针对四旋翼无人机姿态控制中模型不完整、部分参数和扰动不确定的问题,提出了一种基于神经网络的自适应控制方法,采用RBF神经网络对无人机姿态动力学模型中不确定和扰动部分进行学习,设计了以类反步法为基础,包含反馈控制和神经网络控制的自适应控制器,实现了对未知动态的准确逼近,解决了传统控制方法中过于依赖精确模型的问题。同时设计了神经网络的权值自适应律,实现了控制过程中的在线学习和调整,并且通过李雅普诺夫方法证明了闭环系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明,在存在较大扰动的情况下,上述控制器可得到很好的控制效果,可以实现误差的快速收敛,具有较好的鲁棒性和自适应性。  相似文献

This work presents a novel speed control scheme for an induction motor (IM) using an adaptive supervisory differential cerebellar model articulation controller (ASDCMAC). The ASDCMAC has a supervisory controller and an adaptive differential cerebellar model articulation controller (ADCMAC), and the ASDCMAC is utilized as the speed controller. The supervisory controller monitors the control process to keep speed tracking error within a predefined range, and the ADCMAC learns and approximates system dynamics. The connective weights of ADCMAC are adjusted online, according to adaptive rules derived in Lyapunov stability theory, to ensure system stability. The robustness of the proposed ASDCMAC against parameter variations and external load torque disturbances is verified via simulations and experiments, respectively. Three control schemes, the ASDCMAC, fuzzy control, and PI control, are investigated experimentally, and a performance index, root mean square error (RMSE), is utilized for each scheme. The experimental results demonstrate that the ASDCMAC outperforms the two other control schemes with external load torque variations.  相似文献

Decentralized adaptive control of electrically-driven manipulators   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper presents two new decentralized strategies for motion control of uncertain electrically-driven manipulators. The first controller is an adaptive position regulation scheme which ensures semiglobal asymptotic convergence of the position error if no external disturbances are present and semiglobal convergence of the error to an arbitrarily small neighborhood of zero in the presence of bounded disturbances. It is shown that the regulation scheme can be modified to provide accurate trajectory tracking control through the introduction of adaptive feedforward elements in the control law; this second control strategy retains the simple decentralized structure of the first controller and ensures arbitrarily accurate tracking in the presence of bounded disturbances. Each of the adaptive schemes is very efficient computationally and requires virtually no information concerning either the manipulator or actuator models. The results of computer simulations and laboratory experiments with both terrestrial and space manipulators demonstrate that accurate and robust motion control can be achieved by using the proposed approach.  相似文献

研究飞机稳定性控制优化问题,由于飞行高度和环境的变化,系统控制器性能不能满足系统的要求。为了克服常规最优控制中模型参数和外界干扰对控制器性能的影响,提出了一种应用自适应线性二次型(Adaptive Linear Quadratic,ALQ)方法的飞机纵向控制律设计技术,首先通过自适应机制实时辨识控制系统参数,辨识的参数应用于最优线性二次型的建模设计控制中,通过在线自适应的调整控制律参数,达到了理想的控制效果,仿真验证表明在存在外部扰动和建模误差时,改进算法比传统的LQ方法具有更好的鲁棒性和稳定性,可为优化设计提供参考。  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive proportional-derivative sliding mode control (APD-SMC) law, is proposed for 2D underactuated overhead crane systems. The proposed controller has the advantages of simple structure, easy to implement of PD control, strong robustness of SMC with respect to external disturbances and uncertain system parameters, and adaptation for unknown system dynamics associated with the feedforward parts. In the proposed APD-SMC law, the PD control part is used to stabilize the controlled system, the SMC part is used to compensate the external disturbances and system uncertainties, and the adaptive control part is utilized to estimate the unknown system parameters. The coupling behavior between the trolley movement and the payload swing is enhanced and, therefore, the transient performance of the proposed controller is improved. The Lyapunov techniques and the LaSalle's invariance theorem are employed in to support the theoretical derivations. Experimental results are provided to validate the superior performance of the proposed control law.   相似文献

针对三自由度全驱动船舶速度向量不可测问题,考虑船舶模型参数和外部环境扰动均未知的情况,提出一种基于神经网络观测器的船舶轨迹跟踪递归滑模动态面输出反馈控制方法.该方法设计神经网络自适应观测器估计船舶速度向量,且利用神经网络逼近模型参数不确定项,综合考虑船舶位置和速度误差之间关系构造递归滑模面,再采用动态面控制技术设计轨迹跟踪控制律和参数自适应律,并引入低频增益学习方法消除外界扰动导致的高频振荡控制信号.选取李雅普诺夫函数证明了该控制律能够保证轨迹跟踪闭环系统内所有信号的一致最终有界性.最后,基于一艘供给船进行仿真验证,结果表明,船舶轨迹跟踪响应速度快,所设计控制器对系统模型参数摄动及外界扰动具有较强的鲁棒性.  相似文献

