莱钢烧结机网络化控制系统选用QUANTUM系列PLC,由现场设备层、设备控制层、管理监控层组成,自控系统包括烧结电控和仪控两部分,通过工业以太网、自愈环网和MB＋网异种网络通讯控制,实现了设备的连锁控制、重点参数的调节、画面监控、数据传输等,提高了烧结矿的产量与质量.     

钛用超声波探伤分选系统的研究与应用

针对目前国内钛行业管材超声波探伤系统缺乏全自动分选装置的现状,设计一套钛用超声波探伤分选系统。系统采用InTouch组态软件搭建人机智能界面,通过工业以太网与现场PLC进行数据传输,实现分选系统的自动运行和监控。根据现场生产状况证实,此套系统性能稳定、运行可靠、扩展性好,实现了钛管超声波探伤的全自动分选控制。     

基于PLC控制的换炉系统研究与应用

分析了工业电炉系统中多炉体结构下的换炉方式,并提出了一种基于PLC控制的方法,即西门子S7-1500PLC系统,该系统是德国西门子企业新一代的自动化系统,能有效控制液压换炉开关动作,通过工业以太网实时地监控换炉系统。实践表明：该系统自2020年应用在宝钢90T工业电炉上,系统运行稳定。     

加铝喂丝机新型自动控制系统的应用

针对炼钢工序中加铝系统的工艺及控制要求,基于西门子S7-300PLC,M440变频器及现场总线技术设计了喂丝机控制系统。同时使用工业以太网的通信方式将喂丝机的相关工艺数据传送到厂局域网,便于查询和监控。运行结果表明,该自动控制运行稳定,具有良好的准确性,快速性和即时性等。

针对莱钢1^#带钢坯连铸机的工艺特点,设计开发了连铸机自动控制系统,该系统采用了西门子公司S7系列PLC、工业以太网、人机接口、变频通讯等控制技术,投用两年来,系统运行稳定可靠,满足了工艺技术要求。

针对莱钢特钢厂50tUHP电炉连铸机的工艺特点,设计开发了矩形坯连铸机自动控制系统,该系统采用了Modicon公司的Quantum系列PLC、工业以太网、人机接口、变频通讯等控制技术,投用两年来,系统运行稳定可靠,满足了工艺技术要求。     

RSLogix5000基于以太网下的远程I/O组态 在生产中的应用

主要介绍了酒钢储运料场PLC控制系统RSLogix5000中,利用以太网模块,通过Ether NET/IP模式来实现RSLogix5000主站与远程I/O站的通讯,在PLC控制系统中在线组态远程I/O站,从而满足酒钢储运料场供卸料系统的自动化控制。     

D172型管式电除尘PLC系统的设计与实践

阐述了基于PLC的高炉煤气静电除尘系统的设计与实践。D172型管式电除尘PLC系统采用西门子S7—300PLC集中控制的PROFIBUS现场总线系统，工业以太网集中HMI人机交互式系统监控运行网络。该系统在WinCC6．0和S75．3的软件支持下，采用顺序控制的方法，实现了天铁高炉煤气的静电除尘，使煤气质量达到煤气加压输送和煤气用户使用的要求，并力求技术上先进，经济上合理，在生产中运行良好。     

浅谈污水处理计算机控制系统设计

电炉烟气净化循环水系统是一种先进的污水处理工艺,基于此设计了一种实现计算机自动控制系统,该系统具有较好的灵活性、较高的可靠性和可维护性。本着技术先进、配置合理、操作维护简单、节约投资的原则,自动化系统采用电仪一体化(电气、仪表共用)的分布式PLC控制系统,以西门子S7-300 PLC控制装置为核心,根据控制功能区域划分为分布式的控制单元,采用分布式I/O,实现分布远程控制。利用工业以太网、现场PROFIBUS-DP,将PLC与操作站(HMI)、分布式I/O站有机地连接。该系统投入运行后,效果良好。
