的数学模型。通过对节能型气压式制动气缸内气体热力学特性的分析,建立制动过程中制动力及制动功的计算公式。针对JH23-63型630 kN机械压力机,研制节能型气压式制动装置,并试验验证了该数学模型的正确性、实用性和可靠性。 相似文献

A novel method of realizing the optimal transmission of the crank-and-rocker mechanism is presented. The optimal combination design is made by finding the related optimal transmission parameters. The diagram of the optimal transmission is drawn. In the diagram, the relation among minimum transmission angle, the coefficient of travel speed variation, the oscillating angle of the rocker and the length of the bars is shown, concisely, conveniently and directly. The method possesses the main characteristic. That it is to achieve the optimal transmission parameters under the transmission angle by directly choosing in the diagram, according to the given requirements. The characteristics of the mechanical transmission can be improved to gain the optimal transmission effect by the method. Especially, the method is simple and convenient in practical use. 相似文献

文中叙述了当前机械化设计发展中的一个重要问题,即在设计问题中当有许多离散设计变量时的优化方法,并提出一种新的适用于全离散或混合离散设计变量的约束非线性优化方法。经过许多工程设计实例的考核,证明此方法具有较高的计算效率和较好的求解问题的可靠性,它显著优于目前国外现有的几种方法、作者还用此方法解决了变位齿轮传动箱和大吨位液压汽车起重机伸缩臂结构等的几个设计问题。表明此方法在机械工程优化设计中的应用前景是十分令人鼓舞的,因为它可以提供完全符合设计规范、生产工艺要求的参数数据,且可以根据设计经验来安排离数数据,从而把优化设计方法与实际经验密切地结合起来。 相似文献
