对中石油某厂的脱油沥青(DOA)组成性能进行分析,以DOA、油浆和抽出油等为原料进行沥青调合,并对调合沥青进行软化点、延度、针入度、动力黏度等性质分析。结果表明,DOA与油浆进行沥青调合,可制备满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青;DOA、油浆和抽出油进行沥青调合,可制备满足相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青;DOA、重脱油和抽出油调合,可制备满足相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青,且70#调合沥青经SBS改性后各项物理性能较好,符合JTG F40—2004改性沥青I-D要求。 相似文献

介绍了镇海炼化公司合成氨装置以脱油沥青为原料的副产炭黑的利用现状及应用性能,以及应用性能改进研究。试验结果表明:通过纯化工艺、超细粉碎、复配等过程处理,可以降低副产炭黑的灰分,提高拉伸强度及扯断伸长率,从而有效地改进副产炭黑的应用性能,为副产炭黑的有效利用提供可能。 相似文献

Abstract The experiment of producing paving asphalt was performed by blending the deoiled asphalt and the residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) slurry according to the uniform design method. The experiment scheme was designed by choosing the full-fraction FCC, above 400°C slurry, above 445°C slurry, and deoiled asphalt as factors. The mathematical model of blending components and asphalt properties was established by gradual regression. The effect of the blending components on the asphalt properties was reflected quantitatively, and it was found that above 400°C slurry was the optimal component. Using FCC slurry as modifier not only makes full use of the FCC slurry but also improves the property of deoiled asphalt. Based on the mathematical model, the predicted results conformed to the measured results. The paving asphalt produced by blending the deoiled asphalt with FCC slurry can meet the national standard in China. 相似文献

利用脱油沥青(DOA)和SBS调和70号道路沥青生产改性沥青是一条解决DOA应用的有效途径。对DOA和SBS调和商品70号沥青制备改性沥青进行了试验研究,结果表明:在固定SBS,糠醛抽出油均为4%的商品70号沥青中外掺2.5%~1 0.0%的DOA,随着DOA含量的增加得到的改性沥青软化点升高,针入度和5℃延度减小,黏度增大。DOA调和比例为2.5%~5.0%的改性沥青的性质均满足SBS改性沥青1-D级标准。对DOA掺量为5.0%、7.5%的改性沥青和改性沥青原样进行了流变行为表征学测定,结果表明SBS改性沥青中添加DOA后复数模量增大,相位角减小,车辙因子增大,改性沥青的性能显著改善。此外,黏温性能研究表明掺兑DOA后SBS改性沥青的高温性能得到了改善。 相似文献

In the present work, novolac phenolic resin-based composites reinforced with short discrete carbon fibers were pyrolized at different temperatures from 400℃ to 900℃. Their physical and chemical properties were studied, linterfacial bonding between the matrix and carbon fiber and its influence on mechanical properties of analyzed composites were analyzed. Experimental results demonstrated strengthening of interfacial bonding with increase of pyrolysis temperature. Evolution of failure behavior was observed. 相似文献

利用生产生物柴油的残渣,经过物理分馏、冷凝过程获取可恢复老化沥青性能的生物再生剂。选择50号基质沥青进行短期老化试验,以沥青的针入度、软化点、延度为检验标准,发现添加生物再生剂的老化沥青性能可恢复到老化前标准;设定使再生沥青针入度恢复到50 1/10 mm的生物沥青掺量为最佳掺量,通过动态剪切试验(DSR)和沥青小梁弯曲试验(BBR)发现在最佳掺量条件下,再生沥青的高温抗变形能力和低温抗裂性均优于原50号基质沥青;与老化沥青相比,再生沥青高温抗变形能力略有下降,低温抗裂性大幅提高,证实了生物柴油残渣作为老化沥青再生剂的可行性。 相似文献

The effects of NaOH concentration, leaching time, temperature, Na molar ratio of NaOH and Na2CO3 and liquid to solid mass ratio on vanadium removal, and physical chemical properties of leachate were investigated. The optimum conditions were 10 g of petroleum coke, 20 mL of oxidation, 6:1 liquid to solid ratio, 150 g/L of NaOH concentration, 62 g/L of Na2CO3 concentration, and 95°C temperature. Physical chemical properties of leachate changed along with the parameters. The microstructures of petroleum coke before and after leaching were also analyzed by scanning electron microscope. 相似文献
