在中国建材联合会系统目标发布会动员会上,我讲了对新时代的概念与明确站位定位,扭住主要矛盾和瓶颈,创新思维,拓展功能,全面推进高质量发展。动员会的指向是以定目标、定问题为切入点,明确通过创新实现目标。经过20天的准备,各单位、各部门按照动员会的要求都已经制定出新的目标和新的设想、新的认识和举措。总的来说,大家工作认真程度在提高,思想站位在提高,办法和路径一年比一年宽,虽然存在着相互之间认识上和目标之间的不平衡和差异,但总体都在提升。这次目标发布会对于联合会系统相互交流,相互启迪,相互促进,奠定全年政治、经济、改革、发展和促进行业结构调整是一次有力的促进会。

Green extraction of natural products: concept and principles

The design of green and sustainable extraction methods of natural products is currently a hot research topic in the multidisciplinary area of applied chemistry, biology and technology. Herein we aimed to introduce the six principles of green-extraction, describing a multifaceted strategy to apply this concept at research and industrial level. The mainstay of this working protocol are new and innovative technologies, process intensification, agro-solvents and energy saving. The concept, principles and examples of green extraction here discussed, offer an updated glimpse of the huge technological effort that is being made and the diverse applications that are being developed.     

Exploring natural products for new taste sensations

This paper discusses the discovery of uncommon taste or trigeminal active compounds and their associated sensory analysis using human tasting panels with the aim of enhancing the overall taste experience whilst reducing where possible the sugar and salt content of foods. The first example outlines the discovery of the sensory quality attributes of (R)-2-(carboxymethylamino)propanoic acid, named (R)-strombine, as assessed by a panel of 47 subjects to confirm its contribution to the typical taste of scallop muscle. The second example discusses the pungency and trigeminal effect of polygodial, which is compared with piperine and capsaicin, as well as the elucidation of a new structure eliciting a trigeminal effect, (+/-)-trans-2,3,3a,7a-tetrahydro-1 H-indene-4-carbaldehyde, discovered in Amomum tsao-ko. Finally, the time intensity trigeminal effect of (-)-menthol is compared with (1R,2RS,4RS)-1-isopropyl-4-methylbicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-2-ol, named dihydroumbellulol, a new cooling compound obtained by hemi-synthesis from umbellulone extracted from Umbellularia californica Nutt.     

Studies in the utilization of agricultural waste products as filler in natural rubber compounds

Natural rubber samples were filled with agricultural waste products (cocoa pod husks and rubber‐seed shell) at 50 phr, mixed on a two‐roll mill, and cured using the semiefficient vulcanization system. The physicomechanical properties, tensile strength, modulus at 100% elongation, elongation at break, hardness, abrasion resistance, flex fatigue and compression set, of the agricultural waste products‐filled natural rubber compounds were determined and compared with the values obtained for vulcanisates filled with commercial carbon black (HAF N330). The effect of blending the raw and carbonized agricultural waste products with the commercial grade N330 carbon black on the physicomechanical properties of the natural compounds was studied. It was found that the raw agricultural waste products were ineffective compared with N330 carbon black as reinforcing filler for natural rubber compound mixes and could be classified as semireinforcing fillers. Blends containing up to 40 wt % of the raw agricultural waste products and more than 60 wt % of the carbonized waste products gave natural rubber compounds with comparable physciomechanical properties with compound obtained with N330 carbon black. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Pentatomid natural products

In addition to the primarily defensive metathoracic glands, adult Pentatomoidea possess a pair of active exocrine glands that open between the III and IV abdominal tergites. In the southern green stink bug,Nezara viridula, and other phytophagous species examined, the glands are small (< 10 g secretion/individual) and of approximately equal size in both sexes. In some, but not all, of the predaceous pentatomids (Asopinae), the III-IV dorsal abdominal glands are small in females (< 10 g secretion/individual) and extremely large in males (>500 g secretion/individual). Using a GC-MS system, the secretion from both males and females ofN. viridula (Pentatominae) was found to contain (E)-2-hexenal, hexanal, 1-hexanol, andn-tridecane. Females contained about three times moren-tridecane than males. The capacious glands ofPodisus maculiventris (Asopinae) males produce (E)-2-hexenal, benzyl alcohol, -terpineol, linalool, terpinen-4-ol, andcis-piperitol. The composition of the previously unanalyzed secretions from the adult III-IV dorsal abdominal glands is compared and contrasted to that of secretions from the metathoricic gland, and the role of coexisting exocrine glands in adult Heteroptera is discussed.

经济与社会研究委员会今天发表的一份报告说,纳米技术预计将在10年内发展成为一个产值1万亿美元的行业.它可能会跟转基因食物一样成为一个政治战场. 由设菲尔德大学三名学者提出的这份报告说,对纳米技术问题的争辩已经两极分化成乌托邦论和灾难论.     

对称性硫脲的绿色合成工艺

以乙二胺、二硫化碳为原料,在水中“一锅法”合成亚乙基硫脲（ETU）,收率达到99%以上,纯度达到99%以上。利用NMR、FTIR对产物结构进行了确证。考察了二硫化碳滴加温度、乙二胺与二硫化碳物质的量比、回流反应温度、回流反应升温速率及氢氧化钠反应段氢氧化钠的用量对亚乙基硫脲收率、纯度的影响。结果表明：最佳合成工艺条件是,二硫化碳滴加温度为30 ℃;n(乙二胺)∶n(CS2)=1∶1.2;回流反应温度为65~70 ℃,回流反应升温速率0.17 ℃/min;氢氧化钠反应段氢氧化钠的用量为乙二胺质量的3.0%。以此合成方法为模板,又合成了1,3-二乙基硫脲（DETU）和四氢-2（1H）-嘧啶硫酮（PUR）,经中试验证表明,工艺稳定可靠,产品收率、纯度均达到99%以上,母液可循环套用。
