The layer of oxide film was prepared on the surface of 7475 aluminum alloy by anodic oxidation, and the friction and wear performance under different loads were investigated with the friction and wear test. The atomic binding energy spectrum, wear morphologies, surface hardness and residual stress were analyzed with XPS, SEM, hard meter and XRD stress tester, respectively. The results show that the oxide film on the surface is relatively dense after anodic oxidation, existing in the form of Al2O3, and the form of the diffusion type in the interface is contained. The average friction coefficient is decreased after anodic oxidation, indicating the friction performance improving. The wear mechanism of primitive sample is adhesive wear and tear, accompanying with abrasive wear, and the wear mechanism of the sample after the anodic oxidation is abrasive wear, where high surface hardness is the main factor of the wear resistance.  相似文献

采用自制的实验装置和硫酸电解液研究阳极氧化热对铝合金2024硬质氧化膜的影响。与氧化热由氧化膜传递到电解液中相比,氧化热由铝基体传递到冷却液中有利于氧化膜的生长,成膜速度、膜厚、致密度和硬度显著提高,并随着冷却液过冷度的增大而增大。氧化膜生长所需的冷却液过冷度与电解液过冷度、铝基体壁厚、氧化膜厚度、气泡覆盖特性参数以及电流密度有关。可通过控制冷却液温度来控制氧化膜的微观结构和性能。  相似文献

Silver containing coating can represent a solution to the recurring problem of biofilm formation on implant surfaces. In this study, the development of a titanium oxide coating containing silver particles is reported. The coating was obtained on medical grade Ti-6Al-4V alloy by anodic spark deposition in an aqueous electrolyte. Surface characterization revealed a high specific surface area with a succession of flat plateaus and depressions. Silver was present all over the coating surface as small particles of sizes below 200 nm. When immersed in a liquid medium, the coating released silver ions at a constant rate over more than 15 days. The coating was able to show a complete killing of gentamicin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis within the first 12 h after inoculation.  相似文献

利用阳极氧化对7475铝合金进行表面改性处理,通过拉伸疲劳试验,用罗卡提法求出阳极氧化前后7475铝合金的疲劳极限。采用SEM、XRD等手段对阳极氧化前后7475铝合金的断口形貌和组成物相进行了分析,并对阳极氧化前后7475铝合金疲劳断裂机理进行了探讨。结果表明,阳极氧化膜主要是由γ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3组成,膜层越厚,α-Al2O3相含量越多;氧化膜降低了铝合金的疲劳性能,与原始试样相比,膜层厚度为6、8和10μm的试样疲劳极限分别下降了3.2%、3.9%和4.5%;氧化膜在基体原位生长,在界面处基体中产生的残留拉应力促进了疲劳源的萌生,使铝合金的疲劳性能有所降低。  相似文献

Effect of anodic oxidation on fatigue performance of 7075-T6 alloy for pre-corroded and non-corroded specimens has been investigated by conducting a series of rotary bending fatigue tests at 95 Hz. The anodized specimens with different coating thickness (6, 12 and 23 μm) were exposed to 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution for 6, 48, 96 and 240 h. The results indicate that oxidation has a tendency to decrease the fatigue performance. Fatigue strength was reduced with increasing coating thickness; approximately 40% reduction for a 23 μm thick coating was obtained. It was observed that oxidation mitigated pitting corrosion. Superior corrosion resistance was obtained for the thickest coating layer. Fatigue tests with pre-corroded specimens showed that fatigue life of coated specimens was significantly affected by pre-corrosion, except for the specimen with the thickest coating layer. When the pre-corroded bare and coated specimens were compared, the coating improved the fatigue performance in high cycle fatigue (> 105) only and it degraded the fatigue performance in low cycle regime.  相似文献

