A model for the calculation of the volume fraction of glass binder in abrasive ceramic tools is proposed, assuming the glass interlayers between abrasive grains to be spherical particles and the grain shape is approximated by various bodies of revolution: spheres, cylinders, and two paraboloids joined along a circumference The use of the model makes it possible to estimate the minimum content of glass binder, with which no contact bridges are formed between the grains, and also the thickness of the glass interlayers between the grains.  相似文献

钢结构件防腐涂装前的抛丸清理,有利于清除钢材表面锈蚀、氧化皮,并有效提高漆膜的附着力。本文研究了金属磨料的种类及配比对抛丸质量的影响,并对金属磨料的理化性能,如硬度、密度、微观组织、欧文寿命以及抛丸后钢板粗糙度对漆膜结合力与耐蚀性做了系统研究。结果表明,在保证一定除锈等级和漆膜耐蚀性的前提下,本文首次引进的S280+CW0.8复合配比的丸料,在相同的抛丸试验条件下处理后,获得的钢板除锈质量、表面粗糙度最小及丸料疲劳寿命综合性能最优。  相似文献

通过测试药.胶的相容性、胶的耐热老化性、黏结剂的高、低温冲击性能以及黏接试样的内弹道试验,确定了ZS-1型胶可用作双基药块组型用黏结剂。实验结果表明,只要选择适当的黏结剂,通过对双基药块进行黏合组型可满足设计要求。  相似文献

作者采用回归设计方法,试验研究了研磨片生产用胶粘剂配方的数学模型,由此计算出较优化的配方组成。首先根据以往的胶结与磨削试验经验,确认研磨片底胶的粘结强度与配方中主粘结剂、填料、触变剂的用量密切相关,确立本次回归设计研究中上述三组份的用量范围,然后基于这个用量范围采用对称单纯形回归设计方法,试验研究配方数学模型,取极大值粘结强度的配方为配方组成。其结果:主粘结剂(DZ-3水溶性酚醒树脂)用量0.448,触变剂(膨润土)用量0.182,填料(轻质碳酸钙)用量0.188,水(稀释、调和剂)用量0.182,计算的底胶的粘…  相似文献

本文采用单纯形回归设计的方法,试验研究了研磨片用胶(底胶)的配方模型。经重复试验证明,该模型基本符合所讨论的研磨片用胶粘剂的粘结强度与配方组成的关系。作者认为,该方法可以推厂应用于其它多因素纯配方性试验的数据处理与优化设计。  相似文献

采用正交试验,对高浓度有毒有害垃圾渗滤液进行混凝预处理。对单组分混凝剂进行筛选,通过处理垃圾液COD去除率进行评价,得出单组分最佳用量为1 250 mg/L(PAC)、1 500 mg/L(PFS)、50 mg/L(PAM)。对3种混凝剂进行双组分及多组分的复配,确定复配的最佳剂量比值为PAC/PFS/PAM=1︰1︰1。实验结果表明,复配的混凝剂比单组分混凝剂的垃圾液预处理效果明显提升。  相似文献

Phase transformations in slime of normal electrocorundum upon heating in air and its high-temperature interaction with kaolin in steady and interspersing layers are studied. Preliminary oxidation of lower titanium oxides contained in slime is a necessary condition for obtaining mullite. The properties of mullite and retained glass are studied in detail. Mullite has a nonstoichiometric composition and forms solid solutions with titanium and iron oxides. It is assumed that their intensifying action in synthesis is a result of the lower viscosity of the alumosilicate melt.  相似文献

The experimental temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity of a model composition based on natural flake graphite was compared with the results of a mathematical simulation performed with the use of a flake graphite polycrystal model. For increasing the section of contacts between flakes, the density of the material was increased as a result of impregnation with pitch and the subsequent calcination. The average values of the sizes of flakes in the composition and the tabular values of the conductivity tensor of a graphite quasi-single crystal served as the parameters of calculations. Based on the results of the mathematical simulation, it was found that temperature cracking due to the shrinkage of flakes on cooling should be taken into account for the correspondence of computed values to the experimental results. This cracking almost ceased at temperatures lower than 200°C regardless of the compaction of the material.  相似文献

The decomposition kinetics of poly(vinyl butyral) binder from barium titanate multilayer ceramic capacitors with platinum metal electrodes were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis as a function of the heating rate. The activation energy and pre-exponential factor for the decomposition kinetics were determined from two types of integral equations, from the Redhead method, and from the variation in heating rate method. The accuracy of the kinetic parameters determined from these methods was then evaluated for describing the observed rate of binder decomposition. Although the individual models yielded very different kinetic parameters, all were capable of describing the experimental data within ±15% accuracy. The kinetic parameters were then used in a coupled transport and kinetic model for describing the buildup of pressure within the ceramic green body as a function of the heating cycle. A methodology based on calculus of variations was also developed to predict the minimum duration for the binder burnout cycle.  相似文献
