对30MnSi PC钢棒进行了淬火回火处理,分析探讨了热处理工艺对高强度钢耐延迟断裂性能的影响.采用FIP试验作为PC钢棒耐延迟断裂性能的评价方法.研究发现,相同的回火工艺下30MnSi钢的耐延迟断裂性能随淬火温度的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,950 ℃左右淬火其耐延迟断裂性能较好;在保证强度满足要求的前提下提高回火温度可以提高钢的耐延迟断裂性能.组织观察发现,经430 ℃左右回火后,30MnSi钢棒得到的回火索(屈)氏体组织均匀细小,碳化物弥散分布在马氏体板条界上,耐延迟断裂性能较好.可见,通过改变热处理制度改变组织形态,是改善30MnSi钢的耐延迟断裂性能的一种有效途径. 相似文献

以我厂30MnSi盘圆为母材制作的PC钢棒在存储中发生比较严重的延迟断裂现象。以延迟断裂钢棒及30MnSi母材为研究对象,对延迟断裂的现象进行深入研究以寻找原因。并通过提高30MnSi母材Si的含量以改善母材的抗拉强度,以及提高钢棒厂热处理的回火温度以消除PC钢棒的内应力,最终解决了PC钢棒延迟断裂的问题。 相似文献

200系不锈钢与304不锈钢外观比较相似,肉眼无法识别,由于其价格较低常冒充304不锈钢混入食品接触性用具领域,给食品安全带来不确定性危害。为防止200系不锈钢冒充304不锈钢使用,实验研制了304不锈钢配方试剂(识别剂)用以快速区分200系列与304不锈钢。配方试剂在非通电型分析液基础上进行改进,即分别将固体五水硫酸铜、氨基磺酸、氯化钠研磨至74μm以下,然后将3种试剂按照物质的量之比为1∶4∶12混合后加水快速溶解,滴于不锈钢表面打磨处,在5s内变红的样品为200系列不锈钢,在1min内不变色的样品为304不锈钢。将该识别剂用于200系列及304不锈钢定值样品(用GB/T 11170—2008法定值)及超市随机抽取50个不锈钢样品的鉴别,现场鉴别结果同实验室结果吻合。该配方试剂由3种固体物质混合而成,其更环保、安全、便捷,便于200系列和304不锈钢的现场鉴别。 相似文献

The corrosion behaviors of stainless steel and nickel-plated carbon steel coupled with conductive polymer were investigated in both hot humid environment and simulated marine environment. The corrosion currents of different steel substrates and conductive polymer in simulated marine environment at room temperature were measured. The corrosion surfaces of different steel couples were observed under a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and chemical compositions were examined by energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) analysis. The corrosion mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the stability of both stainless steel and nickel-plated carbon steel in hot humid environment was excellent and no corrosion happened in the blank test for 360 h while slight corrosion existed in the contact area of coupled steel substrates. In simulated marine environment, the corrosion current of the stainless steel was lower than 100 μA and some directional rod-like particles formed on the surface of the stainless steel, which arc mainly caused by oxidative corrosion among different phases. The corrosion current of the nickel-plated carbon steel couples was much greater than that of stainless steel couples and nickel plate cracking resulted in the corrosion of the internal iron because the coated nickel layer was not dense enough. 相似文献

Bending behavior of steel pipes filled with ultralight mortar was studied by bending tests using a steel pipe, steel pipes filled with ultralight mortar, and steel pipes filled with light aggregate concrete and normal concrete. The steel pipe model filled with normal concrete had 1.8 times higher bending strength than the steel pipe model. The bending behavior of the steel pipe filled model with ultralight mortar was not improved when the compressive strength of the ultralight mortar was less than 1 MPa. However, ductility was much improved when the compressive strength was over 5 MPa, and the ultimate steel strain was more than double of the steel pipe model. The strains of steel and concrete in all the models were proportional to the distance from the neutral axis until the steel plate yielded. A simple analytical method was proposed to calculate the bending moments of the ultralight mortar filled steel pipes. The calculated values agreed very well with the test results. 相似文献

对国内外95CrMo中空钢成品进行了对比研究,结果表明:国内中空钢中S含量低,虽然脱氧元素Al、Ca含量也高,剩余wT[O]相比不低,但wAls/wAlt比值明显低于国外,废钢带入Ti和残余元素高于国外中空钢;国内中空钢中夹杂物数量较多,尺寸较大,CaS包裹的球型复合夹杂物多于国外中空钢,国外中空钢中含有Al2O3的夹杂物相对较多,但尺寸小,几乎没有钛类夹杂;国内外中空钢组织和硬度差别不大,夹杂物的数量、尺寸和类型可能是影响中空钢疲劳寿命的主要原因。 相似文献
