采用电镜分析、反相色谱、毛细管流变仪和布拉本达塑性仪研究了由锦西化工研究院生产的PVC管用树脂的颗粒形貌、比表面积、流变性能和加工速率。结果表明,该树脂和疏松型树脂的形貌呈棉桃状不同,外形为球状,比表面积较大,约比普通SG-5型树脂增加1倍,最高可达1.007m^2/g;在从低剪切到高剪切速率范围内,该树脂的表观粘度均比SG-5型树脂低,不论是采用粒料还是粉料挤出,在聚合度相同时,该树脂的挤出速率 相似文献

Dielectric characteristics of a new composite dielectric material composed of a ceramic and a plastic resin were investigated. The composite material has two requirements: it must display stable characteristics and be adaptable to mass production. The first requirement can be met by using a ceramic material, such as the TiO2 -rich part of the BaO-PbO-Nd2 O3 TiO2 system. The second requirement can be fulfilled by using a polyoxymethylene resin. The new composite dielectric, composed of a ceramic (40 vol%) and a polyoxymethylene resin (60 vol%) and produced by injection molding, exhibits a dielectric constant of 12.1. It also displays extremely low temperature dependence in a range of −20° to 140°C as well as low frequency dependence over a range from 1 kHz to 10 MHz. 相似文献

Summary A series of thermosetting polymer/ceramic composites were prepared. Three kinds of thermosetting polymers, i.e. cyanate resin,
bismaleimide resin, and epoxy resin, were used as matrixes, and BaTiO3 particles were as fillers. The dielectric properties of these composites were investigated. Experimental data of the dielectric
constants were fitted to several theoretical equations in order to obtain the best-fitting equations of the dielectric constants
of these composites. The result indicates that the dielectric constants of composites all increase with the increase of BaTiO3 content. Using bismaleimide resin and epoxy resin as matrixes, the dielectric losses both increase obviously as the amount
of BaTiO3 particles is increased, but the dielectric loss of cyanate/BaTiO3 composite decreases. With the increase of the frequency, the variation ranges of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss
of cyanate/BaTiO3 composite are both the smallest. The predications of the effective dielectric constants by Lichterecker mixing rule are in

1,2‐Bis(vinylphenyl)ethane (BVPE) could be cured without curing agents at relatively low temperatures (~ 180°) in a nitrogen atmosphere. Cured BVPE (CBVPE) resin showed exceptionally low dielectric constant (? = 2.50 at 10 GHz) and low dielectric loss tangent (tan δ = 0.0012 at 10 GHz), and had excellent thermal resistance. Its 5 wt % weight‐loss temperature was 425°C in a nitrogen atmosphere and glass transition temperature was over 400°C. Poly(phenylene oxide) (PPO) was used to improve the toughness of CBVPE resin. PPO was an effective modifier to toughen CBVPE resin: when using 30 wt % of the modifier, the tensile strength and elongation of the modified CBVPE resin were 75 MPa and 26%, respectively. One of the exciting and promising developments in material science today is the design and synthesis of novel low‐dielectric‐constant polymer materials, which are found to have potential applications in the field of ultralarge‐scale integration, capacitors and other electronic circuits as insulating and/or dielectric materials. In this article the new polymer dielectric materials reported in recent years are reviewed, including aromatic (heteroaromatic) polymers, silicon‐containing polymers, fluorinated polymers, porous polymers, etc. In summarizing the review, the development, potential applications and future directions of polymer materials with low dielectric constant are discussed. 采用丁基缩水甘油醚(660)、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(669)和苯基缩水甘油醚(690)三种活性稀释剂对环氧树脂/甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(MeTHPA)固化体系进行改性,研究了稀释剂对树脂胶液粘度及其固化物力学性能和电性能的影响。结果表明,当加入669和690稀释剂后,体系的介电性能基本不变,耐电弧性能提高,而660的加入会降低体系的介质损耗,对耐电弧性能影响很小。其中,当690的添加量为3%时,耐电弧达到94s,比纯树脂提高了22%;当添加量为3%~12%时,树脂固化物的拉伸强度稳定在45~55MPa之间。 相似文献

Microsized aluminum/epoxy resin composites were prepared, and the thermal and dielectric properties of the composites were investigated in terms of composition, aluminum particle sizes, frequency, and temperature. The results showed that the introduction of aluminum particles to the composites hardly influenced the thermal stability behavior, and decreased Tg of the epoxy resin; moreover, the size, concentration, and surface modification of aluminum particles had an effect on their thermal conductivity and dielectric properties. The dielectric permittivity increased smoothly with a rise of aluminum particle content, as well as with a decrease in frequency at high loading with aluminum particles. While the dissipation factor value increased slightly with an increase in frequency, it still remained at a low level. The dielectric permittivity and loss increased with temperature, owing to the segmental mobility of the polymer molecules. We found that the aluminum/epoxy composite containing 48 vol % aluminum‐particle content possessed a high thermal conductivity and a high dielectric permittivity, but a low loss factor, a low electric conductivity, and a higher breakdown voltage. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Recent advances in novel electroactive devices have placed new requirements on material development. High-performance dielectric elastomers with good mechanical stretchability and high dielectric constant are under high demand. However, the current strategy for fabricating these materials suffers from high cost or low thermal stability, which greatly hinders large-scale industrial production. Herein, we have successfully developed a novel strategy for improving the dielectric constant of polymeric elastomers via deep eutectic solvent inclusion by taking advantage of the low cost, convenient and environmentally benign synthesis process and high ionic conductivity from deep eutectic solvents. The as-prepared composite elastomers showed good stretchability and a greatly enhanced dielectric constant with a negligible increase in dielectric dissipation. Moreover, we have proven the universality of our strategy by using different types of deep eutectic solvents. It is believed that low-cost, easy-synthesis and environmentally friendly deep eutectic solvents including composite elastomers are highly suitable for large-scale industrial production and can greatly broaden the application fields of dielectric elastomers. 相似文献
