以BaCO3、SrCO3和TiO2为原料,通过固相烧结方法制备了Ba1-xSrxTiO3(0≤x≤1)。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、以及阻抗分析仪分别分析Ba1-xSrxTiO3相结构、显微组织和测量介温谱。结果表明,Sr的掺杂没有改变BaTiO3的晶体结构,Ba1-xSrxTiO3(0≤x≤1)固溶体为完全互溶固溶体,为单一的立方相,但随着锶含量的增加,居里点逐渐降低。  相似文献

钛酸锶钡(Ba1-xSrxTiO3)优异的介电性能使其在微波可调器件的应用中成为热门材料.以BaCO3,SrCO3和TiO2为原料,采用传统的固相合成方法制备了Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉体,以La2O3为添加剂在1400℃烧结成钛酸锶钡陶瓷.分析了La2O3添加剂对陶瓷的微观形貌、相组成以及介电性能的影响.XRD分析表明La2O3能完全固溶到钛酸锶钡晶格中.掺杂后的陶瓷晶粒尺寸明显降低.掺杂了La2O3的钛酸锶钡的介电可调性有所增高.  相似文献

通过实验,研究了MgO掺杂对BaSrTiO3陶瓷介电性能的影响和机理。观察了样品的微观形貌,讨论了氧化镁在调整Ba1-xSrxTiO3铁电陶瓷的介电.温度特性的作用。结果表明,氧化镁掺杂对Ba1-xSrxTiO3系介质陶瓷产生了压峰和移峰作用。借助扫描电镜对所制得的样品进行了分析,氧化镁掺杂使Ba1-xSrxTiO3系介质陶瓷的结构细晶化。以实验结果和微观结构分析为依据探讨了氧化镁掺杂改性作用的机理。  相似文献

以可低温共烧的高介电常数微波陶瓷材料BiNbO4(ε r=43)和Bi2O3-ZnO-Nb2O5(BZN,εr=76)为介质材料,在Al2O3陶瓷(εr=9.8)基板上采用厚膜印刷的方法制备了埋入式多层电容器.利用HP4294A精密阻抗分析仪对其电学参数进行了测试和分析,并利用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS对其电学特性进行了仿真和优化设计.实验研究表明,采用本材料体系制备的埋入式厚膜多层电容器可以获得相当大的单位电容C0(717.5~744.3 pF/cm2);并且其电学特性相当稳定,基本不受基板和上层电路板的影响.基于本材料体系的埋入式厚膜多层电容器可望在移动通讯组件和微波集成器件等领域得到广泛的应用.  相似文献

Al2O3/MgO复合膜层对微通道板性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 大幅提高微通道板增益,延长寿命.方法 采用原子层沉积技术(ALD)在微通道板(MCP)大长径比(40:1)通道内壁沉积Al2O3/MgO复合膜层材料,对通道内壁二次电子发射层进行增强,改善其二次电子发射特性.通过设计复合膜层结构,采用Al2O3膜层保护易潮解的MgO膜层,提高复合膜层的稳定性.研究MgO膜层沉积工艺,基于SEM检测,实现在大长径比通道内制备出厚度均匀(不均匀性为3.8%)的膜层.研究MgO膜层厚度、沉积温度对MCP增益以及双片叠加增益达到107时工作电压的影响,确定最佳的复合膜层制作工艺.结果 通过采用20 cycles Al2O3膜层进行封装保护,使表面制备复合膜层MCP在氮气柜中可稳定存储14 d.试验MgO最佳的膜层沉积工艺:沉积温度为210℃,膜层厚度为50 cycles(6.1 nm).优化的"三明治"型复合膜层结构Al2O3/MgO/Al2O3,沉积循环次数分别为5/50/20.在550 V电压下,复合膜层的MCP增益较常规MCP提高了3.9倍,应用于微通道板型光电倍增管(MCP-PMT)中,工作电压从1880 V降低至1740 V,同时能量分辨率与峰谷比性能得到提升,寿命达到10 C/cm2以上.结论 在MCP上制作Al2O3/MgO复合膜层材料,能够有效提高其增益,降低应用器件的工作电压,同时延长MCP寿命.采用Al2O3膜层进行封装保护,对于MgO材料应用于MCP等光电探测元器件有非常重要的作用,同时MgO材料的应用可拓展MCP在探测活性离子等方面的应用.  相似文献

研究了Ga2O3/Al2O3膜反应自组装制备GaN薄膜。首先利用磁控溅射法在硅衬底上制备Ga2O3/Al2O3膜,再将Ga2O3/Al2O3膜在高纯氨气气氛中氨化反应得到了GaN薄膜。用X射线衍射(XRD),X光光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(PL)对样品进行结构、组分、形貌和发光特性的分析。测试结果表明:用此方法得到了六方纤锌矿结构的GaN晶体膜。  相似文献