本文针对小型无人直升机的姿态控制问题,考虑到现有基于模型的控制方法对系统动力学模型的依赖性,以及未建模动态对系统控制性能的影响,设计了一种新的基于数据驱动的无模型自适应鲁棒控制律.通过基于数据驱动的设计方法,降低了控制器对直升机动力学模型先验知识的依赖,补偿了未建模不确定性的影响.仅利用无人直升机的输入输出数据,即可实现对无人直升机系统的稳定姿态控制.然后本文结合离散滑模控制设计,补偿了未知外界扰动的影响,提高了系统的鲁棒性,并通过理论证明了控制误差的收敛性和闭环系统的稳定性.最后,在本研究组自主开发的无人直升机飞行控制实验平台上,进行了无人机实时控制实验.实验结果表明,本文所提出的控制算法取得了很好的姿态控制效果,并对系统不确定性和外界风扰动具有良好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

Ball mill grinding circuits are essentially multi-variable systems characterized with couplings, time-varying parameters and time delays. The control schemes in previous literatures, including detuned multi-loop PID control, model predictive control (MPC), robust control, adaptive control, and so on, demonstrate limited abilities in control ball mill grinding process in the presence of strong disturbances. The reason is that they do not handle the disturbances directly by controller design. To this end, a disturbance observer based multi-variable control (DOMC) scheme is developed to control a two-input-two-output ball mill grinding circuit. The systems considered here are with lumped disturbances which include external disturbances, such as the variations of ore hardness and feed particle size, and internal disturbances, such as model mismatches and coupling effects. The proposed control scheme consists of two compound controllers, one for the loop of product particle size and the other for the loop of circulating load. Each controller includes a PI feedback part and a feed-forward compensation part for the disturbances by using a disturbance observer (DOB). A rigorous analysis is also given to show the reason why the DOB can effectively suppress the disturbances. Performance of the proposed scheme is compared with those of the MPC and multi-loop PI schemes in the cases of model mismatches and strong external disturbances, respectively. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method has a better disturbance rejection property than those of the MPC and PI methods in controlling ball mill grinding circuits.  相似文献

针对存在外部扰动和输入受限的航天器安全接近的问题,当扰动上界未知时,基于积分滑模控制理论设计了抗饱和的有限时间自适应姿轨耦合控制器.控制器的设计过程中采用了新型的避碰函数限制追踪航天器运动区域进而保证接近过程中航天器的安全性,同时通过辅助系统和自适应算法分别处理了输入受限和扰动上界未知.借助李雅普诺夫理论证明了在控制器的作用下系统状态在有限时间内收敛,且能够保证追踪航天器在实现航天器接近的过程中不与目标航天器发生碰撞.最后通过数字仿真进一步验证了所设计控制器的有效性.  相似文献

针对一类参数与外负载非匹配不确定的非线性高阶系统,提出了一种基于逐步递推方法的多滑模鲁棒自适应控制策略.应用逐步递推的多滑模控制方法简化了高阶系统的控制问题,同时在自适应控制中加入鲁棒控制的方法,以消除不确定性对控制性能的影响.首先利用逐步递推方法与状态反馈精确线性化理论,得出确定系统的多滑模控制器设计方法;然后基于Lyapunov稳定性分析方法,给出不确定系统的参数自适应律,及鲁棒自适应控制器的设计方法.本文把该控制策略应用到电液伺服系统的位置跟踪控制中,仿真结果显示,该控制方法具有较强的鲁棒性及良好的跟踪效果.  相似文献

An adaptive fuzzy control approach is proposed for a class of multiple-input–multiple-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems with completely unknown non-affine functions. The global implicit function theorem is first used to prove the existence of an unknown ideal implicit controller that can achieve the control objectives. Within this scheme, fuzzy systems are employed the approximate the unknown ideal implicit controller, and robustifying control terms are used to compensate the approximation errors and external disturbances. The adjustable parameters of the used fuzzy systems are deduced from the stability analysis of the closed-loop system in the sense of Lyapunov. 针对近空间飞行器( nearspace vehicle,NSV) 在高超音速飞行时,气动参数变化剧烈且容易受到外界干扰的特点,研究了NSV 纵向轨迹系统的干扰问题,提出了鲁棒自适应动态面的回馈递推控制方法。首先对高度非线性、高度复杂的NSV 的纵向运动的模型进行坐标变换,采用输入-输出反馈线性化方法,将其转化为仿射非线性模型; 然后通过一阶低通滤波器对控制器设计中的虚拟控制律进行估计,从而避免了对其求导带来的计算膨胀问题; 再结合神经网络逼近理论以及虚拟控制器中的鲁棒项,一起消除近空间飞行器的纵向系统中存在的参数摄动不确定和外界干扰。最后通过稳定性分析,表明了该方法在降低系统控制器复杂性的同时仍具有很好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Unknown model uncertainties and external disturbances widely exist in helicopter dynamics and bring adverse effects on control performance. Optimal control techniques have been extensively studied for helicopters, but these methods cannot effectively handle flight control problems since they are sensitive to uncertainties and disturbances. This paper proposes an observer-based robust optimal control scheme that enables a helicopter to fly optimally and reduce the influence of unknown model uncertainties and external disturbances. A control Lyapunov function (CLF) is firstly constructed using the backstepping method, then Sontag's formula is utilized to design an inverse optimal controller to stabilize the nominal system. Furthermore, it is stressed that the radial basis function (RBF) neural network is introduced to establish an observer with adaptive laws, approximating and compensating for the unknown model uncertainties and external disturbances to enhance the robustness of the closed-loop system. The uniform ultimate boundedness of the closed-loop system is ensured using the presented control approach via Lyapunov stability analysis. Finally, simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

