本文设计了一款二进制增益控制,带有直流失调消除(DCOC)电路以及AB类输出buffer的可编程增益放大器。该放大器采用二极管连接负载的差分放大器结构,电路性能对温度变化及工艺偏差不敏感。根据测试,通过6位数字信号控制,电路可以实现-2dB ~ 61dB的增益动态范围,增益步长1dB,步长误差在 0.38dB以内,最小3dB带宽为92MHz,在低增益模式下,IIP3可达17dBm,1dB压缩点可达5.7dBm。DCOC电路可使该放大器应用于直接变频接收机中,而AB类输出buffer则降低了电路的静态功耗。  相似文献

本文给出一种基于TSMC 0. 18μm RF CMOS工艺、应用于无线传感器网络2.4GHz的低功耗低噪声放大器设计。本设计采用两级级联的交叉耦合共栅结构,第一级共栅级采用电容交叉耦合技术以降低电路功耗的同时提高电路增益、降低电路噪声。第二级共栅级采用正反馈交叉耦合技术以提供一个负阻抵消负载电感的寄生电阻,提高电感等效Q值,进一步提高增益。为了达到足够的增益,作者设计了一款片上差分电感作为负载,对其进行了电磁场仿真,建立了双π模型并进行了流片验证。该低噪声放大器经过流片,测试结果显示:高增益工作情况下,其增益S21为16.8dB,低增益工作情况下为1dB。高增益工作情况下,其噪声系数为3.6dB;低增益工作情况下,电路的输入1dB压缩点为-8dBm,IIP3为2dBm。该低噪声放大器在1.8V电源电压下,工作电流约为1.2mA。  相似文献

提出了0.13 μm CMOS工艺下可兼容多标准DVB-H/DAB/CMMB的移动数字电视调谐器射频前端双通道LNA设计。在UHF频段和L波段下,设计分别采用片上balun电路、双交叉耦合技术、开关转换电路、伪差分电路等技术以达到LNA宽带匹配、可变增益、低NF及高线性度的指标要求。版图后仿真结果显示:在UHF频段,仿真频率范围为470~860MHz,LNA增益范围为14.7~38.8dB,NF<2.4dB,IIP3=1.979dBm;在L波段,仿真频率范围为1.4~1.8 GHz,LNA增益范围为13~38.5 dB,NF<2.7 dB,IIP3=3.605 dBm。该设计较好地实现了多标准下LNA宽带可变增益性能。  相似文献

本文给出了一种应用于多模多标准接收机的宽带低噪声放大器的设计。采用噪声抵消技术实现了低噪声特性,同时采用栅极电感峰化技术实现了宽带平稳增益,进而提高了高频处得噪声性能。芯片在0.18 μm CMOS 工艺下制造,测试结果表明,该低噪放的-3dB带宽为2.5 GHz,增益为16 dB。在300 MHz 到2.2 GHz 带宽内的增益变化在0.8 dB之内。噪声系数为3.4 dB,不同频点处测得的平均IIP3 为-2 dBm。该低噪放的核心芯片面积为0.39mm2, 在1.8V供电电压下,抽取直流电流11.7 mA。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种应用于6-9 GHz超宽带系统的全集成差分CMOS射频前端电路设计。在该前端电路中应用了一种电阻负反馈形式的低噪声放大器和IQ两路合并结构的增益可变的折叠式正交混频器。芯片通过TSMC 0.13µm RF CMOS工艺流片,含ESD保护电路。经测试得该前端电路大电压增益为23~26dB,小电压增益为16~19dB;大增益下前端电路平均噪声系数为3.3-4.6dB,小增益下的带内输入三阶交调量(IIP3)为-12.6dBm。在1.2V电压下,消耗的总电流约为17mA。  相似文献

本文基于0.18 ?m RFCMOS工艺设计了一种用于DAB数字广播接收机的高线性度高增益精确度模拟基带电路。电路包含一个三阶有源RC复数滤波器(CF)和一个可编程增益放大器(PGA)。复数滤波器包含了自动调谐电路用于调谐滤波器受工艺电压温度等影响的通带特性。电路采用了具有大输出电流摆幅的AB类全差分运放,取代了传统设计中采用的A类全差分运放,实现了高线性度和增益精确度,同时降低了静态工作电流。本文提出了一个新型的基于MOS电阻的直流失调消除电路,大大的减小了电路的建立时间。另外,一种改进的开关电阻网络有效地消除了开关的电阻对可编程增益放大器的增益精确度的影响。 测试结果表明,电路可提供10-50dB的增益控制范围,增益步长为1dB,增益误差小于0.3dB。在增益为10dB的情况下,差分OIP3为23.3dBm。仿真结果表明,建立时间从100mS减小到了1mS。复数滤波器镜频抑制达到了40dB。电路在1.8V电源电压下消耗4.5mA电流。  相似文献

为了改进传统电路中单端转差分电路的噪声性能,提高传统射频可变增益放大器的覆盖范围和步进精度,该文设计了一种带有低噪声单端转差分电路的射频增益可控放大器。该文利用噪声抵消技术降低了噪声系数,利用电容交叉耦合技术展宽电路带宽,利用输出源级跟随器的增益可调功能实现更高的步进精度。电路采用0.18 mm CMOS工艺,1.8 V供电电源,在170-870 MHz频率信号输入下,可以实现最低3.8 dB的噪声系数,55 dB的动态范围,步进精度0.8 dB,消耗14.76 mW的功耗,面积800 mm×600 mm。测试结果表明在覆盖更宽的频段范围下,该文设计的射频可变增益放大器在消耗相同功率条件下与传统的单端转差分电路相比可以达到更低的噪声系数,同时整个可变增益放大器可以提供更高的步进精度。  相似文献

基于IHP锗硅BiCMOS工艺,研究和实现了两种220 GHz低噪声放大器电路,并将其应用于220 GHz太赫兹无线高速通信收发机电路。一种是220 GHz四级单端共基极低噪声放大电路,每级电路采用了共基极(Common Base, CB)电路结构,利用传输线和金属-绝缘体-金属(Metal-Insulator-Metal, MIM)电容等无源电路元器件构成输入、输出和级间匹配网络。该低噪放电源的电压为1.8 V,功耗为25 mW,在220 GHz频点处实现了16 dB的增益,3 dB带宽达到了27 GHz。另一种是220 GHz四级共射共基差分低噪声放大电路,每级都采用共射共基的电路结构,放大器利用微带传输线和MIM电容构成每级的负载、Marchand-Balun、输入、输出和级间匹配网络等。该低噪放电源的电压为3 V,功耗为234 mW,在224 GHz频点实现了22 dB的增益,3 dB带宽超过6 GHz。这两个低噪声放大器可应用于220 GHz太赫兹无线高速通信收发机电路。  相似文献

设计了一个用于数字电视ZERO-IF结构接收机射频前端的CMOS下变频混频器。基于对有源混频器的噪声机制及线性度的物理理解,对传统的有源混频器电路采用电流注入技术,实现了增益,噪声和线性度折中。电路采用UMC0.18RFCMOS工艺实现,SSB噪声系数为18dB,1/f噪声拐角频率100kHz。电压转换增益为5dB和8dB两档增益,输入1dB压缩点为0dBm,IIP3为15dBm(5dB增益),7dBm(8dB增益)。全差分电路在1.8V供电电压下的功耗不到7mW,可以满足数字电视零中频结构射频前端对高线性度、低闪烁噪声和可变增益的要求。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