La-(Ca-Ba-Sr)-Mn-O锰氧化物高低温输运特性   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
用固相反应烧结法制备了多晶体材料La2/3Ca1/3MnO3(LCMO),La2/3(Ca0.5Ba0.5)1/3MnO3(LCBMO)、La2,3Ba1/3MnO3(LBMO),La2/3(Sr0.5Ba0.5)1/3MnO3(LSBMO)和La2/3Sr1/3MnO3(LSMO),测量了它们在77K~800K的电阻和磁电阻特性。实验发现,通过一定的工艺技术制备出的CMR材料有强烈的相界效应,在低温下有大的磁电阻,且在Tc附近存在明显的从金属态向半导体态的转变:用自旋极化电子隧道效应和靠近居里点逾渗模型较好地解释了电阻和磁电阻行为:用非绝热小极化子跃迁模型对高温的电阻特性进行拟合处理,得到了激活能;同时发现退火处理对样品的电阻率有重要的影响。  相似文献

研究了Ga2O3/Al2O3膜反应自组装制备GaN薄膜。首先利用磁控溅射法在硅衬底上制备Ga2O3/Al2O3膜,再将Ga2O3/Al2O3膜在高纯氨气气氛中氨化反应得到GaN薄膜。用傅里叶红外谱仪(FTIR),X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对试样进行结构、组分和形貌分析。通过分析薄膜各方面的性质,得出了用此方法制备氮化镓薄膜的Al2O3缓冲层最佳的厚度为15nm左右,最佳氨化条件是在900℃下氨化15min。  相似文献

用中频磁控溅射制备了钛酸锶钡Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(简称MF-BST)薄膜,并对该薄膜进行原位晶化.XPS表明,MF-BST薄膜的表面成分Ba0.58Sr0.42Ti1.01O2.95和膜体成分Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3接近,主要由钙钛矿结构的BST组成.AFM表明,MF-BST薄膜的表面光滑致密.XRD表明,MF-BST薄膜晶化完全,呈(111)择优.XTEM观察及XPS刻蚀表明MF-BST/Pt界面过渡层约2nm厚,含少量的TixPtyOz.MF-BST薄膜电容器具有高达1200的介电常数及低达10-9A/cm2的漏电流密度.同时,该薄膜的结构及介电性能与射频磁控溅射及非原位晶化的Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(简称RF-BST)薄膜进行了比较.  相似文献

研究La0.4Sr0.6TiO3(LSTO)缓冲层和YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)超导厚膜的低成本制备技术。采用X射线衍射分析LSTO和YBCO膜的晶体取向,利用标准四引线法分析LSTO薄膜的导电性能和YBCO厚膜的超导性能。首先采用金属有机沉积法(MOD)成功在Ni-W基带上制备取向较好、表面光滑致密的LSTO缓冲层;然后采用电泳沉积(EPD)技术制备YBCO超导厚膜。研究电泳沉积电压和沉积时间对YBCO涂层性能的影响。结果表明:138V下电泳沉积35 min所制备的YBCO涂层,临界电流密度可达600 A/cm2(0 T,77 K)。  相似文献

Barium (Bag) ferrite ultra fine powders were synthesized by using sol-gel in which polyethylene glycol 200(PEG200) was used as gelling agent. The transition of Ba ferrite was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) technology. The micro structural changes were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) for the specimens annealed at different temperatures. The transition temperatures were 414.55℃ and 755.78℃ separately corresponding to BaFe2O4 and BaFe12O19. There were three types of microstructures for Ba ferrite ultrafine powder specimen annealed at 800℃. For the specimens annealed at different temperatures, there were different kinds of Ba ferrites. The ferrite powder consists of BaFe12O19 and BaFe2O4 for the specimen annealed at 800℃,and only BaFe12O19 can be found in the specimen annealed at 1000℃. The magnetic properties, σs and Hc of BaFe12O19 ultrafine powders are different from that of BaFe12O19 bulk material.  相似文献

The conditions of ZnO-Al2O3 aqueous suspensions and slip casting were optimized to obtain dense green compacts and further to obtain high density ZnO-Al2O3 ceramic composites.The Zeta potential of raw powders was measured.ZnO and Al2O3 powders have lower Zeta potential than-45 mV commonly at pH 8-10.3 with polyacrylic acid(PAA)added.The influence of pH and the mass fraction of the additives on the stability and fluidity of the suspensions added with PAA and polyethylene glycol(PEG) was investigated by experiments of viscosity and sedimentation.The suspensions have the lowest viscosity and the best stability at pH 9 with 0.2%PAA(mass fraction).The maximum density of green compacts is 66.6%of theoretical density(TD)with compacting and homogeneous green particles.An ultrahigh density sintered compact(99.6%TD)could be obtained after pressureless sintering at 1 400℃for 2 h.  相似文献

