The optimal magnetizing fields of the variable polarization effects of ferrite are studied by using thecoupling-wave(cw)theory,vaiational principle and optimization techniques.Several kinds of shapes of themagnetic line of force and some valuable results of the optimal magnetizing field are given.The theoretical cal-culations are in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

The microstructure and optical properties of a buried layer formed by O~+(200keV,1.8×10~(18)/cm~2)and N~+(180 keV,4×10~(17)/cm~2)co-implantation and annealed at 1200℃for 2 h have been investigated by Auger electron,IR absorption and reflection spectroscopicmeasurements.The results show that the buried layer consists of silicon dioxide and SiO_x(x< 2)and the nitrogen segregates to the wings of the buried layer where it forms an oxynitride.Bydetail theoretical analysis and computer simulation of the IR reflection interference spectrum,therefractive index profiles of the buried layer were obtained.  相似文献

Analytical expressions are given for computing the magnetic potential and charac-teristic functions produced by the non-radial deflectors.These expressions are useful for designingthe defiectors such as those used in the color picture tubes and the electron beam lithographysystem.The computing results are in agreement with the measured values.  相似文献

The virtual-ray method for treating HF electromagnetic scattering problems is derived from the plane wave of free space, and using this the plane wave scattering by an impedance wedge is studied. In the solution process a novel concept of generalized circle is introduced so that the complete amplitude function is obtained. And a reasonable physical interpretation for the term W2, which was neglected previously, is given. The calculated results agree well with those of the analytical solution obtained by G.D. By applying the perturbation method and the complex-source-point theory, the theoretical research of measurement of complex permittivity of uniaxial anisotropic materials by means of an electromagnetic open resonator has been made, and the double refraction phenomenon due to anisotropy of measured dielectric materials has been quantitatively analyzed. Finally, measurements have been made on some single-crystal quartz specimens using an automated open resonator measurement system at 8mm band.  相似文献
