车门系统是地铁列车的关键子系统,对其进行可靠性评估从而确定危害性较大的故障模式有助于提高车门的可靠性和改善车门维修决策。由于车门故障数据的不足,难以对风险因子及其权重进行准确评价而导致车门可靠性评估存在模糊性,故引入模糊理论构建模糊TOPSIS方法并应用于车门故障模式的可靠性评估中。对风险因子进行模糊评价得到加权决策矩阵,应用加权决策矩阵计算每一个故障模式到正负理想方案的相对贴近度,得出了EDCU功能失效、螺母组件破损和行程开关S1破损对车门危害性较大的评估结果。分析结果与专家经验一致,为车门的设计与维修决策提供了技术支持。  相似文献

针对一种控制门锁闭锁器及一体化关门系统的电控单元,以电控系统中的电源模块为研究对象进行可靠性分析。为解决传统方法在单元和系统状态多样化的复杂系统可靠性分析中的局限性,利用模糊FMECA在可靠性分析中对故障模式的模糊性表述,准确描述不同的门锁故障模式,求出不同故障模式的综合危害度等级。最后,根据危害度等级对设备进行改进,对加强汽车门锁电控系统的可靠性有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

利用传统的FMECA方法对地铁车门进行可靠性分析,会因为评价因素多且故障描述语言及评判指标的不确定性和模糊性,难以得出精确有效的分析结果。利用模糊综合评判方法对传统FMECA方法进行改进,形成模糊FMECA方法。将模糊FMECA方法应用于地铁车门系统三个部件的可靠性分析中,根据危害度评判结果得出车门部件各故障模式的危害等级排序,从而找出车门系统的可靠性改进和维修的重点。分析结果与实际情况吻合,验证了该方法的有效性,说明模糊FMECA方法对提高车门系统可靠性有重要价值。  相似文献

塞拉门驱动传动系统作为塞拉门的重要组成部分,其可靠性决定了塞拉门运行的稳定性和安全性。为了确定塞拉门驱动传动系统零部件的故障模式及其危害性,利用FMEA方法分析系统各部件的故障模式、故障引起的影响以及故障产生的原因,并引入模糊语言变量和模糊综合评判以降低危害性等级评定过程中的模糊性和不确定性。通过构建模糊矩阵、因素集、权重向量和综合评判矩阵,定量分析各故障模式的危害性等级评判序数,经对比排序,得到塞拉门驱动传动系统各故障模式的危害性分析结果,为塞拉门维保策略、故障检测和诊断方法的制订提供重要参考。  相似文献

以某数控机床液压系统为研究对象,针对其故障发生概率具有模糊性和不确定性的特点,将模糊理论引入故障树分析中,采用三角型模糊数来描述底事件发生概率.通过分析该系统故障发生的机理,建立了该系统的模糊故障树,在定性分析的基础上进行定量计算,得到了基本事件的模糊重要度这项可靠性指标,为系统的可靠性评估、故障诊断以及维修决策提供了理论依据.  相似文献

由于设备价值昂贵、可靠性试验实施困难等客观因素,应用传统重要度分析方法难以实现电力变压器各故障模式的故障重要度分析,提出了一种基于梯形模糊数的电力变压器故障模式重要度评定方法.该方法在分析影响电力变压器故障模式重要度各因素的基础上,建立了电力变压器故障模式重要度评估指标体系;应用Delphi法确定评估指标的评价等级和评分标准,同时引入协调程度修正专家评分;并利用梯形模糊数确定各评估指标的权重;最后应用线性加权方法得出电力变压器各故障模式的重要度.评估实例表明,该方法简便、有效,能够为电力变压器的可靠性评估提供各故障模式的重要度.  相似文献

模糊系统的可靠性评估是工程中倍受关注的重要问题。结构系统的可靠性与结构的失效模式有关。模糊结构系统失效的可能度取决于失效可能度最大的最危险失效模式。因此,最危险失效模式的识别及对应极限状态方程的建立是模糊结构系统可靠性分析的关键问题。本文基于模糊结构的能度可靠性理论,建立模糊结构和机械系统的能度可靠性分析模型。所提出的模糊结构体系失效模式的枚举准则,可在只需枚举出少量主失效模式的条件下,不漏掉最危险失效模式。算例分析表明文中方法是有效和可行的。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
