以木质素磺酸钙、二乙胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过接枝氨基,合成了木质素胺脱色絮凝剂。研究了反应物料配比、活化时间、反应时间、反应温度等因素对合成的影响,优化出絮凝剂合成的工艺条件。并对其絮凝脱色性能进行了研究。 相似文献

长链二元酸发酵液的脱色研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
考察了活性炭对长链二元酸发酵液的脱色效果及脱色过程中的主要影响因素。通过正交实验 ,分析得出影响脱色效果各因素的主次顺序为 :活性炭加入量 >二元酸浓度 >发酵液pH >操作温度。同时还考察了活性炭脱色时间对脱色效果的影响以及吸附在活性炭上的长链二元酸的洗脱问题 ,从而确定了发酵液脱色的优化条件 :活性炭加入量 5 % ,室温操作 ,发酵液 pH =8,二元酸浓度为 4 0 g/L ,脱色时间为 2 0min。 相似文献

以膨润土为载体,负载金属离子,制备了负载型改性膨润土脱色材料,采用电化学降解的方法,研究了不同离子负载的改性膨润土、染料废水初始p H值、催化剂的加入量、反应时间对染料废水脱色效果的影响。研究表明,铁改性膨润土、p H值为4、催化剂加入量为18g/L、反应10 min活性红染料废水脱色效果最好,脱色率达到98%。 相似文献

A method of biologically decolorizing wastewater from fiber reactive dyeing of cotton by sequential anoxic/aerobic treatment steps using a single biomass has been developed and evaluated for chemical oxygen demand and color removal. A viable biomass that effectively removes both color and chemical oxygen demand in a sequential anoxic/aerobic treatment process has been developed. Abstract The possibility of using sawdust as an adsorbent in a fixed-bed adsorber in decolorizing waste water as well as batchwise was studied. The Freundlich isotherm was obtained for the adsorption of a basic dyestuff (Maxillon Blue) on wood. The factors studied under isothermal adsorption conditions include feed input velocity, wood particle size, and bed height. The controlling step of adsorption at relatively high velocities is the internal diffusion within the pores rather than the external diffusion. The results showed that the best operating conditions were obtained at an intermediate feed velocity of 0.12 cm/s, a particle diameter of 0.018 cm, and a bed height of 10 cm. 相似文献

实验以双氰胺、甲醛为主要原料,加入不同的催化剂和改性剂,优选合成出两种双氰胺-甲醛类缩聚物脱色絮凝剂;用IR表征其分子结构;研究了絮凝剂用量、pH、混合投加聚合硫酸铁用量条件对脱色效果的影响,得到最佳脱色条件;对酸性大红GR、活性艳红等废水色度脱色率可达93%以上,并对其工业应用价值作简单分析评价。 相似文献

使用保险粉为还原剂在室温下对活性染料染色废水进行脱色处理,通过均匀设计试验和相关的数据处理,认为pH值是影响脱色率的主要因素,还原剂浓度为次要因素,时间对脱色率影响较小。当温度和pH值一定时,还原剂浓度和时间不存在交互效应。 相似文献