异丙醇铝为先驱体,异丙醇为溶剂,乙酰乙酸乙酯为螯合剂,聚乙二醇(PEG1000)为分散剂,硝酸为胶溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米γ-Al2O3.并采用DTA/TG,XRD,TEM等测试技术对纳米γ-Al2O3粉体进行表征.结果表明,通过溶剂、螯合剂、分散剂和胶溶剂的协同效应,在750℃煅烧条件下,γ-Al2O3粒子形貌为针状结构,长度为20~30 nm;在900℃煅烧条件下,γ-Al2O3粒子形貌为颗粒状,平均晶粒尺寸为10 nm左右;纳米γ-Al2O3粒子尺寸均一、分散性良好.  相似文献

钛酸锶钡(SrxBa1-xTiO3, BST)和铌酸锶钡(SrxBa1-xNb2O6, 0.25≤x≤0.75, SBN)是重要的铁电材料,具有优良的热电、介电和红外快速响应性能。使用廉价的 Nb2O5粉末,应用粉末-溶胶工艺合成铌酸锶钡/钛酸锶钡复相陶瓷(SBN/SBT)。XRD 结果表明:钨青铜相和钙钛矿相共存于体系之中。复相陶瓷形成过程中形成了 TiO2、BaNb2O6(BN)、SrNb2O6(SN)等中间相。干凝胶在800°C下预烧3h,X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,随着体系组分的变化,Ti元素只存在+4价的化合态,而Nb元素的价态和体系的组分有关。  相似文献

This work aims to improve the corrosion rate of Ti6Al7Nb alloy and to increase its biocompatibility at the same time, obtaining polymer composite films based on polypyrrole/polyethylene glycol (PPy/PEG). The elaboration method was electrodeposition. FT‐IR analysis was performed in order to emphasize the formation of the PPy‐PEG composite film by incorporating PEG into the polymer structure. The paper is focussed on PEG (400 molecular weight) effect on the corrosion in bioliquids (as tested electrochemical bioliquid was chosen Hank's balanced salt solution) and on the biocompatibility properties. The PPy film significantly improves the biocompatibility of the Ti6Al7Nb alloy. The PEG presence in the polymerization solution leads to more stable composite polymer films on the titanium alloy surface with a better corrosion resistance and a more hydrophilic behaviour comparing with the PPy film. The increase of cell viability and proliferation potential as compared to the PPy film is not important.  相似文献

以马来海松酸酐及聚乙二醇200为原料,ZnO为催化剂,制备得到4种不同酸值的马来海松酸聚乙二醇酯,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对产物的结构进行表征,并考察其对Sn0.7Cu无铅钎料的助焊性能. 结果表明,当马来海松酸酐与聚乙二醇的摩尔量之比为1:0.5,1:1.0,1:1.5及1:2.0时,反应体系的酸值分别在3,4,7和10 h后达到稳定,得到的马来海松酸聚乙二醇酯的酸值分别为212.5,178,125.3,72.7 mg/g;酸值为178 mg/g的马来海松酸聚乙二醇酯对Sn0.7Cu钎料的助焊效果最佳,其在铜基板上形成的焊点饱满,表面光亮,扩展率达到75.8%,优于未经改性的天然松香.  相似文献

The effect of B203 dopant and SrTiO3 (ST) content on lattice parameters and ferro-paraelectric phase transition temperature (i.e. Curie point) of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (BST, x=0~0.4) ceramics was investigated, and then BST graded ceramics with controllable transition temperature zone were fabricated and characterized for their dielectric properties. The results show that with the increase of ST content, c/a ratio and Curie point of both doped and undoped ceramics decreased linearly but with different rate of change, resulting from different ionic radiuses of Ba^2 , Sr^2 and B^3 . Moreover, both c/a ratio and Curie point of doped BST increased slightly in comparison with that of undoped ones while the Curie point changed scarcely with dopant amount rising, which perhaps means that for BST grains with different ST content, B2O3 solubility was different but limited and most of boron (B) did not incorporate into BST grains. Through controlling composition,transition temperature of graded ceramics can be designed. For doped graded ceramics sintered at 1250℃, its dielectric properties was much better than that of undoped one sintered at 1400℃, and Curie peak of both samples was broadened effectively via graded structure.  相似文献

以BaCO3、ZnO、Ta2O5为原料,采用固相反应法制备了Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3(BZT)陶瓷材料。对BZT的物相结构、高温相稳定性、热导率、热膨胀系数和喷涂工艺适应性进行表征研究,并与同类Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3(BMT)、Ba(Ni1/3Ta2/3)O3(BNT)和Ba(Sr1/3Ta2/3)O3(BST)对比,以评价BZT作为热障涂层陶瓷层材料的应用潜力。结果表明,BZT在室温至1500℃内无相变,且经1600℃长时处理48 h后不分解,表现出良好的高温相稳定性;在1200℃,BZT的热导率仅为1.65 W·m-1·K-1,明显低于BMT(2.57 W·m-1·K  相似文献