Previous experiments involving stepped changes in current during anodizing of aluminium alloys have disclosed subtle transient and long-term influences of current density on film growth. The present work employs a current reduction of a factor of 104, much larger than that in earlier work, to investigate the phenomena further. The findings from transmission electron microscopy of film sections disclose that the step in current leads to generation of fine light bands of film material, each about 6 nm thick, at the alloy/film and film/electrolyte interfaces. Further, the film material formed at the alloy/film interface following the step in current is generally of lighter appearance than that formed previously. The lighter film material probably contains relatively less tungsten species, and/or is of reduced density, compared with adjacent material. The greater reduction in current, compared with that of previous studies, appears to accentuate the alterations in composition and/or density of film material.  相似文献

为了进一步改善镁合金表面阳极氧化膜的质量和性能,在Na OH+Na_2SiO_3基础电解液中添加氨基酸类有机添加剂对AZ31镁合金进行阳极氧化,研究了氨基酸类有机添加剂对镁合金阳极氧化过程及氧化膜厚度、表面形貌、结构及耐蚀性的影响。探讨了有机添加剂在镁合金阳极氧化中的作用机制。结果表明:不同的氨基酸对镁合金阳极氧化过程及氧化膜性能影响不尽相同,其中乙二胺四乙酸和L-鸟氨酸醋酸盐可显著提高阳极氧化的击穿电压,起到明显的抑弧作用,大幅度提高了氧化膜的厚度、致密性和耐蚀性能。有机添加剂主要通过缓蚀、抑弧和表面活性剂3方面的综合作用来影响镁合金阳极氧化的过程及氧化膜的性能。  相似文献

提出了一种以镁合阳极极化曲线来判断微弧氧化起弧难易的新方法。在不同的电解液中,测试了镁合金的阳极极化曲线及微弧氧化的起弧特性。结果表明,起弧电压首先与其在对应电解液中进行阳极极化时形成的钝化膜的稳定性有关:膜层越稳定,即阳极极化曲线上钝化区宽度越宽,则在相应的电解液中微弧氧化起弧电压越低;当钝化区间宽度相近时,则在钝化区间后期极化电流越小,起弧电压越低。  相似文献

The effect of the rare-earth-element dysprosium on the cyclic oxidation behavior of NiAl-31Cr-3Mo alloy at 1300 and 1400 K in static air atmosphere was investigated in this paper. The results revealed that doping 0.1.% atom fraction of Dy greatly improved the cyclic oxidation resistance at 1300 and 1400 K. The microstructure and composition of the oxidation layer were studied by means of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with EDAX unit. The oxidation scale, which is located on the surface of NiAl-31Cr-3Mo alloy, mainly consisted of α-Al2O3 and a little Cr2O3. While the continuous and sole α-Al2O3 scale formed on the surface of the alloys doped with the dysprosium. The adherency of scale improved due to a Cr-rich phase decreased the internal stress by thermal cycling and transformation of Al2O3 or transverse growing induced for the testing alloy modified by Dy. A method of improving the oxidation resistance of Cantor alloy through microstructure tailoring was revealed. Samples with distinctive microstructures were achieved by different annealing treatments on the cold-rolled Cantor alloy. Oxidation test was then carried out on the various annealed samples at 800 °C for 24 h in air. The oxidation behavior was evaluated in terms of oxidation rate, surface and cross-section microstructure characterization. Although stratified oxide layers including outer Mn2O3 and inner Cr2O3 were observed in all the annealed samples, the thickness of Mn2O3 and Cr2O3 layers was different. Also, the samples exhibited different oxidation rates. The results indicate that the oxidation resistance of various annealed samples is closely related with grain size as well as twin density.

