推导了连铸过程中二冷喷淋强度与连铸参数之间的关系,比较了喷淋强度对2种断面连铸坯凝固组织的影响。结果表明,喷淋强度能更精确地反映铸坯凝固组织与冷却参数间的关系;铸坯表面的枝晶间距为20 μm左右,而中心区为200~350 μm;距表面相同距离,对角线区的枝晶比横向细小。喷淋强度相近时铸坯的凝固规律为:200 mm×200 mm断面中心区组织较细小,150 mm×150 mm断面近中心区组织较细小。从铸坯表面到中心整体上符合凝固曲线左侧规律,但断面大于200 mm×200 mm的连铸坯,中心和近中心区凝固时符合凝固曲线右侧规律。 相似文献

The continuous casting technological parameters have a great influence on the secondary dendrite arm spacing of the slab, which determines the segregation behavior of materials. Therefore, the identification of technological parameters of continuous casting process directly impacts the property of slab. The relationships between continuous casting technological parameters and cooling rate of slab for spring steel were built using BP neural network model, based on which, the relevant secondary dendrite arm spacing was calculated. The simulation calculation was also carried out using the industrial data. The simulation results show that compared with that of the traditional method, the absolute error of calculation result obtained with BP neural network model reduced from 0.015 to 0.0005, and the relative error reduced from 6.76% to 0.22%. BP neural network model had a more precise accuracy in the optimization of continuous casting technological parameters. 相似文献

The dendrite arm spacing and grain size in continuous casting has been studied by mathematical modelling and experimental measurements. Two in‐house tools have been used in the study. The heat transfer is calculated by the model called TEMPSIMU and the solidification as well as the microstructural phenomena by the thermodynamic‐kinetic software called IDS. The models are validated by comparison the calculated results with experiments from steel plants. In continuous casting, the solidification structure is also influenced by process parameters. In this study the effect casting speed, superheat and secondary cooling on arm spacings and grain size is also studied. The in‐house models and the obtained results are presented in this paper. Using the developed models, the heat transfer and microstructure can be controlled more accurately. 相似文献

结合南京钢铁股份有限公司电炉厂方坯连铸机的生产实际,用数学模型初步计算凝固末端的坯壳厚度,利用射钉结果对数学模型进行修正,通过一定拉速下、一定钢种的温度场的计算,找出液芯为35~55 mm的位置,确定将末端电磁搅拌器安装在距弯月面8 m处.并利用特斯拉计现场测试二冷末端电磁搅拌器的磁感应强度,确定电流为550 A,频率为13 Hz时的参数为最佳搅拌参数.同时对一定条件下的铸坯进行了化学成分化验,结果表明经过末端电磁搅拌的连铸坯试样中心碳和硫的偏析程度与未经过末端电磁搅拌的试样相比有不同程度的减轻,冶金效果比较理想. 相似文献

针对特定设计的搅拌器建立了包含钢液流动、传热和电磁场的三维耦合非稳态数学模型,计算了CSP薄板坯二冷区液芯在电磁搅拌作用下的传输行为,其中考虑了感应电流和搅拌器线圈上下端部对磁场强度的影响.结果表明:电磁力改变了铸坯液相穴内钢液流场,对钢液起到水平搅拌作用;搅拌器产生的磁场不均匀,在不同厚度处幅度和相位都不同,且幅度随着穿透深度的增加而减小;感应磁场移动方向与外部磁场相同且不宜忽略;单侧搅拌器对铸坯内钢液搅拌比较均匀. 相似文献
