利用实用新型专利技术对管式炉、导热油炉进行余热利用改造,对烟气余热进行回收利用,降低排烟温度,达到节能的目的。改造后,管式炉废气排放温度由364℃下降到204℃,明显减少了废气带走的热量,煤气燃烧完全,废气含氧量从原先的高于10%下降至4.8%,热效率提升8.6%。改造后的导热油炉高温尾气预热助燃空气,排放温度由280~320℃降低至139℃,导热油炉的热效率提升了5.7%,煤气单耗由827.51 m3/t下降到了730.31 m3/t。  相似文献

北京首钢股份有限公司4000m3高炉热风炉通过技术改造采用一种先进的高效节能型预热器-板式煤气预热器取代原管式预热器,效果显著。技术改造的结果表明,原煤气预热器失效的主要原因是热管损坏失效超过总数的一半以上,煤气预热温度只能达到40℃,严重影响到了烟气余热的回收,造成热风炉系统热效率降低、燃料消耗增加,设备维护成本大幅升高。技术改造后,热风炉系统整体热效率大幅提高,高炉煤气消耗有效降低、便于设备维护,节约生产成本。  相似文献

云南石化240万t/a连续重整装置共设置5台圆筒炉,在装置投料试车初期出现炉膛负压大幅波动、炉膛中上部存在烟气二次燃烧、燃烧器频繁脱火熄灭等现象,直接影响加热炉稳定运行。通过对低NO_x燃烧器增设中心稳焰枪、更换新型长明灯的技术改造后,加热炉运行工况得到明显改善,炉膛温度降低,炉膛负压和氧含量控制稳定,消除炉膛内烟气二次燃烧,解决燃烧器频繁脱火熄灭等问题,同时有效降低过剩空气系数,节约燃料并提高加热炉热效率、降低装置综合能耗,且烟气中NO_x含量远低于环保排放限值。  相似文献

为发展和深入认识转底炉直接还原工艺技术,建立了转底炉综合数学模型,该模型由转底炉本体热化学平衡、转底炉区域热平衡计算模型、余热回收模型、生球干燥模型、炉膛温度校核与尾气露点校核模型和转底炉流程模型组成.采用综合模型计算了该工艺流程的基本工艺参数.计算结果表明:煤气热值、废气排放温度和余热回收利用方案对整体能量消耗有不同程度影响,煤气发热值每增加50kJ·m-3,理论燃烧温度提高22~25℃,煤气用量减少41~47m3·t-1;空气预热温度平均每增加100℃,理论燃烧温度提高35~40℃,煤气用量减少90~103m3·t-1.此外,应用此模型还可以计算任何原料和燃料等条件下的直接还原工艺参数,研究不同余热回收方案条件下的各个工艺参数的变化规律.   相似文献

为缓解焦炉煤气供应紧张的矛盾,莱钢焦化厂在原烧焦炉煤气管式炉上重新设计,制作了烧高炉煤气的粗苯管式炉,将原辐射段炉管加长1m,在辐射段下部增设圆筒型燃烧室,并增加1台烟囱废气预热记炉煤气的列管式换热器。该管式炉改烧管炉煤气后,每小时可替代出焦炉煤气600m^3,年创经济效益120多万元。  相似文献

提高管式加热炉的热效率,减少燃料消耗,能够达到节能减排的目的。减少管式加热炉炉体散热损失是提高加热炉热效率的方法之一。以两种常用的典型炉型为例,进行了炉墙外壁温度经济性计算与分析,认为在现行设计标准的基础上降低炉墙外壁温度,减少加热炉散热损失,提高加热炉热效率是可行的,在多个炉墙外壁温度的比选中,按照3年收回增加的投资成本考虑,确认炉墙外壁温度为60℃最为经济合理。  相似文献

摘要:建立了高炉或氧气高炉喷吹烧结烟气的数学模型,实现对烧结烟气利用与处理的目的。模拟结果显示:当烧结烟气喷吹温度为1250℃,全氧高炉的炉缸与炉身处各循环200m3/t炉顶煤气时,烧结烟气喷吹量每增加100m3/t,高炉理论燃烧温度降低约134℃,直接还原度增大0.02。随着烧结烟气喷吹量的增加,煤比逐渐增大,炉顶煤气中氮气含量逐渐增大,SO2浓度逐渐降低。当烧结烟气喷吹量达到894m3/t时,炉顶煤气中的SO2质量浓度为214.28mg/m3,与普通高炉相比,降低约1.48mg/m3;氮氧化物质量浓度为45.42mg/m3,低于普通高炉约6.36mg/m3。  相似文献

为了掌握稀土尾矿对半焦燃烧过程中NO_x的排放影响,采用立式管式炉进行半焦燃烧实验,分析稀土尾矿添加量、反应温度、尾矿粒径对半焦NO_x排放特性的影响。结果发现,随着添加量增加,稀土尾矿对NO_x排放下降作用显著,添加50%稀土尾矿时,NO_x排放量降低37.91%;反应温度升高,稀土尾矿抑制NO_x排放作用明显,950℃时,NO_x排放量降低37.35%;尾矿粒径越细,稀土尾矿抑制NO_x排放越强烈,稀土尾矿粒径250~280目时,NO_x排放量降低33.24%。  相似文献
