本文研究了全瘠性料高铝瓷的可塑成形。通过坯料可塑性和干燥性能的测定,对有机粘结剂进行了筛选。复合有机添加剂可以赋予高铝瓷坯足够的塑性和干燥强度。因为有机添加物的灰份接近于零,用它们增塑时,不会影响高铝瓷烧结后的结构与性质。  相似文献

Insulators are essential components of power transmission network. With natural minerals such as bauxite and clay, we have fabricated ultra-high-strength porcelain insulator (UHSPI) of electromechanical failure load 420 kN determined by International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and have put it into production. Compared with other UHSPI fabricating methods, in which industrial alumina is used, our method is cost saving and rich in resources. The main objective of the study is to elucidate the relationship between microstructure (e.g. size, amounts and distribution of particles) and mechanical property of the sintered UHSPI and thereby to explore a way to further improve the mechanical property of UHSPI. The investigations of SEM, EDAX and XRD reveal that the strengthening mechanisms may be the combination of matrix reinforcement, mullite reinforcement and dispersion strengthening; high porosity (9.9%) and abnormal pores are more possible to be the main factor hindering electromechanical property improvement.  相似文献

In this study, production of brown pigment for the ceramic insulator applications by using inexpensive natural raw materials or waste materials was undertaken. Different pigment compositions were designed, synthesised and examined. As a source of chromium, chromite, Cr2O3 and ferrochrome were used. Limonite, grinding waste, flotation waste and iron oxide scale were used as an iron source whereas manganese oxide and ferromanganese were used as a manganese source. The colour of glazed insulator bodies change from dark brown to light brown depending on the pigment composition. The pigments prepared with ferrochrome, manganese oxide, flotation waste (C6) or iron oxide scale (D4) and calcined at 1300 °C have a darker brown colour and possess suitable L*a*b* values as 30.1, 2.7, 1.6 for C6 and 30.9, 2.1, 0.3 for D4, which are closer to the L*a*b* values (30.1, 2.9, 0.1) of commercial MnFeCr pigments. The results indicate that waste materials containing iron can be used to produce brown pigments to be used in the insulator application in ceramic industry and as a result of this waste material can be converted into a value-added product. Also, ferrochrome can be used successfully as chromium source and help to reduce the cost of the pigment.  相似文献

电除尘器绝缘子一般都是在一定温度的高压电场中工作,在电场和温度场的复合作用下,绝缘子的热击穿和绝缘老化是造成其绝缘失效的主要形式。在以固体电介质为中心的绝缘组合中,当受电场和温度场复合作用注入的能量大于散热量时,绝缘子本体温度上升直至发生击穿。电除尘器绝缘子的热击穿不仅取决于电场强度,还与周围的环境温度和材料本身的特征有关。通过研究绝缘材料在高温下的电学性能,尽量选择t_e值(当材料电阻率下降至1 MΩ·cm时的温度)较高的材料制造电除尘器绝缘子,优化绝缘配合的设计,设法均匀绝缘子周围的电场,可有效地阻止热击穿和延缓绝缘老化,提高电除尘器绝缘子的适应性和可靠性,以满足电除尘器高温、高压电场的特殊绝缘要求。  相似文献

Porcelain is a material produced from kaoline, quartz and potassium-feldspar. Recently, research of new materials, for example non-hazardous wastes, that are able to replace traditional fluxing agents without changing the process or quality of the final products has been realized. The aim of this work is to study the possibility of the use of glass powder waste and fly ash together for manufacturing porcelain. Instead of quartz, fly ash was used at the selected porcelain composition. The waste glass was added partially and fully in replacement of potassium-feldspar. Samples were fired in an electric furnace with a heating rate of 10 °C/min at 1100, 1150 and 1200 °C for a period of 1, 2, 3 and 5 h. The sintered samples were characterised by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (scanning electron microscopy). Sintering activation energies were determined based on the bulk density result. At 10, 15, 20 and 25 wt.% glass waste addition, the apparent activation energies were calculated to be 145, 113.5, 70.4 and 53.74 kJ/mol, respectively. It was found that the sintering activation energy decreased with increasing waste glass addition.  相似文献

The per capita consumption of marine products is very low in Mexico, averaging less than 4 g/day. This fact has been partially attributed to the costly techniques used in their preservation, which result in high market prices unaffordable for large segments of the population. Previous research lead to the development of pressed and salted patties based on lean fish species, the low cost and easy preservation of which would contribute to a higher fish consumption among the low socio-economic strata of the Mexican population. The present work was directed to adapt the procedure to sardine, which is more abundant and less expensive than lean fish species. Since defatting the sardine lead to poor sensorial characteristics of the patties, measures were taken to protect the fat from oxidation, through the use of BHT and citric acid. The best results were obtained with descaled sardine, and with the addition of 8% NaCl, 10% corn flour and a condiment mixture. The resulting product had 32% of high-quality protein and a shelf life of at least six months under environmental conditions. Its cost per gram of protein was one-third lower than the price of fresh or canned sardine. Sensorial tests revealed an acceptability of 82%.  相似文献
