A technique is developed for extraction of the wave propagation properties of power cables from S-parameter measurements. The method extracts the complex propagation constant and the characteristic impedance, as well as the LCRG telegrapher's equation parameters. The extraction process is developed after clarifying the effect of the connection between the measurement port and the power cable. It is concluded that treating the connection solely as a characteristic impedance change could lead to considerable errors in the parameter extraction. Furthermore, the method corrects for electrical lengths, which are not accounted for by the standard network analyzer calibration. The extraction is demonstrated for a medium voltage cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable over the frequency range 300 kHz to 300 MHz. The results are compared to a time domain short pulse propagation method for cable characterization. Both measurement methods are evaluated against a cable model. 相似文献

The wave-propagation characteristics of a cable installed within a tunnel has been investigated. The transient characteristic of this cable system differs from that of a cable system in which the cables are buried without tunnels. The transient characteristic is heavily dependent on both the distance from the cable to the tunnel wall and the physical parameters of the tunnel. A modeling method of the cable system installed within a tunnel is proposed based on investigation. A field measurement of transient sheath voltages on a 275 kV crossbonded cable system is made. Numerical results obtained using the proposed model agree well with field test results; thus the accuracy of the modeling method proposed in this paper is confirmed. The effects of the circuit parameters, such as inductance of the sheath bonding wire and the equivalent capacitance of the sheath protection arrester, are studied. 相似文献

Knowledge on the dependence of wave propagation characteristics on material properties and cable design is important in establishing diagnostic methods for cable insulation. In this study, a high frequency measurement technique to characterize the semi-conducting screens in medium voltage cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables has been developed. The frequency ranges from 30 kHz to 500 MHz. The influence of the experimental set-up, sample preparation methods, pressure and temperature are investigated. A dielectric function is developed for the semiconducting screens and this is incorporated into a high frequency model for the cable. The propagation characteristics obtained from the high frequency cable model are compared with those obtained from measurements made on the same cables. 相似文献

电缆-架空线混合输电线路的故障暂态行波具有复杂多变的传播特性。通过理论分析和仿真验证,深入研究电缆-架空线混合线路故障暂态行波的产生机理及传播特性。并基于此阐明混合线路的单双端组合行波测距原理,详细探究了过渡电阻、故障初始相角、故障类型、故障距离对混合输电线路故障电压行波、电流行波的传播特性及组合行波测距精度的影响。同时计算分析了电缆金属屏蔽层单端接地线上的故障电流随故障距离的变化关系。过渡电阻、故障初始相角、故障类型对220 kV电缆-架空线混合线路的故障电压行波、电流行波幅值有显著影响,但对行波的第一个波头到达线路两端所需时间无影响。不同故障位置下,混合线路故障行波的幅值及第一个波头到达两端所需时间不同。电缆金属屏蔽层采用单端接地方式时,电流行波幅值随电缆故障距离增大呈非线性单调递减的特性。 相似文献

气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)进出线套管处的电磁模型对特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)、暂态外壳电压(TEV)以及外部瞬态空间电磁场的建模计算有重要影响。特高压GIS系统的VFTO频率最高可达100MHz,此时套管屏蔽层导体的长度与电磁波波长可比拟,不能再用集总参数对套管建模。建立了具有双层屏蔽导体的特高压GIS复合套管宽频等效电路,分别采用传输线理论、分段传输线的级联和近似公式建立套管的三导体系统间均匀段、尺寸渐变段的双导体和导体间电磁泄漏阻抗的模型;用集总电容来等效导体尺寸不连续处激发的电磁波的高次模对主模传输的影响;分别提取套管顶部均压环、中间屏蔽层的对地电容,提取套管顶部均压环对中间屏蔽层的部分电容。综合上述传输线及各个部位的阻抗模型,计算1~100MHz频率范围内,从套管底部看进去的输入阻抗,并与全波电磁仿真的套管三维输入阻抗对比,二者一致性较好。 相似文献

研究了模量电流信号在高压交叉互联电缆中的传播特性,提出了以电流模量4作为高压电缆的行波测距信号。并设计了不受电缆波速变化影响的在线行波测距算法,有效解决了交叉互联电缆波阻抗不连续造成的行波折反射复杂问题,以及内外模量行波的交叉透射问题。算法通过提取故障暂态行波中能量百分比比较高的频带进行暂态行波的重构,有效降低了暂态行波的频带宽度,减小了行波色散对测距结果的影响。EMTP仿真及Matlab计算表明该算法适应性好,测距精度高。 相似文献