针对航天器快速姿态机动控制问题,考虑存在参数不确定性、外部干扰、推力器安装偏差以及控制输入饱和受限的多约束条件下,提出了一类自适应终端滑模有限时间控制方法,显式地引入推力器输出的饱和幅值,确保闭环系统在有限时间内快速收敛到滑模面的邻域内;同时,通过引入参数自适应学习律,使得控制器的设计不依赖于参数不确定性、外部干扰以及推力器安装偏差信息;此外,基于Lyapunov稳定性定理对所提出的控制器进行了理论分析.并通过给定某型航天器参数进行了数值仿真,结果表明在考虑多约束情况下,系统具有较快的收敛速度,且具有很好的动态性能,从而验证了所设计方案的有效性、可行性.  相似文献

The minimal controller synthesis (MCS) is an extension of the hyperstable model reference adaptive control algorithm. The aim of minimal controller synthesis is to achieve excellent closed-loop control despite the presence of plant parameter variations, external disturbances, dynamic coupling within the plant and plant nonlinearities. The minimal controller synthesis algorithm was successfully applied to the problem of decentralized adaptive schemes. The decentralized minimal controller synthesis adaptive control strategy for controlling the attitude of a rigid body satellite is adopted in this paper. A model reference adaptive control strategy which uses one single three-axis slew is proposed for the purpose of controlling the attitude of a rigid body satellite. The simulation results are excellent and show that the controlled system is robust against disturbances.  相似文献

In this paper, the integrated kinematic and dynamic trajectory tracking control problem of wheeled mobile robots (WMRs) is addressed. An adaptive robust tracking controller for WMRs is proposed to cope with both parametric and nonparametric uncertainties in the robot model. At first, an adaptive nonlinear control law is designed based on input–output feedback linearization technique to get asymptotically exact cancellation of the parametric uncertainty in the WMR parameters. The designed adaptive feedback linearizing controller is modified by two methods to increase the robustness of the controller: (1) a leakage modification is applied to modify the integral action of the adaptation law and (2) the second modification is an adaptive robust controller, which is included to the linear control law in the outer loop of the adaptive feedback linearizing controller. The adaptive robust controller is designed such that it estimates the unknown constants of an upper bounding function of the uncertainty due to friction, disturbances and unmodeled dynamics. Finally, the proposed controller is developed for a type (2, 0) WMR and simulations are carried out to illustrate the robustness and tracking performance of the controller.  相似文献

This paper presents a bio-inspired backstepping adaptive sliding mode control strategy for a novel 3 degree of freedom (3-DOF) parallel mechanism with actuation redundancy. Based on the kinematic model and the dynamic model, a sliding mode controller is designed to assure the tracking performance, and an adaptive law is introduced to approximate the system uncertainty including parameters’ variation, external disturbances and un-modeled part. Furthermore, a bio-inspired model is introduced to solve the inherent chattering problem of sliding mode control and provide a chattering free control. The simulation and experimental results testify that the proposed bio-inspired backstepping adaptive sliding mode control can achieve better performance (the tracking accuracy, robustness, response speed, etc.) than the conventional slide mode control.  相似文献

This paper addresses the trajectory tracking control of a nonholonomic wheeled mobile manipulator with parameter uncertainties and disturbances. The proposed algorithm adopts a robust adaptive control strategy where parametric uncertainties are compensated by adaptive update techniques and the disturbances are suppressed. A kinematic controller is first designed to make the robot follow a desired end-effector and platform trajectories in task space coordinates simultaneously. Then, an adaptive control scheme is proposed, which ensures that the trajectories are accurately tracked even in the presence of external disturbances and uncertainties. The system stability and the convergence of tracking errors to zero are rigorously proven using Lyapunov theory. Simulations results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed robust adaptive control law in comparison with a sliding mode controller.  相似文献

Combining sliding mode control method with radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), this paper proposes a robust adaptive control scheme based on backstepping design for re-entry attitude tracking control of near space hypersonic vehicle (NSHV) in the presence of parameter variations and external disturbances. In the attitude angle loop, a robust adaptive virtual control law is designed by using the adaptive method to estimate the unknown upper bound of the compound uncertainties. In the angular velocity loop, an adaptive sliding mode control law is designed to suppress the effect of parameter variations and external disturbances. The main benefit of the sliding mode control is robustness to parameter variations and external disturbances. To further improve the control performance, RBFNNs are introduced to approximate the compound uncertainties in the attitude angle loop and angular velocity loop, respectively. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the tracking errors are shown to be asymptotically stable. Simulation results show that the proposed control system attains a satisfied control performance and is robust against parameter variations and external disturbances.   相似文献