Lithium lanthanoid silicate, a high temperature lithium ion conducting solid electrolyte, synthesized by sol–gel method, has been characterized by TGA/DTA, XRD, FTIR and SEM. Conductivity was found to be 0.847 × 10−6 Ω−1 cm−1 at 750 °C and activation energy was 0.5 eV.  相似文献

为解决整体阻燃钛合金存在的比强度低、加工性差及价格昂贵等问题,利用双层辉光离子渗金属技术,在Ti-6Al-4V的表面渗入Cu元素,在其表面形成Ti-Cu阻燃合金层.研究了温度、保温时间、源极电压、工件电压、极间距等工艺参数对渗层显微组织、成分及厚度的影响,得出了适合的工艺参数.870℃渗铜3.5 h,渗层厚度可达到200μm以上.阻燃合金层的成分呈梯度分布,显微组织为基体组织加弥散分布的Ti2Cu金属间化合物.初步阻燃实验证明,渗Cu合金层起到了预期的阻燃效果.  相似文献

The microstructures and oxidation behaviour of the modified Tribaloy T-800 alloys by additions of yttrium and yttrium plus aluminium have been studied. At the presence of yttrium alone, the oxidation rate decreased, and the selective oxidation of chromium was promoted, which was related to the refinement of alloy phase size. The addition of yttrium plus aluminium further reduced the oxidation rate. The selective oxidation of chromium and aluminium were both promoted significantly. The benefits were especially pronounced at 1000 °C, with the formation of protective alumina external layer and no internal oxides, which may be detrimental to the alloy mechanical property.  相似文献

通过镦锻试验和模锻实验研究了Ti-Cu系合金半固态锻造行为,并对锻材进行了拉伸试验,讨论了Cu含量对半固态可锻性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:1000 °C至1150°C半固态锻造较常规锻造具有较小的顶锻压力;其中,1000 °C至1050°C间半固态锻造的Ti-Cu系合金均表现出较好的可锻性,在75%的锻造变形量下无明显缺陷。分析认为,Ti-Cu系列合金中含有较多的低熔点Ti2Cu相,随着半固态温度升高或Cu含量的增加,材料中的液相含量增加,增加的液相含量对变形起到润滑作用,减少了固相变形引起的应力集中,有效的降低了变形抗力,改善了成形性。力学性能研究表明:半固态锻造Ti-Cu系合金较常规锻造合金强度升高,塑性降低。随着Cu含量的升高,合金的强度明显提升,塑性降低。分析认为:力学性能的变化主要是由于Ti2Cu相析出含量、形态和分布相关,随着Cu含量和半固态温度的升高,更多Ti2Cu相在晶内和晶界析出,引起析出强化作用,同时,晶界析出的针状Ti2Cu相形成了偏析带,降低了合金塑形。  相似文献

Anatase titanium dioxide is an active photocatalyst, however, it is difficult to be immobilized on the substrate. The crystalline TiO2 porous film was prepared directly on the surface of pure titanium by anodic oxidation. The film was then used for photocatalysis via the methyl orange degradation method. The effects of anodization voltage, pH value, TiO2 film area and degradation time on the photocatalyst were investigated respectively by UV-visible spectrum. It was indicated that the TiO2 film prepared by anodic oxidation at 140 V had the best photocatalysis capability and the degradation of methyl orange was accelerated with acid addition.  相似文献

The oxidation behavior of (TiCu)100-XZrX (x=3, 5, 7 at%) amorphous alloy during continuous heating up to 1073 K has been investigated. The weight-gain due to oxidation occurs in a two-step mode. The first-step oxidation (630~730 K) is associated with supercooled liquid region. The oxidation layer consists of intermixed TiO2 + ZrO2 layer at outer side and amorphous oxide layer at inner side. The oxidation rate at the second-step above 880 K becomes significantly different depending on the Zr content. In x=3 alloy, the oxidation layer consists of TiO2 layer at outer side, intermixed TiO2 + ZrO2 layer, and Ti3Cu3O layer at inner side. As the fraction of ZrO2 increases in x=5 and 7 alloys, the growth of oxide layer is accelerated due to provision of easier diffusion path in the intermixed oxide layer, forming intermixed multi-phase (TiO2 + ZrO2 + Ti3Cu3O + Cu51Zr14) oxide layer.  相似文献