针对特高压直流输电系统闭锁引起的暂态过电压严重威胁系统安全运行的问题,推导建立了直流双极闭锁后换流母线暂态电压的解析表达式。在此基础上,建立了送端交流系统电力网络等值模型,推导出了直流双极闭锁后送端交流系统内任一关键节点暂态过电压的计算方法。为判断送端新能源节点面临高压穿越问题的严重程度、提前发现系统薄弱环节,提出用阻抗比来表征节点的暂态过电压程度。在直流双极闭锁后节点暂态电压压升值随着阻抗比增大而呈现线性升高的趋势。基于DIgSILENT仿真平台,搭建了CIGRE直流输电标准测试系统和吉泉±1100 kV高压直流送端系统,验证了送端系统暂态过电压计算方法及结论的正确性。 相似文献

随着330 kV超高压电缆在西北电网的应用,暴露出电缆过电压特性方面仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题。首先在电磁暂态仿真(EMTP)平台建立典型的超高压电缆过电压仿真模型,对架空线和电缆线路中过电压的幅值变化研究对比,结果表明电缆线路的过电压幅值整体低于架空线路。然后应用模域回路理论对过电压的传播特性与主导频率特性进行分析,结果表明相同条件下,电缆线路操作过电压主导频率相对较低,传播模电压衰减严重,从而影响了过电压的最大值。仿真结果证明超高压电缆在形成操作过电压的同时,会导致下一级出线电缆送电端电压的稳定性受到影响。 相似文献

交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绕组变压器[1-5]在运行时,由于铁心和外防护罩的影响,使得电缆绕组电感值发生变化和外半导电层对地电容比试验空心绕组的外半导电层对地电容增大许多.因此了解铁心和外防护罩对电缆绕组外端口特性的影响是很有必要的.本文用加铜罩的方法模拟防护罩的作用的方法,对试验绕组进行了对比试验,并在前期研究[6]的基础上建立了考虑外半导电层对地电容影响电缆绕组外端口等效电路模型.为该种新型变压器的设计、保护及试验技术提供了依据. 相似文献

为了在10 k V电缆网络中确定缺陷的位置,提出了一种根据电缆在冲击电压下的不同响应特征对电缆进行绝缘诊断的新方法。在PSCAD/EMTDC中建立了工频叠加冲击电压下10 k V电缆网络仿真模型,分析了电流、电压在主电缆馈线上的暂态传播特性,利用电流变化表征电缆缺陷,判断缺陷位置。通过传播特性仿真发现,在冲击源的两侧电流呈双极性,而电压呈单极性。在仿真中设置电缆缺陷,发现了测试电缆段两侧的电流在有缺陷和无缺陷的情况下有明显区别。通过对比电缆在出现缺陷前后主馈线各节点的电流波形变化,能够判断电缆缺陷所在的位置。 相似文献

The earth-return impedance and capacitance formulas of a finite parallel multiconductor with arbitrary positions have been proposed. A comparison with measured results has proved that the accuracy of the impedance formula is satisfactory. By applying the formulas, the characteristics of the finite line parameters such as a propagation constant and a characteristic impedance are investigated in comparison with those given by the conventional assumption of an infinite line. The impedance of the infinite line is greater and the capacitance is smaller than those of the finite line. The difference increases as the line length and source frequency decrease, and the height, radius and separation distance increase. According to the foregoing, the attenuation constant and the characteristic impedance of the infinite line are greater and the propagation velocity is smaller than those of the finite line. 相似文献

当晶闸管触发角发生阶跃时,由于TCSC电路固有的电磁暂态特性,使得电容电压过零点发生偏移,因此导通角不会立刻达到预定目标值。章首先给出并证明了触发角阶跃变化与初始导通角之间的定性关系;然后通过分析晶闸管导通期间电容电压的解耦特性,推导出导通角的估算公式,定量地描述了暂态过程中导通角的变化规律。数字仿真验证了上述分析结论并进一步发现:导通角变化趋势与TCSC基频阻抗特性是完全一致的,从而揭示了选择不同同步信号时TCSC会表现出不同暂态响应特性的内在原因。 相似文献

双回路同沟电缆-同塔架空线混合线路感应电压和感应电流的计算是检修时接地刀闸选型的关键。电缆回路间感应电压电流的计算不同于架空线路。电缆金属护套对线芯具有静电屏蔽作用,根据护套接地方式不同其对线芯也具有不同的电磁屏蔽效果。文中针对220 kV双回路电缆-架空线混合线路开展运行线路对检修线路的电磁感应研究。首先根据电磁耦合推导出混合线路的感应电压、电流计算公式。其次仿真计算分析,分别研究混合线路中电缆段长度占比的变化对感应电压电流的影响;电缆护套单端接地、双端接地以及交叉互联两端接地3种接地方式对于感应电流的影响;接地刀闸等效接地电阻对于感应电流的影响。结果可为混合线路接地刀闸选型提供理论计算参考。 相似文献
